Single family existing homes sales: November 2011 saw 233 units sold vs. 188 units sold in November of last year. Average sold in 2010 was 229 units. November 2011 price median was $170,000 vs. $184,200 November last year. 2010’s average median price was $188,867.&lt;br /&gt;
