Just didn't feel like running yesterday. Should have run 6 miles. Just didn't feel right and also my knee hurt a little bit. Ran only 3 miles.

I think it's time to dust this blog off and restart blogging again. I don't know why, I'm now on facebook. Why blog once again? I'm now running again after a 16 year rest. I want to document my thoughts about running. I don't think a could do that on facebook as well. I also want to post my thoughts about the up comming 2012 elections. Again, I don't think a could do it as well. Don't want to piss off my family and friends.
