Schools: This month two schools have signed up for our Total Building Management package. Groundlevel is now responsible for all aspects of the building maintenance at Richmond Primary School, Oldham, and Penketh South Primary School, Warrington.

Trinity Estates have procured Groundlevel's services for a major renovation project at the Citadel developement in Manchester. This involved refurbishment of bathrooms, lounges and hallways.

Albinson Napier Solicitors, Warrington engaged Groundlevel for essential car park improvements, including re-levelling and re-surfacing with fresh tarmac.

Mere Marketing instructed Groundlevel to carry out site improvement works at their office on the Barleycastle Estate Trading Estate in Appleton, Warrington. The works involved landscaping, planting, and general grounds maintenance.

Mazarin House, The Rock, Bury.

We now have two blocks at The Rock.
In March we reported that Groundlevel had been engaged by RMG to provide cleaning and caretaking services in Peruzzi House at the Rock. This is the prestigious Miller Homes site which is part of the recent re-development of Bury town centre.
Now we are pleased to announce that we have also been instructed to commence work at Mazarin House on the same site, overlooking the new Debenhams department store.

Groundlevel are undertaking major toilet refurbishments at St Philip's, along with grounds improvement works at their site in Westbrook Warrington.

TDG Logistics Group.
TDG has turned to Groundlevel for some one-off landscape maintenance work contributing to essential grounds improvements at their Chorley site.

Our projects department has commenced reinstatement works to three water damaged apartments in Trinity Estates’ development: Sportcity, Stillwater Drive. The insurance works have been authorized by GAB Robins Group.

RE: Contractor of the Year Award

Groundlevel was Highly Commended for the Contractor of the Year Award at the Block Insure Property Management Awards at an award ceremony at Lord's cricket ground. Our success was reported by the Warrington Guardian both in print and in their online edition.

While the article in the Warrington Guardian online edition has now been corrected, the original article contained several errors and wrongly described the scope of work that Groundlevel undertakes. Groundlevel would like to point out that the company does not carry out contracting services for Warrington Borough Council.

Contractor of the Year Award

The winners of the Block Insure Property Management Awards 2010-11 were announced at an award ceremony held at Lord's Cricket Ground on Monday 6th December 2010.

Groundlevel is pleased to reveal that, out of a final shortlist of five entrants, they were Highly Commended in the Contractor of the Year category. The event was attended by two of our directors, Lewis Nunn and Malcolm Agar, who collected the certificate of commendation.

Groundlevel was nominated for the award by Justin Herbert, Operations Director, Residential Management Group. The awards were open to organisations providing building maintenance and other services to blocks of flats and apartments. They were judged on customer service, safety, ability to meet specific challenges and on testimonials from leaseholders and managing agents.

Nomination for Contractor of the Year Award

Groundlevel have been put forward by RMG for the Contractor of the Year, as part of the annual Property Management Awards run by the trade journal "News on the Block."

In the words of Justin Herbert, Operations Director, Residential Management Group, “They have managed to achieve the flexibility and price competitiveness of a small local provider whilst having a strong infrastructure and Compliance focus. Recently when one of our clients required CSCS accreditation to work on their sites within two weeks they ensured all their staff had achieved it. They also provide an out of hour's service for all our developments and with a response time within the hour they have enhanced our own reputation as an agent.”

Groundlevel raise money for charity.

The English Half Marathon was succesfully completed by Groundlevel personnel, family and friends raising in excess of £5,000 for the Home Start Charity.

Groundlevel Limited has acquired a new headquarters and is expanding onto this site at 280 Knutsford Road, Warrington, WA4 1AZ. Work is now in progress on office refurbishment and other improvements.

Grounds & Facilities Maintenance commenced on more primary schools in the Culcheth, Glazebury, and Lowton areas. All, including St. Mary’s Primary School, are now undergoing the Groundlevel experience.
