About Dixie McCurley:
As Managing Director of Trusted CFO Solutions, Dixie manages the client accounting services and virtual CFO service offerings for small to mid-market clients void of company accounting staff and internal accounting departments. She ensures that businesses have the financial information they need to operate, and she guides the financial strategies of the businesses. She manages the client relationship to ensure financials are in order, financial statements and management reports are in order, and advises on growth strategies. Ms. McCurley is passionate about moving clients to the cloud with up-to-date technology solutions.

Ms. McCurley has experience with a wide range of businesses, analyzing existing accounting departments and their accounting systems and overseeing implementation and integration. She provides innovative solutions where there is inefficiency in the areas of technology and accounting personnel. In addition, Ms. McCurley has written policy and procedures manuals for account departments, assisted hiring processes, restructured charts of accounts and reporting. For one client, she worked to capture all the profit margins for the operation and uncover a more profitable sales strategy. For a distributor client, she implemented a new accounting system which resulted in the finding of several hundred thousand dollars in unbilled revenue as well as the reduction of accounting staff of three people, from four to one, a significant ongoing cost savings to the business.

Before joining Trusted CFO Solutions in 2011, Ms. McCurley worked in the business advisory department for Gifford, Hillegass & Ingwersen, where her roles included project accounting, system implementations, and outsource controller and CFO roles. Before joining GH&I in 2006, Ms. McCurley worked in the corporate accounting and finance department of EarthLink, where her roles included staff/senior accountant and senior manager of internal reporting. Identified as a fast tracker, she received the NetHugger award for outstanding performance. She participated in many acquisition transitions and served as lead on the project team for financial system implementations.

Ms. McCurley is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia and former member of the Buckhead Women’s Business Group where in 2008 she served as executive director. She has been active in the Urban Land Institute of Atlanta and in initiatives supporting GREEN/Renewable Energy. As a landlord, she has renovated and restored older homes to their original character. Ms. McCurley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Auburn University, and she is an active alumna of the university and Zeta Tau Alpha sorority.
&nbsp

noreply@blogger.com (Stephen R. He has also met with senior national officials across the world and experienced how the political climate in a country can affect how business is conducted by foreign investors and enterprises. He is well-placed, therefore, to lead delegates through the myriad of issues to be considered when “Going International.”
&nbsp

noreply@blogger.com (Stephen R.
