Half Term Dancing and Practice Night

Hello all,

Just a quick reminder that classes are running as normal next week, even though it is half term week. However, we are having the following week off, so there will be no classes on Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st February. Classes will be back to normal the following week.

Dance Practice

We are having a social dance night on Saturday 31st March at the Community Hall in Droitwich. Regardless of how long you have been dancing with us, it will be the ideal opportunity to practice all those new steps! Tickets are £6.50 per person and will be on sale from Monday 27th February. Bring you own drinks and nibbles!

New Start Times for Worcester Classes

Hello all,

As some of you are already aware, the times of our classes in Worcester are changing from next week (23rd January).

The new time for the current 7.00pm class will be 7.15pm, and the class currently at 7.45pm will move to the new time of 8.00pm. The class running at 8.45pm for our advanced dancers will remain at the same time.

I hope the 15 minutes later start is OK for everyone, but this is only a temporary move until just after Easter when we will move back to our usual times.

Please note that our Tuesday classes in Kidderminster are not affected.

New January Classes

Hello all,

Hope you have all enjoyed the festive session and are looking forward to your weekly dance classes again!

All classes are remaining at the same time, but we do have a new beginners class starting in Kidderminster. Here is a run down of what's on!

Monday @ Northwick Manor Primary School starting 9th January 2012

7.00pm Intermediate Ballroom and Latin

7.45pm Improver's Ballroom and Latin

8.45pm Driotwich Advanced Class

Tuesday @ Holy Trinity School starting 10th January 2012

7.00pm NEW Beginners Ballroom and Latin

7.45pm Improver's Ballroom and Latin

If you have already been attending the 7.00pm in Kidderminster since September, please still come along at this time. I've called it a 'NEW' class because we will be doing 'NEW' dances.

Private lessons will also be resuming from Friday 13th January at Holt Heath Village Hall. If anyone would like a private lesson to recap (you can share with other couples if you want, max. 3 couples) please get in touch.

Lets get the party started!

Hello all,

The party season is nearly upon us, so I just thought I would remind you about our Christmas Dance!

This year we are holding our Christmas Dance at the fabulous Kidderminster Town Hall on Friday, 9th December. Doors open 7.30pm for an evening of dancing and cabaret. From 8.00pm you will be able to take your partner to the floor and dance the night away until 11.30pm. Half way thought the evening we have a special Latin American Show performed by one of the countries top amateur couples, James Cutler and Courtney Taylor (http://www.jamieandcourtney.com/category/gallery/).

We would like to invite couples from our current classes, as well as anyone who hasn't been dancing for a while, but also to anyone we haven't seen for some time from our classes in Ludlow, Tenbury and Droitwich. Don't worry if you can't remember the dances, I'll soon get you started!

If you would like to reserve tickets (£16.50 per person), please get in touch via email. Don't forget you can bring friends, as it's going to be a fantastic night!

Dance Classes Re-Start

Hello All

Hope you have all enjoyed the summer break but have missed dancing!

Not to worry, classes re-start next week in Worcester on the 12th and Kidderminster on the 13th September.

We have a brand new Beginners Ballroom and Latin American Class starting in Kidderminster on the 13th at 7pm. Just turn up on the night to learn the Quickstep and Cha Cha basics.

Here is a run down of class times during the week.

Summer Break

Hello All

Our Summer Break seems to have come round quickly this year. Lets hope we have some good weather so we can all practice our dancing 'Al Fresco'!

The classes start again week beginning 12th Septemeber. All classes remain at the same time, except our Kidderminster beginners who are joining the improver's class. We also have a New Beginners Ballroom & Latin Class starting in Kiddermister, so if you have any friends who want to learn to dance, don't forget to tell them!

We are still running our 6 week courses that have proved really popular in Kidderminster. We are starting with the Argentine Tango.

Hope you all have a good summer, and thank you for supporting us over the past 12 months.

For those of you who would like to learn easy style Rock 'n' Roll, we have a new 4 week course for beginners starting at 8.30pm in Kidderminster on Tuesday 3rd May. Booking is needed for this course, so if you would like to join us, then just drop us an email or see us at the classes to reserve your place.

Worcester Classes Cancelled Next Week

Hello all,

For everyone who attends our Worcester venue on Monday nights, we have just heard that we are unable to have the hall next week (4th April) due to the school play that is on that night. We will be back to normal the following week.

For those of you in the beginners class, you are welcome to join our Kidderminster class on Tuesday. The class starts at 7.00pm at the Holy Trinity School in Kidderminster. Details of how to find the venue are on our website.

For our 7.00pm and 8.30pm classes, we have no alternative class for you to join into on a Tuesday, but we can offer you a class this coming Friday instead. The session will be held at Holt Heath Village Hall (10 mins from St John's and just 6 miles from Droitwich). As it will be for both classes, it will just be a recap/practice session. Please email me by the end of Wednesday if you are interested in coming along on Friday, as it will depend on numbers before I am able to run this session. Details of how to find the venue are on our website.

We are sorry for any inconvenience, but hope to see you all again when we are back to normal.

New Argentine Tango classes

Hello all,

We just wanted to let you know that we have a new class starting on the 8th of March at Holy Trinity school, Kidderminster at 8.30pm. Join us on this six week course to learn the passionate Argentine Tango. This class is ideal for beginners or if you want to refresh the basic steps.
