When it comes to learning guitar online, you need more than a site that is just going to give you the whole bunch of Videos. Is Jamplay Worth The Price? Sharing My Experience with Jamplay here!

When it comes to learning how to play the guitar online, you need more than a site that is just going to give you access to a whole bunch of videos. You want to be part of a program that will allow you to have a very interactive experience. The more personal your experience is, the greater opportunity that you will have to master the guitar skills that you need. Right now there is only one site that will give you that level of training and that site is JamPlay. Whether you are just learning how to play the guitar or just want to take your playing skills to a whole new level, JamPlay has all of the resources that you need so that you can become a real guitar hero.

Why JamPlay Rocks

Learning how to play the guitar at JamPlay is much different than learning how to play the guitar at any of the other online guitar lesson sites because JamPlay has some exclusive features that you won’t find anywhere else. Let’s get into the details of JamPlay so that you can see just what they have to offer and how it can benefit you.

Over 2000 HD Guitar Lessons

It doesn’t matter what level of guitar player that you are. JamPlay has all levels of training available. All of the training videos are recorded with HD cameras to ensure that you only receive the best video quality along with JamPlay’s high quality training. There are over 11 hours of new video training added each month and new videos are being added to the site daily. All videos can be easily viewed on your mobile device or tablet pc.

There are three different learning phases available:

Phase 1 is for beginners

Phase 2 is for intermediate and advanced players and will allow you to learn different genres

Phase 3 allows you to learn how to play songs from famous artists

Besides having access to videos with your lessons, you will also have access to printable write ups that breakdown the topics of each lesson. This enables you to study the lessons when you are not at your pc. There is also an additional benefit that you get with JamPlay’s video training that is only available at JamPlay.

With other online guitar lesson sites, you only have the option of using certain instructors while going though training. At JamPlay, if you go through the training and don’t really feel comfortable with your instructor, you can choose to go through the same training but you can choose a different instructor to learn from. This gives you the opportunity to pick the right guitar trainer for you. There are over 50 instructors at JamPlay and they have a combined 1397 years of guitar playing experience.

Learn Multiple Styles of Music

Maybe your genre is heavy metal, rock, country, blues, classical, bluegrass, or jazz. At JamPlay, there are 14 different styles of music that you can learn to play and over 1342 genre and style lessons that you can learn from.

Here is Where JamPlay Excels

You may be thinking by now that JamPlay is not much different than the other online guitar training memberships but you won’t after you read about these next two features that you can’t find at other competitors such as GuitarTricks.com, etc.

These can only be found at JamPlay and will definitely take your guitar playing skills to the next level.

The first great feature is JamPlay’s live daily lessons. I really love this interactive live sessions. Each day the instructors share some techniques, songs, or skills and you will be able to interact with a live instructor via webcam and chat. It’s a great way to improve your guitar skills.

And the second feature is that you will have the ability to learn how to play all of your favorite songs. At JamPlay, you will be able to get access to your favorite songs with accurate tabs and video instruction. Right now, there are over 221 different songs available to choose from, and if they don’t currently have your favorite song, you can go to the forum and put in a request for your song to be added.

There are no other online guitar lesson memberships that will offer you these types of features.

Additional JamPlay Features

Comprehensive Chord Library

Extensive Scale Library

Custom Library of Jam Tracks

Interactive Games

Lick & Riff Library

Custom Progress Reports

Cons of Using JamPlay

While the JamPlay guitar lesson solution is probably the best online guitar solution available, it does still have a few flaws. First, the videos are not downloadable. You have to be logged in to your account to access them. Also, since all of the instructors are at different levels and play different styles of music, it gives the appearance that some of them are better than others. You will have to use your best judgment when choosing the instructor that is right for you.

JamPlay is the Ideal Solution

JamPlay is a great solution for those who really want to learn how to play the guitar online. It is also very affordable as well offering 3 different payment options and Jamplay also offer 100% money back guarantee. To get instant access to JamPlay right now, just click on this link. Jamplay Guitar Lessons

I decided to write Guitar Tricks Review because I feel like it is my duty to share my experience with anyone who is looking for a great course for learning guitar. This is the first review I have ever written about anything.

I decided to write this Guitar Tricks review because I feel like it is my duty to share my experience with anyone who is looking for a great course for learning how to play the guitar. This is actually the first review I have ever written about anything. I have used a lot of good products in my life, but I have never felt compelled to write a review for them like I have for this course.

Before I started the Guitar Tricks course, I was trying to teach myself how to play the guitar on my own. I would just watch YouTube videos to see what I could pick up but while there are some good videos on YouTube, they just aren’t enough to teach someone the basic skills of playing the guitar. I also tried some other online video courses but I still couldn’t seem to grasp the concepts behind playing the guitar. Then one day, I happened to stumble across the Guitar Tricks website, and that is when the real magic happened.

Guitar Tricks Overview

Just to give you some insight into what the Guitar Tricks website is all about, it’s an online training program that will teach you how to play the guitar through online video instruction. The first thing that impressed me about the course was the fact that they give you 24 free video lessons right up front. This really gave me a chance to see what type of training I was going to get if I decided to join. Just from watching the free video lessons alone, I was able to gain a better understanding of how to play the guitar. No other online course that I looked at even gave me the opportunity to get some free training.

On top of that, the instructors in this course are amazing. There are over 40 of them and they are all very talented and knowledgeable guitar players. Christopher Schlegel taught me how to hold my guitar the right way and Lisa McCormick taught me how to play the four step pattern. By the time I went through the 24 free lessons, I had learned so much that I felt like I could play anything on my guitar.

The reason that their training videos are so effective is because they are structured using a proven step by step system. The course is broken up into two parts, the first part of the course is called the Guitar Fundamentals Course and the second part consists of the Intermediate training courses. The thing that I loved most about the fundamentals course is that each training video builds off of the other. Once you learn one skill, the next video immediately builds on top of the skill that you just learned. The videos are broken down into easy bite sized chunks which make the lessons very easy to manage and understand.

One you have mastered all of the skills in the fundamentals section, you can move on to the intermediate section and that is when the real fun begins. The thing that I love the most about the intermediate section is that it gives you the opportunity to choose from 12 different music styles that you can learn. These styles include:

Acoustic Lessons

Bluegrass Lessons

Blues Lessons

Classical Lessons

Country Lessons

Funk Lessons

Jazz Lessons

Metal Lessons

Rock Lessons

Rockabilly

Surf Lessons

World Lessons

My favorite genre is rock so that is the one that I am currently working on. The training in this section is simply amazing. There are literally close to 100 videos in this section alone. Right now I’m learning the 10 ways to play arpeggios and loving it. Believe me when I tell you that the Guitar Tricks training course is a very meaty training course. In total there are over 5000 lessons on the site and it doesn’t matter if you are a guitar newbie like me or a seasoned veteran, they have all types of lessons that can take you to the next level.

You also get access to a member’s only forum when you join. The one thing that I really love about the forum is that you have an opportunity to communicate with the actual instructors. If you have any questions about what they taught you in the videos, you will have a chance to ask them. They even have a guitar technician on hand that will answer any questions that you have about taking care of your guitar. I don’t know of any other guitar training course that gives you this level of support.

What I don’t like about Guitar Tricks

Now I will admit, while I really love the Guitar Tricks training, I won’t say that it is the perfect training course. Some of the videos have bad lighting and could have been recorded with better quality. There are quite few of them that are pretty old so that is the reason why they are not as clear. That is the only real complaint that I have about the Guitar Tricks course at this time.

Why You Should Try Guitar Tricks

In my opinion, Guitar Tricks is the best online guitar course there is, especially if you are brand new to playing the guitar. You will have access to thousands of step by step videos and guitar trainings. You will also have access to the actual instructors to ask them your most important questions. And the crazy thing about it all is that it only costs $14.95 per month to join, plus you get access to 24 free training videos that you can go through if you feel that you need to try the course out to see if it is for you.

I’m very glad that I found the Guitar Tricks course and I think that you will too. Try it out for yourself and get instant access for free (14-Day Free Trial) by clicking this link. Guitar Tricks Lessons

Jamorama claims to be different from any other Guitar Course out there. The truth is that these courses often make statements such as the latter but never really pull through.

There are hundreds of online guitar learning schemes opening up all over the web; and as you might guess some are much more worth while that others. Jamorama claims to be different from any other guitar course out there and this is something we had to look into. The truth is that these courses often make statements such as the latter but never really pull through.

Jamorama offers a course that is available both online and as a hard copy. This is something that many online guitar teachers do not offer and can be seen as a great advantage. With the online package (costing a mere $49.95) you not only get your Jamorama course, but you get 5 extra packages for free.

The freebies you get include; Guitearit ear training game, Jayde Musica Pro – Sight reading game, the Guitar Tuner Pro software, The Jamorama Metronome and an extra Jamorama Chord kit. Of course these all come on top of the Jamorama beginner – intermediate course, the Jamorama intermediate – advanced course, a chord book and the how to tune your guitar eBook. Now remember, all of this costs a mere $49.95.

What many people have found to be great about the Jamorama solution is that you can learn the guitar for FREE. Jamorama offer a completely free newsletter than offers step by step tutorials, gear reviews, videos, discounts, exclusive promotions and how to articles. This is a great way to get a look into how professional and quality Jamorama is before you buy the guitar course. This is one thing I certainly did and I am sure you will be happy with the newsletters that you receive.

Now we have already looked briefly at what comes free with the course; but hardly touched at the actual guitar course itself. One thing I would like to put across is that the course is huge and this is something that you will notice straight away.

The Jamorama package comes packed with over 250 step by step tutorial pages, over 216 chord tutorials, 148 video guitar lessons, 26 Jam tracks for you to use plus over 8 styles of music to learn along with 55 unique strum patterns.

Learning the Guitar Made Easy

Learning an instrument is often hard for any individual. It is not a natural movement or gift that many of us are born with so guitar courses such as the Jamorama program are vital. It is actually great to see a program offering so much material for such a great price in the market to help those that would like to take up playing the guitar.

The step by step tutorials start from the absolute basics which is good as some other tutorial programs I have looked at in the past assume you have certain knowledge before you begin. Once you follow and master some of the basic tutorials you get a grasp of how to play and use the other tools included to your advantage. I really enjoyed the way this program offered both a beginners and an advance course because it allowed me to frequently look at the harder techniques and test myself out. Of course I found that following the tutorials day by day enabled me to achieve much more skill in a shorter amount of time and I was really impressed with the results.

One thing I also liked along with many others out there that have used this system was the jam sessions. These are simply tracks that allow you to simply “jam” along and you can even improvise as you start to learn how to play the guitar more effectively. All in all you do not just get a guitar course with Jamorama; you get a quality skill set and the materials to help you learn not only by the book but also through your own individual style.

The Good Points

You can sign up for a free newsletter to test the system before you buy

More learning materials than almost every other guitar learning program out there

Video lessons & Step by step tutorials

Only $49.95!

Free materials included in the package

Developed by a great team of guitar tutors

No subscription Fees

Amazing Reviews

Structures learning program to take you from the basics all the way to the advanced guitar techniques

The Negative points

Some people might consider it too be too much to begin with (you do receive a massive amount of learning material)

Having the advanced course at hand can make it easy to ignore the basics to try the harder things first

You get no real face to face time with a guitar tutor

Overall this is a guitar learning program that will show you almost all areas of the guitar world. It shows you all of the common guitar techniques ranging from the most basic steps all the way to those advanced skills that are going to make anybody say wow. At such a great price and offering such a huge amount of material this is surely a guitar course that is hard to beat.

From the psychological point of view, kids guitar lessons can be very constructive as it can help in education, teaching that everything in life demands some practice. So in this way, we help to train, educate and develop his persistence and patience in many areas of life.

The right age for a child to learn to play guitar is at age 7, because at this age, your hands are starting to grow, starting to take shape and strength. Below this age, it is not advisable, because the mentality of the child may not be willing to learn and end in frustration, making the child little by little tired of the instrument and music.

As an educator of the child, you have to take care of motivating children to practice and grow musically, and as well as parents, because if the home environment do not receive sufficient support will feel overwhelmed and he will take it as an activity to which he is forced to do.

The place of study has to be entertaining, every child should have his own instrument, preferably guitars for children (they are technically equal to a common guitar only smaller).

To start the kids guitar lessons, its important to difference the notes on the guitar neck, and explain to him what note is in each fret, to do this maybe the best exercise is begin with a simple chromatic scale from first to fourth fret and beginning from low E string to the high E string, moving one fret forward when ends this pattern and repeat all around the neck. This exercise will help him to memorize the sound of almost all the notes in the neck.

To teach a child to put his fingers to make chords for the first time, you will have to help him to put each finger in the right place and show on a blackboard a chord diagram image with the position of each finger in their respective fret so in this way, children can study at home with the help of their notes.

Advancing in the kids guitar lessons, it is advisable to start with some basic theory such as basic scales that the child can memorize like pentatonic in two or three keys, and once learn play them, teach him how to use them in small arpeggios and progression of arpeggios.

Knowing this, you can teach him some simple song using all that he learned. Is very important to increase the difficulty of the songs little by little, but in the case that you have virtuous children in your hands, give him some songs that challenge his creativity and all that he learned. It is important to motivate them always to learn more and more difficult exercises to develop their need of practice, in music and all things in the life.

Lead guitar lessons can develop in two ways, that works completely different one from the other, but definitely the second will be more professional than the first.

In the first case, you can play solo guitar like something “constructed” with the structure of the chords, playing a passage like an entire thing during the chord changes. You only have to respect the harmony of the theme and do a solo whatsoever relating to the whole song itself.

And in the second case rather more complicated, but with a much more professional result and a much more sophisticated sound, you can play each chord like an separated event and build the solo chord by chord respecting the harmony, but supposing that the chords progression changes really quickly and you see that is impossible maintain an order and the prolixity you must do a solo like I said before, whatsoever relating to the whole song itself.

So to learn lead guitar lesson you have to study the scales, study the modes, and find what is relative to each chord. You must learn to have rhythmic vocabulary, to create little melodies and repeat it in different patterns to create something enjoyable, it is important the use of expression techniques like bends, slides, and passage notes, moving the different scales all over the neck in all keys and you need anything that help you to vary the solo and not do of it something monotone.

Always be aware of what you’re playing to avoid be repetitive, and always change the verse pattern and expression.

The last important thing is to get fun and if you have a mistake playing in live… take it like experience and don’t worry, the show must go on, and always can be there one passage note or a bend that can arrange all again, and nothing happened.
