The Story up to now: Regan, a bodyguard for celebrities and socialites, escorts the mayor’s son to a museum benefit for a religious archeologist seeking more money. Before we get to find out much about the Dr or the people at the party, we find out that her contact Andre is missing, her sister goes out of her way to guilt her into coming to see her the next day and then that something is wrong that an old friend and one of the venue security think she needs to be in on.

Play close attention and you’ll find out what happened and some of the other important things that are about to turn Reagan’s life on it’s end.

Now that I’m several thousand words into the book, the actors are being assembled, the music is being set aside and the back-cover blurb is completely accurate for the plot of the book! Here is your first offical peek at the book, Guardians – the back cover blurb.

Who knew that a trip to a museum benefit to guard an underwear model could change a girl’s whole life? Raegan Fischer stepped into a closet but didn’t quite come out alone. Now she’s part of a secret but no one let her in on the rules. It’s set to put her smack in the middle of a celestial police investigation she’s not equipped to deal with.

In order to protect her sanity, her body, and people she cares about, she’s going to have to figure out who isn’t what they appear to be, play a game of spiritually enlightened catch up, and track down an artifact that holds a dangerous key to the whole thing.

One of the “recent” posts said I was almost ready to release episode 1. As you can see…almost isn’t so almost.

As an update, things are going well with the book. I’m writing on it daily. Because I had some life situations that prevented things from going as fast as I wanted them, I decided to work on the book so that, as mentioned by David, I can stick to a release schedule that is stable and reliable.

I greatly appreicate your patience with me and will not be letting anyone down. The wait will be worth it I think.

Currently I’m on chapter 4 but the whole book is plotted so writing has been going easy and smooth.

As a quick side note…I added a page for the Guardian’s playlist. This is music that I listen to that inspires my world and characters. I add to it as more songs find me that apply. Enjoy.
