આજે સોમવાર, 12 જૂન, 2006. આજે ગુજરાતમાં શાળાઓનાં નવા સત્રનો આરંભ.
બાળકો ખભે બોજો લટકાવી સ્કૂલે ઉપડશે!! કૂમળી વયે કેવો અસહ્ય ભાર આ શિક્ષણ-પદ્ધતિનો!

આધુનિકતાની દોડમાં, મોડર્ન એજ્યુકેશન પદ્ધતિના પાપે આપણે બાળકની શી દશા કરી છે, તેનો કરુણ ચિતાર
નીચેની મુક્તપંચિકામાં વ્યક્ત કરું છું.

આમાં હાસ્ય નથી, રમૂજ નથી. કરુણતા છે, નરી કરુણતા!
