ગુજરાત રાજ્યના પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકો (Primary Teachers) અને વિદ્યાસહાયકો માટે એક સારા સમાચાર છે. પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયામકની કચેરી (DPE), ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા વર્ષ 2026 માટે વધ પરત બદલી કેમ્પ અને જિલ્લા આંતરિક (ઓનલાઇન) બદલી કેમ્પ નું ઓફિશિયલ Notification અને ટાઈમટેબલ જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

📌 શિક્ષકો માટે અગત્યની સૂચનાઓ (Important Instructions)

Online Portal: બદલી માટેની તમામ પ્રક્રિયા અધિકૃત વેબસાઈટ www.dpegujarat.in પરથી કરવાની રહેશે.
No Cancellation: એકવાર ઓનલાઈન માંગણીની પસંદ કરેલ શાળાનો હુકમ (Order) કોઈ પણ સંજોગોમાં રદ (Cancel) થઈ શકશે નહી. તેથી શિક્ષકોએ ખૂબ જ કાળજીપૂર્વક શાળા પસંદ કરવી.
Vacancy Details: 31/10/2026 ના રોજ વયનિવૃત (Retire) થનાર શિક્ષકોની ખાલી જગ્યાઓને પણ આ કેમ્પમાં ગણતરીમાં લેવામાં આવશે.

Note: વધુ માહિતી અને અપડેટ્સ માટે તમારા સંબંધિત તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારી (TPEO) અથવા જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારી (DPEO) ની કચેરીના સંપર્કમાં રહો.

The necessary instructions are as follows.

1. First of all, every District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer has to login with Default Password on the given website www.dpegujarat.in and enter the vacancies by changing the Password.

A list of all the medium schools with taluka wise vacancies in that district will have to be prepared in the primary department and upper primary department wise information and entered in the online software.

8. અગ્રતા બદલી અંગેના પ્રમાણપત્ર

9. સ્વ.ઘોષણા પત્ર

10. દંપતી કેસમાં પતિ અને પત્ની બંનેના તમામ નોકરીના હુકમો અને હાજર મુક્ત રિપોર્ટ અગાઉ દંપતી કેસમાં લાભ લીધેલ નથી જે જોવા માટે જોડાણ કરવાના રહેશે.

ઓનલાઇન બદલી ફોર્મના મુદ્દા

In case of non-dismissal of teachers who have ordered school allotment as per option in the district division while uploading vacancies, the existing school of the teacher shall be shown as vacancy. And which has been allocated to the school. That space should be considered full.

In the case of a primary teacher / teaching assistant who has previously been transferred internally or districtally and has not been dismissed due to more than 10% vacancy, the original school vacancy shall be shown as vacancy and the vacancy in the transfer school shall be deemed to be filled.

Name for any place in any district. If there is a matter pending in the court, such places should not be shown as vacancies.

A printed copy of the confirmed application will have to get the signature-stamp of the head teacher of the school. Then the necessary supporting evidence has to be submitted to the concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt.

The concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to check the necessary evidence and give access to the concerned Primary Teacher / Educational Assistant regarding the receipt of the application.

Online Badali Camp Karyakram 2026 for Primary School Teachers

All the applications have to be sent in person to the District Primary Education Officer with remarks of approval / disapproval. The Govt. Officer will have to check the required evidence and give the application to the concerned Primary Teacher / Educational.

Assistant after receiving the application. Remarks on approval / disapproval in the application should be followed and action should be taken as per order. All the applications given in the District / Town Education Committee login given to the concerned District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer on the website should be completed by office hours.

After the completion of the above work, the replacement order of the eligible primary teachers / teaching assistants will be prepared by the computer software as per the rules.

Primary teachers / teaching assistants who have applied for transfer and are eligible for transfer as per the rules will have to get the print of the transfer order manually from the website. The Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to obtain print copies of the transfer orders and keep the else.

The District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to print and file the entire transfer orders. The printed signature of the District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer of that district will be considered valid in the computerized transfer order.

Teachers will have to take adequate care in choosing the dice code and the name of the school while selecting the online school, the transfer order made online as per the selection will not be canceled under any circumstances. Let the teachers know enough about it.

Before executing the transfer order, the Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to verify the transfer order and get them to sign the transfer order.

Transfer order will not be valid unless verified by Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Taking into consideration the above details, after studying the resolutions and from time to time, the transfer of primary teacher / teaching assistant should be done through online computerized system.

Upon completion of this procedure, as per the provisions of the resolution, from the teacher will have to give the option of going to upper primary. Based on this, option camp will have to be organized.

NMMS Scholarship 2026-27 Gujarat Notification: ગુજરાત રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ, ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા નેશનલ મીન્સ કમ મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના (National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme - NMMS) વર્ષ 2026-27 માટેનું જાહેરનામું પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. ધોરણ 8માં અભ્યાસ કરતા પાત્ર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આ પરીક્ષા માટે ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરી શકશે.

NMMS Scholarship માટે કોણ અરજી કરી શકે?

જાહેરનામા મુજબ ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં ધોરણ 8માં અભ્યાસ કરતા નીચેની શાળાઓના પાત્ર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ NMMS પરીક્ષા માટે અરજી કરી શકે છે.

સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ
લોકલ બોડીની શાળાઓ, જેમ કે જિલ્લા પંચાયત, મહાનગરપાલિકા અને નગરપાલિકા સંચાલિત શાળાઓ
ગ્રાન્ટેડ પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ

ધોરણ 7માં જરૂરી ગુણ

વિદ્યાર્થીની કેટેગરી	ધોરણ 7માં જરૂરી ગુણ
General અને OBC	ઓછામાં ઓછા 55%

ધોરણ 7માં ઉપર દર્શાવેલા ગુણ અથવા સમકક્ષ ગ્રેડ મેળવેલા હોવા જોઈએ.

કઈ શાળાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અરજી કરી શકતા નથી? ખાનગી અથવા સેલ્ફ-ફાઇનાન્સ શાળાઓ, કેન્દ્રીય વિદ્યાલય, જવાહર નવોદય વિદ્યાલય તથા રહેવા, જમવા અને અભ્યાસની સુવિધા આપતી નિર્ધારિત નિવાસી શાળાઓના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આ પરીક્ષા માટે અરજી કરી શકશે નહીં.

NMMS Scholarship માટે આવક મર્યાદા

જાહેરનામા અનુસાર વિદ્યાર્થીના વાલીની વાર્ષિક આવક ₹3,50,000થી વધારે ન હોવી જોઈએ. શિષ્યવૃત્તિ મેળવવા માટે આવક મર્યાદા ઉપરાંત અન્ય નિયત પાત્રતા અને મેરીટના નિયમો પણ લાગુ પડે છે.

અરજી સાથે જરૂરી પ્રમાણપત્રો અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે. જાહેરનામામાં આવકના પ્રમાણપત્ર માટે નીચેના અધિકારીઓના પ્રમાણપત્રનો સ્વીકાર દર્શાવવામાં આવ્યો છે:

જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર અંગે જાહેરનામામાં મામલતદારશ્રી, તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારીશ્રી અથવા શાળાના આચાર્યનું રજિસ્ટર્ડ બોનાફાઇડ પ્રમાણપત્ર (જાવક નંબર અને ફોટા સાથે, પેટાજાતિનો ઉલ્લેખ ધરાવતું) માન્ય ગણાવ્યું છે. જોકે, શિષ્યવૃત્તિ માટે National Scholarship Portal (NSP) પર રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરતી વખતે સરકાર દ્વારા અધિકૃત સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું આવક અને જાતિ અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર જરૂરી છે, જ્યાં લાગુ પડતું હોય ત્યાં તે રજૂ કરવું.

ઉપરની પરીક્ષા ફી ઉપરાંત સર્વિસ ચાર્જ અલગથી ચૂકવવાનો રહેશે. ભરેલી ફી કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં પરત કરવામાં આવશે નહીં.

Online Payment કેવી રીતે કરવું?

પરીક્ષા ફી ઓનલાઇન પેમેન્ટ ગેટવે દ્વારા Credit Card, ATM/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI અથવા Walletથી ભરી શકાશે.

ફી ભર્યા પછી E-Receiptનું સ્ટેટસ ખાસ ચકાસવું. જો Transaction Unsuccessful દર્શાવતું હોય તો તેને ફી ભરાઈ ગયાની માન્ય રસીદ ગણવી નહીં. બેંક ખાતામાંથી રકમ કપાયા પછી 24 કલાકમાં E-Receipt જનરેટ ન થાય તો રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડનો ઇ-મેઇલથી સંપર્ક કરવો.

જાહેરનામા અનુસાર પરીક્ષા બાદ જિલ્લાવાર અને કેટેગરીવાર નક્કી કરેલા ક્વોટામાં મેરીટમાં આવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નિયત પાત્રતા જાળવવાની શરતે શિષ્યવૃત્તિ મળવાપાત્ર છે.

શિષ્યવૃત્તિની રકમ મેળવવા માટે પાત્ર વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ National Scholarship Portal (NSP) પર Fresh અથવા Renewal Application કરવાની રહેશે. સંબંધિત શાળા અને જિલ્લાના નોડલ અધિકારી દ્વારા અરજીની ચકાસણી થયા પછી નિયમો મુજબ રકમ સીધી લાભાર્થીના બેંક ખાતામાં જમા કરવામાં આવે છે.

NMMS Exam Pattern 2026-27

NMMS પરીક્ષામાં બે વિભાગનો સમાવેશ થાય છે: Mental Ability Test (MAT) અને Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). જાહેરનામા મુજબ પ્રશ્નો NEP-2020 અનુસાર Competency Based રહેશે.

1. MAT – Mental Ability Test

MAT વિભાગમાં શાબ્દિક અને અશાબ્દિક તાર્કિક ગણતરીને લગતા 90 પ્રશ્નો રહેશે. તેમાં નીચેના પ્રકારના પ્રશ્નોનો સમાવેશ થાય છે:

SAT વિભાગમાં ગણિત, વિજ્ઞાન અને સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાન વિષયના કુલ 90 પ્રશ્નો રહેશે.

પરીક્ષાના અન્ય નિયમો

પરીક્ષાનું માધ્યમ ગુજરાતી અથવા અંગ્રેજી રહેશે.
પરીક્ષા Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) આધારિત રહેશે.
દરેક પ્રશ્નનો એક ગુણ રહેશે.
નકારાત્મક ગુણપદ્ધતિ રહેશે નહીં.
લહિયા સાથે પરીક્ષા આપતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને 60 મિનિટનો વધારાનો સમય મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.

માત્ર Qualifying Marks મેળવવાથી શિષ્યવૃત્તિની ખાતરી થતી નથી. લાયકાતના ગુણ મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાંથી જિલ્લાવાર અને કેટેગરીવાર નક્કી કરેલા ક્વોટા મુજબ મેરીટમાં આવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ જ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ માટે પાત્ર ઠરશે.

NMMS Online Form 2026-27 કેવી રીતે ભરવું?

વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે અરજી કરવાની પ્રક્રિયા ઓનલાઇન છે. અરજી કરતી વખતે નીચેના સ્ટેપ્સ અનુસરો.

www.sebexam.org વેબસાઇટ ખોલો.
“Apply Online” વિકલ્પ પર ક્લિક કરો.
“National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme (STD-8)” સામે “Apply Now” પસંદ કરો.
અરજીપત્રકમાં માંગેલી તમામ વિગતો અંગ્રેજીમાં ભરો.
વિદ્યાર્થીનું નામ આધારકાર્ડ મુજબ જ દાખલ કરો અને જરૂરી આધારકાર્ડની આગળ-પાછળની નકલ અપલોડ કરો.
વિદ્યાર્થીનો આધાર-DISE સંબંધિત નંબર અને શાળાનો U-DISE નંબર યોગ્ય રીતે દાખલ કરો.
Submit કર્યા પછી જનરેટ થયેલો Application Number સાચવી રાખો.
“Upload Photo-Signature” વિભાગમાં જરૂરી ફોટો અને સહી અપલોડ કરો. જાહેરનામામાં દર્શાવ્યા મુજબ JPG ફોર્મેટમાં ફાઇલની સાઇઝ 15 KBથી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈએ.
“Confirm Application” વિકલ્પથી અરજી કન્ફર્મ કરો.
“Print Application & Fee Challan” વિકલ્પમાંથી અરજીની પ્રિન્ટ મેળવો અને ઓનલાઇન પરીક્ષા ફી ભરો.

ખાસ ધ્યાન રાખવું: અરજીપત્રક Confirm કર્યા પછી પરીક્ષા ફી ભરવી જરૂરી છે. જાહેરનામા મુજબ ફોર્મ કન્ફર્મ કર્યા બાદ ફી ભર્યા પછી જ અરજી માન્ય ગણાશે.

જાહેરનામા મુજબ ઓનલાઇન ભરેલા આવેદનપત્રની પ્રિન્ટ સાથે નીચેના દસ્તાવેજો તૈયાર રાખવા.

વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને શાળાઓ માટે અગત્યની સૂચનાઓ

વિદ્યાર્થીનું નામ, અટક, જન્મતારીખ અને અન્ય વિગતો આધારકાર્ડ મુજબ ચોકસાઈથી ભરવી.
આધારકાર્ડ અને શાળાના U-DISE રેકોર્ડમાં નામ સરખું છે કે નહીં તેની ચકાસણી કરવી.
આધારકાર્ડની આગળ અને પાછળની સ્પષ્ટ નકલ અપલોડ કરવી.
Application Number અને Confirmation Number સાચવી રાખવા.
અરજીની છેલ્લી તારીખની રાહ જોયા વગર સમયસર ફોર્મ ભરવું.
વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઓનલાઇન આવેદનપત્રો ભરાવી આપવાની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી સંબંધિત શાળાની રહેશે.

📘 TLM શું છે?

સંકલ્પના સમજો: કઈ બાબત સમજાવવામાં મુશ્કેલી પડે છે તે ઓળખો.
યોગ્ય સામગ્રી પસંદ કરો: ચાર્ટ, મોડેલ, કાર્ડ, રમત કે પ્રયોગમાંથી યોગ્ય વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરો.

ઓછા ખર્ચે TLM કેવી રીતે બનાવવું?

જૂનાં કાર્ડબોર્ડમાંથી ગણિતના આકારો બનાવો.
વેસ્ટ પેપરથી અક્ષરકાર્ડ અને શબ્દકાર્ડ તૈયાર કરો.
બોટલનાં ઢાંકણાંથી ગણતરી અને સરવાળાની પ્રવૃત્તિ કરાવો.

ગણિત: સ્થાનકિંમત ચાર્ટ, અપૂર્ણાંક મોડેલ, ઘડિયાળ મોડેલ, માપન સાધનો અને ગુણાકાર કોષ્ટક.

પર્યાવરણ: જળચક્ર મોડેલ, ખાદ્યશૃંખલા ચાર્ટ, છોડના ભાગોનું મોડેલ, પરિવહનનાં સાધનો અને દિશા દર્શાવતો નકશો.

અંગ્રેજી: Grammar Charts, Tense Cards, Sentence Formation Cards અને Vocabulary Games.

ધોરણ 6 થી 8 માટે TLM

ગુજરાતી: વ્યાકરણ ચાર્ટ, રૂઢિપ્રયોગ-કહેવત કાર્ડ, લેખન પ્રવૃત્તિ કાર્ડ અને વાંચન સામગ્રી.

જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ ખેલાડીઓને વધુ વિવિધ રમતોમાં પોતાની પ્રતિભા દર્શાવવાની તક મળશે. એથ્લેટિક્સ, સ્વિમિંગ, સ્કેટિંગ, ટેબલ ટેનિસ, લોൺ ટેનિસ, બેડમિન્ટન, ચેસ, કુસ્તી, આર્ચરી, બાસ્કેટબોલ, હોકી, ફૂટબોલ, ટેક્વાન્ડો, યોગાસન, કરાટે અને રગ્બી જેવી રમતોનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

પરિપત્રમાં કેટલીક રમતો માટે સીધી રાજ્યકક્ષાની સ્પર્ધાની જોગવાઈ કરવામાં આવી છે. તેમાં એથ્લેટિક્સ, સ્વિમિંગ, જુડો, કુસ્તી, આર્ચરી, ફેન્સિંગ, બોક્સિંગ, શૂટિંગ, ટેક્વાન્ડો, વેઈટલિફ્ટિંગ, કરાટે, જિમ્નાસ્ટિક્સ, સ્કેટિંગ, મલ્લખંભ, ટેબલ ટેનિસ અને બાસ્કેટબોલ સહિતની રમતોનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

ખેલ મહાકુંભ 2026 માટે મહત્વના નિયમો

1. વયની ગણતરી

સ્પર્ધામાં ભાગ લેવા માટે વય મર્યાદા નક્કી કરવા માટે 31/03/2027ની તારીખને આધાર તરીકે રાખવામાં આવશે.

2. ટીમ રમત માટે નિયમ

જે કક્ષાએથી સ્પર્ધા શરૂ થાય ત્યાં ટીમ રમતમાં માત્ર એક જ શાળાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ટીમ હોવી જોઈએ.

3. જન્મતારીખનો પુરાવો

રજિસ્ટ્રેશન સમયે ખેલાડીએ જન્મતારીખ દર્શાવતો માન્ય પુરાવો રાખવાનો રહેશે.

4. વિદ્યાર્થી માટે નિયમ

શાળા અથવા કોલેજમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ જ્યાં અભ્યાસ કરે છે તે તાલુકા/જિલ્લામાંથી ભાગ લઈ શકશે.

5. રમતની સંખ્યા

કોઈ પણ રમતવીર પોતાના તાલુકા/જિલ્લામાંથી નિયમ મુજબ મહત્તમ એક જ રમતમાં ભાગ લઈ શકશે.

6. જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો

સ્પર્ધા દરમિયાન ખેલાડીએ આધાર કાર્ડ, મોબાઈલ અને બેંક પાસબુકની નકલ સાથે રાખવાની રહેશે.

ધોરણ 3 થી 8 – ત્રિમાસિક કસોટી સમયપત્રક (ઓગસ્ટ 2026)

આ સમયપત્રક મુજબ પ્રથમ ત્રિમાસિક કસોટીનું આયોજન 17 ઓગસ્ટ 2026 થી 25 ઓગસ્ટ 2026 દરમિયાન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. ધોરણ 3 થી 5 અને ધોરણ 6 થી 8 માટે વિષય અનુસાર પરીક્ષાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. ગુજરાતી, ગણિત, હિન્દી, પર્યાવરણ, વિજ્ઞાન, સંસ્કૃત, અંગ્રેજી, સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાન તથા પ્રથમ ભાષા જેવા વિષયોનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

📢🔥 મુખ્ય શિક્ષકનો ચાર્જ આપવા અંગે સરકારના નવા નિયમો 🔥📢

1️⃣ HTAT મુખ્ય શિક્ષકનું મહેકમ મંજૂર ન હોય તેવી શાળામાં

👉 શાળાના સૌથી સિનિયર શિક્ષકને મુખ્ય શિક્ષકનો ચાર્જ આપવામાં આવશે.

2️⃣ HTAT મુખ્ય શિક્ષકની જગ્યા ખાલી હોય તો

👉 15 કિ.મી.ની અંદરના સૌથી સિનિયર HTAT મુખ્ય શિક્ષકને વધારાનો ચાર્જ આપવામાં આવશે.

👉 એક HTAT મુખ્ય શિક્ષકને માત્ર એક જ વધારાની શાળાનો ચાર્જ મળશે.

3️⃣ HTAT મુખ્ય શિક્ષકોની સંખ્યા ઓછી હોય તો

👉 વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ધરાવતી શાળાને પ્રથમ પ્રાથમિકતા આપવામાં આવશે.

4️⃣ HTAT મુખ્ય શિક્ષક ઉપલબ્ધ ન હોય તો

👉 શાળાના સૌથી સિનિયર શિક્ષકને મુખ્ય શિક્ષક તરીકે ચાર્જ આપવામાં આવશે.

5️⃣ સિનિયર શિક્ષક ચાર્જ સ્વીકારવાનો ઇનકાર કરે તો

👉 યોગ્ય કારણ હોય તો પછીના સિનિયર શિક્ષકને ચાર્જ આપવામાં આવશે.

👉 યોગ્ય કારણ વગર ઇનકાર કરનાર સામે કાર્યવાહી થઈ શકે છે.

6️⃣ બે શાળાનો ચાર્જ ધરાવતા HTAT મુખ્ય શિક્ષક

👉 સોમ-મંગળ-બુધ પોતાની શાળામાં

👉 ગુરુ-શુક્ર-શનિ બીજી શાળામાં હાજર રહેશે.

7️⃣ ચાર્જનું રોટેશન

👉 ઉનાળુ વેકેશન બાદ રોટેશન મુજબ અન્ય HTAT મુખ્ય શિક્ષકને ચાર્જ આપી શકાશે.

8️⃣ ચાર્જ એલાઉન્સ અને વાહન ભથ્થું

👉 નિયમ મુજબ ચાર્જ એલાઉન્સ મળશે.

👉 8 કિ.મી.થી વધુ અંતર હોય તો વાહન ભથ્થું પણ મળશે.

9️⃣ દિવ્યાંગ શિક્ષકો માટે ખાસ જોગવાઈ

👉 ઇચ્છે તો ચાર્જ લઈ શકે.

👉 ઇચ્છા ન હોય તો લેખિતમાં ના પાડી શકે.

👉 કોઈ શિસ્તભંગ કાર્યવાહી નહીં થાય.

🔟 ખાસ નોંધ

👉 સિનિયોરિટી માત્ર ચાર્જ આપવા માટે જ ગણાશે.

👉 બદલી, બઢતી કે ઉચ્ચતર પગાર ધોરણ માટે લાગુ નહીં પડે.

While some headteachers still do some teaching themselves, in most larger schools, most of their duties are managerial and pastoral. They are often used to discipline misbehaving students, help organize school-sponsored activities, and department heads report to them.

In Australia, the headteacher is sometimes in charge of one (in the case of a major subject) or multiple (often in smaller schools) specific departments, such as English, history, maths, science, writing, technology, etc., but maintains full teaching duties and status. They are considered part of the school executive, and often a headteacher position is a stepping-stone into administration.
