We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you! After 15 remarkable years of hospitality excellence, we're embarking on a new chapter of growth and innovation.

Effective immediately, Guesthouse Johor will be undergoing a transformation to align with our parent company's core business focus. As part of this transition, we will be closing Guesthouse Johor and renovating the premises to establish as Training and Consultation center under our parent company's Management Office.

This strategic decision reflects our commitment to enhancing our service offerings and diversifying our portfolio. Our parent company, renowned for its expertise in Training and Consultation services, will leverage this new facility to provide industry-leading solutions to businesses across various sectors.

Our homestay brand, Guesthouse Khatib, will continue to operate seamlessly under the name Homestay Khatib, offering the same warm hospitality and exceptional experiences that you've come to love.

We are confident that this expansion will enable us to better serve our valued guests and clients, providing a wider range of services and opportunities for collaboration. PENTING: MAKLUMAN KEPADA SEMUA PELAWAT

Apa yang berlaku semalam mengejutkan kami, dan kami rasa perlu berkongsi dengan anda semua. Pelawat yang telah membuat tempahan dua bulan awal menggunakan nama jiran untuk membuat tempahan di Guesthouse Khatib.

Walaupun telah jelas dinyatakan bahawa acara dan 'event' tidak dibenarkan di Guesthouse Khatib, mereka memilih untuk meneruskan booking dan berjanji tiada kegiatan event akan diadakan.

Pada Petang hari 1 (check-in):
Terlalu banyak kereta di kawasan parkir dan di sepanjang jalan. Ini tidak seperti biasa.

Terlalu ramai orang berkumpul di taman (view dari cctv security)

Pada malam hari, ada acara jelas yang berlaku selepas Pos Pengawal memberitahu kami tentang banyaknya kereta mendaftar masuk melalui guard post dengan alamat yang sama ie Guesthouse Khatib.

Pelanggan kami bertalu-talu bertanya di WhatsApp mengenai 'Lampu di Porch dan Pintu Masuk Terlalu Dim (kurang terang) dan cara menyelesaikan masalah cahaya di pintu masuk. Cara soalan macam ada ada kecemasan dari pihak mereka dan kami tidak memahami mengapa perbualan yang tegang berlaku disebabkan oleh Lampu Dimmer !!!

Tak sedap hati, kami terus ke lokasi dan lihat sendiri macam ada pesta keraian pulak di Guesthouse Khatib. Riuh Rendah, aktiviti keluar masuk, perabut dikeluarkan.

Paling win ialah "SOFA KULIT 3 SEATER DILETAKAN DI LUAR. HUJAN RENYAI MALAM TU DAN MEREKA LETAK BAWAH TIDAK BERBUMBUNG !!!

Ini melanggar syarat dan terma penginapan di tempat kami.

Soalan: Jika anda berada di tempat kami, adakah anda akan membenarkannya? Sebagai pemilik hartanah, adakah anda akan campur tangan di tengah-tengah upacara untuk meminta orang meninggalkan tempat?

Waktu daftar keluar adalah pukul 12 tengah hari, dan kami dapat permintaan whatsApp untuk daftar keluar lewat pada pukul 3 petang. Pengurusan kami membenarkan ini kerana kami memberitahu Terma & Syarat pemotongan deposit keselamatan jika tempat ditinggalkan dalam keadaan teruk.

Inilah yang kami saksikan selepas Pelanggan Check-out.

Bilik paling cun, segala bantal and cushion dari sofa bawah, tengah etc dalam bilik ini.

Master Bedroom, biasala keadaan ini bila check-out tapi......

Semua yang kat sini kelam kelibut. Tak tau nak kata apa...

Longkang penuh putung rokok. Sampah tak yah komen.. nangis.

Putung Rokok bersepah, Meja outdoor dah tak nampak. Semua berubah

Vandalism ker apa ni. Tak faham katil rendah mcm ni pun boleh patah dan tercabut.

Hari ini dalam Sejarah. Customer bawa Tong Gas sendiri.

Masak kat belakang. Hish....tak boleh nak bayangkan.
