I'm sorry I didn't do any update on my blog since I was so busy that I didn't have the time to update
(actually I'm just too lazy to update my blog)

I had a couple of Gunpla building already completed however I just too lazy to do full review and photo shoot them

Review - HGBF GN-9999 Transient Gundam

Hi there welcome back again to another review on Gunpla (not babes LOL). This time I'm gonna review another Gunpla in HGBF line. Introducing HG GN-9999 Transient Gundam. ~~Piloted~~ oppss used by WIlfrid Kijima in Gunpla Battle, this gunpla prove to be unbeatable gunpla in the competition except from Kamiki Sekai which used Try Burning Gundam. Without waiting anymore, lets go for the review.

Model Kit

The model itself quite sturdy. It stand quite well. Well i just cant say anything about the design but wow, the model is looking gorgeous.

Weaponry

This is the only weapon that come with the Gundam. Just two lance. But it still rocking the battle

The lance is looking good with this Gundam

The lance also not heavy for the Gunpla to hold.

The lance also can do gimmick to change into some sort of trident mode.

Conclusion

Overall, the model kit doesn't some big issue like elephant in the back or in the arm. It also come with free standee which is good for me since I dislike buying extra standee from Bandai not because money but most of them will lost in action. I dunno why.

Without wasting any time, let us go for the review

The Model

The model itself looking good with straight line build design and sharp. I like how this kit looking much much better than the regular Wing Gundam

Articulation

Eventhough this Gundam is a transformable mobile suit, but it still have some good articulation and much better than previous High Grade..

The color separation is good with tiny amount of paintings are needed to make this complete color.

Completed Model

It come with 1x Buster Rifle, 1x Beam Pistol, 1x Beam Sword (All can combine into one giant rifle) 1x Beam Saber, 2x Beam Cloth

I personally didn't like the transformation. It was hard to make it look good (at least for me)

Hye, its been a long time since I do some review of Gunpla. Well I quite busy for sometime (and lazy too). This review has been held for a while therefore

LETS CHECK OUT THE REVIEW

This time I'm gonna do review about RG 1/144 GN-001 Gundam Exia (my favorite Gundam)

GN-001 Gundam Exia

The design for the RG version is much more detail than its MG counterpart. The articulation for this kit is superb. I think Bandai should release it PG version and wow us even more.

The color separation use in this kit were good enough and bring this kit one level higher than MG.

However, I don't understand why the sticker decal look almost the same as the MG version.

Armament

As usual, standard weapon issue for Exia. I like the fact that Bandai was generous enough to give Chrome plated parts for GN Blade and GN Sword compared to MG where you need to buy Ignition Ver. to get the Chrome plated part.

The GN Sword was actually quite heavy for the kit.

Conclusion

I really recommended this kit for you guys who love Exia and RG lineup. Can't wait for the 00 Gundam to be release in RG form glory.

~~Its been a while since I updated my blog but hey this is the last day in 2014 and I dont want to waste the opportunity to write a memorable post for you guys to read.~~

Damn, I have problem with my internet connection and I can't post this on 31st Dec 2014

Ok guys, if you dont remember, this is Kamen Rider Faiz from Masked Rider 555 and he is my favorite Kamen Rider of all time.

Overview

The build is solid and very sturdy. However the plastic feel cheap in my opinion unlike SH Figuarts.. But may be that is different category.

It come with 3 pairs of palms, 3 Faiz phones (with mission memory, no mission memory & Faiz Blaster), Axel Memory Wrist watch, Faiz Pointer, Faiz Sword and Faiz Knuckle Buster

It also come with effect for Crimson Smash Rider Kick and a stand

Overall, I like this Figurise 6 model kit and I hope Bandai will produce more from this line rather than MG Figurise since that is too big for me

Review - 1/144 HG RX-121-1 Gundam TR-1 Hazel

Hye, welcome back to another review in Gunpla Re-BOOT!

This time I gonna do review on RX-121-1 Gundam TR1 Hazel.

This Gundam come from photo-novel Advance of Zeta: The Flag of Titans which focus on Titans Test Group

Gundam TR1 Hazel

This Gundam look like what a UC gundam should be. Boxy, symmetrical looking Gundam. But what is good about this kit was that it is generous with decals. Some parts need painting to look more accurate but apart of that, the kit itself look great.

If you noticed, I do some weathering on it using just Pastel Chalk Stick by Daiso

Not too shabby eh?

The kit is taller than V2 Gundam

Instead of the standard issue of HG hand, each weapons had their own hand manipulator to go with.

The leg articulation however wasn't so great.

Completed Model

The kit got two type of shield, one is standard and the other one is longer (Shield Booster)

Nice looking Beam Rifle

It only got one Beam Saber unlike most main Gundam in the UC era.

Conclusion

I can say that even though the kit was released back in 2005, the build quality surpassed even today HG lineup. It has a nice set of decals to go with and have sturdy joints. I highly recommended this kit for you guys to buy.

Review - HGUC 1/144 Victory 2 Gundam Custom Paint

Hye! At last, my favorite Gundam has arrived. I'm longing for this kit for a while since I have this urge to custom paint it. Yes, it is Victory 2 Gundam. Piloted by Uso Ebbing, this Gundam has lead League Militaire to victory against Zanscare Empire. Without typing too long , let us go for the review, OK?

This kit is awesome to built since it is so easy with just only 5 runners not including PC. I decided to custom painted it since I love this Gundam and when I mean custom it mean two tone white grey. I disliked painting it into another color since I like originality.

It come with

Beam Rifle + Grenade Launcher x1
Beam Shield x1
Beam Saber x2

Equipped with Minovsky Drive, this Gundam can hover and fly without any problem unlike previous UC Gundam. Talk about the last series in UC universe (in Timeline arrangement of course)

The articulations is okay except for elbow joint which I found only bend about 60 degree.

Conclusion

This kit is simply awesome. I like this kit a lot. I'm glad that Bandai decided not to use transformation gimmick and go for separate Core Fighter and the main body. Highly recommended .

Review - 1/144 HGBF Crossbone Maoh Gundam

A very long time since I posted reviews of Gunpla in my blog. Welcome back again to another post of review in Gunpla Re-BOOT!

This time I'm gonna do review about this awesome variant of Crossbone Gundam, Crossbone Gundam Maoh. As you know that this variant is built by Yasaka Mao in Gundam Build Fighter anime in the last episode.

Without wasting anytime, let us go for the review.

Crossbone Maoh

I like the construction way much better than the Master Grade version which the latter feel lame especially on elbow joint and ankle joint. If Bandai want to release this version in Master Grade, they better use new frame design rather than recycle the old inner frame. (Knowing Bandai scheme, they would probably recycle it back)

Knowing the actual size is 15.7 meter, when it is scale down to 1/144 the size just getting smaller. You need to be careful when dealing with the plastics and not to break them.

Completed Model

Compared to the original design, this Crossbone Maoh is totally awesome especially the big skull on it's chest part.

Conclusion

This kit is a High Grade, therefore don't expect anything like a Real Grade. The articulation is good and the kit can do awesome poses. However, since it is HG, the body part sometimes popped out of place from the waist because it use PC joint to connect them together. Nevertheless, this kit can hold it's backpack weight compared to the Master Grade version with the loose joint here and there. This kit is highly recommended for those who like Crossbone Gundam and probably for Yasaka Mao. LOL

Review - MG 1/100 Gundam Astray Red Frame Kai [Slightly Painted]

Hye! Welcome back again after a month of hiatus. LOL. Well, that is because I'm too lazy to do Gunpla News (I'm not that kind of blogger) and actually I don't have any materials to post.

Nevertheless, this is my 1st kit of this year, MG 1/100 Gundam Astray Red Frame Kai. Actually, I did want to retire from Gunpla but the temptation, I just can't resist it. Previously, I owned a NG 1/100 Gundam Astray Red Frame but I gave it to someone else as I just want to get rid my NG collections and upgrade them to MG version.

Piloted by Lowe Guele of Junk Guild, this Astray variant is based on MBF-P02 Gundam Astray Red Frame. This Gundam are basically an upgrade from previous version after Lowe was defeated by Librarian Works in graphic novel Seed Vs Astray. (which produced a lot of NG version of weird variant of SEED Gundam, etc Gale Strike)

Long story short, lets go for the review, shall we?

Red Frame Kai

What special about Astray is that the minimal use of Phase Shift Armor to conserve energy. This is why Astray developed a muscular look and Lowe Guele took this vision forward by incorporating Gerbera Straight into its armament. You've might not noticed but I do paint some parts with Pale Grey to give it a more Real Grade looks. (Damn why I'm so obsessed with RG)

Articulation

This kit has good articulation, BUT the shoulder joint is too weak! Seriously, it is too weak! You can put some glue onto the joint to make it tighter (well I don't do that since it is difficult to disassemble the body back). The kneeling position is also good.

Armament

For this badass Gundam, it only need:

x1 Tactical Arms IIL
x1 Gerbera Straight
x1 Tiger Pierce

and thats it. Swords only! However, the Tactical Arms is superbly multifunctional.

Bummer! I break this piece, the hip joint! I glued it all back. Due to this incident, this review don't have any awesome poses like other reviews lingering in the net.

Completed Model

With Tactical Arms, the Red Frame can do so much thing. So for the first one, it is called V-Form. This is the basic form of Tactical Arms when it is mounted on Red Frame Kai's back, it allows quick transformation into other forms.

The kit can stand straight enough with the Tactical Arm on it's back. However, I can say that the Tactical Arm is seriously heavy.

The 2nd mode is known as Delta Form. The form in which the Voiture Lumiere System is used for propulsion. It is not one of the original transformations intended by Lowe, and is created after Ergnes Brahe donates the Voiture Lumiere System of his MMF-JG73L ∇ to him.

The 3rd form is Flight Form. The form that provides the Red Frame Kai with flight capability and by adjusting the position of the folded components can allow the MS to move in an irregular manner, making it difficult for the enemy to aim. In this form, the mounted beam torch can be used to fire at enemy units in front of Red Frame Kai.

Actually, I forgot to flipped up the wings on the booster LOL

The only air pose that I could make since I was too worried about the fixed hip joint.

The 4th form is Work Form. The form in which the Tactical Arms IIL is used as a giant pincer for moving and cutting large objects. It is mounted on the arm when in use and can also be used during combat.

The handle also known as Beam Torch

The 5th form is Arrow Form. The ranged weapon form of the Tactical Arms IIL, it is handheld when in used and fires a beam arrow. In this form, the Voiture Lumiere System can be deployed to manipulate the path of the beam arrow.

The 6th and most awesome form is Sword Form. The close combat weapon form of the Tactical Arms IIL, it is handheld when in used and can also function as a shield due to its large size. The blade has an incredibly sharp edge and even if it did not damage the enemy’s armor, the impact due to its size can damage internal components or badly rattle the pilot, and may even lead to unconsciousness in serious cases. The Tactical Arms IIL can be mounted on the Red Frame Kai's back when in this form, but it serves no practical purpose other than looking cool.

How cool is that?! Two Samurai swords on hips and one GIANT sword on back! One can't go more badass than this Gundam.

Need to use the stand (which is for HG but with longer shaft) to hold the Sword form.

Compared to Buster Sword of Gundam 00 Seven Sword

Speaking of badass, I owned two of them. Big gun =/= Badass but big sword is!

Pros

The kit look great
The swords, who doesn't love big sword
The legs actually firm enough to withstand the heaviness of Tactical Arms
The Tactical Arms transformation is easy to do without any hassles
The stickers and decals provided are awesome and alleviate this kit aesthetic look even more

Cons

The shoulder joint is too weak
Need to be careful with the hip joint. The design is break-prone unlike most MG hip joint which have 3 parts. This only have 2 parts. Possible due to the hip construction.
The gold piece is just crap looking gold wannabe color. Need to paint it.

Conclusion

I can say if you a big fan of BIG sword, you can go for it. As for the overall design, one might not like it since the shoulder joints is too weak, I don't know why Bandai design them like that! And this might be my mistake, but I think that the hip joint can easily break if you handle it properly. My advice is that you should move it quite a bit too loosen it a little bit just to ensure that it can follow your pose that you've intended t do.

p/s - I suspect that the Zippo Lighter Fluid (I use it to clean of excess ink on panel lines) might be the culprit to why the plastic weaken a little bit.

News - New Gundam Series Announced! Gundam Reconguista in G

Gundam: G no Reconguista (Gundam Reconguista in G), the franchise creator Yoshiyuki Tomino's major Gundam project since the 2005-2006 Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam film trilogy, will debut this fall. It is set in "Reguild Century," the era set after the Universal Century, and it will follow the adventures of a pilot trainee named Beruri Zenamu in Capital Guard, an organization protecting a space elevator. The character designer is Kenichi Yoshida, and the mecha designer are Akira Yasuda, Ippei Gyōbu, and Kimitoshi Yamane. Yuugo Kanno is scoring the music.

During the Kidou Senshi Gundam 35th Anniversary Announcement, Gundam creator, Tomino Yushiyuki said that the new Gundam: G no Reconguista is not meant for the UC or Origin fans but for the children. The series was made so that children of Gundam fans can enjoy.

How the title of the series was decided

“G” was taken from “ガンタム大地に立つ” “Gundam Daichi ni Tatsu” (Gundam Raising)

“大地” means “Ground”

Originally 　レコンギスタ was supposed to be “レコンキスタ” Reconguista was suppose to be Reconkista originally.

The reason why for the change was because they thought the title wouldn’t stand out.

Review - MG 1/100 Aile Strike Gundam ver. RM

This time, I'm gonna review this awesome gunpla kit, MG Aile Strike Gundam ver.RM

The RM stands for ReMastered if I'm not mistaken, and this kit took 8 months WISP since I'm too lazy to build this kit.

Well what done is done, and here you are reading this *@#&(*^ review and clicking away without commenting at all. Make me feel like wanna retired from blogging all of these.

Lets go for the review, shall we?

The design heavily taking the PG and RG looks but with significant differences (e.g the front skirt armor) and it look nothing like the 1st version of the MG. (looks lame)

The Aile Striker pack look good, but seriously I hate the wings structure which are not sturdy at all.

The model itself can stand firmly enough which astound me since the backpack look heavy but the kit itself managed to stand without falling backward. Kudos to Bandai for making this kit's joints so sturdy

Change to the standard stand since the OOB stand got some issues with the rear armor skirt always popped out together with the peg.

Pros

The kit is sturdy, updated design and looks
The joints are sturdy
The backpack are not too heavy
Nice stickers, almost look like decals
A lot less use of decals

Cons

Side skirts armor always falling apart
Rear skirts armor sometime popping out when trying to remove from the stand peg

Verdict

The kit look great, look more real, mecha like compared to the 1st MG iteration of Aile Strike Gundam, where it look more cartoonish. The kit can stand straight with the backpack on without tumbling down. However, the side skirt armor always popping out of place which can make me very annoyed. Nevertheless, aside of the minor problems, I want to recommend this kit for you to build. This kit is awesome!

Yeah! Exia finally has a RG iteration. No mention about the HG, this version would gonna be awesome! However, from the artwork, this RG version seems to be less RG. Lack of color separations (which was getting more and more obvious in recent RG release) could affect some of RG fans but not for me!

Hye, Welcome back again to the real Gunpla Re-BOOT! I mean it! This post is about Gunpla review not Boobies review LOL!

Ok, on this date I got for you a review on Real Grade 1/144 Destiny Gundam. This project was delayed for a long time because I was too lazy. Seriously lazy. LOL

Whatever. Without wasting anymore time, lets go for a review shall we?\

Destiny Gundam

The model itself look good. The detailing are top notch, as you should find in RG lineups. The decal stickers are good fit on the parts except for the silver-type sticker (and other previous metal-colored stickers version in RG) they always have the tendency to unbind from the parts with I found very annoying.

The inner frame in this model are as usual that you would find in many RG lineup albeit Zeta Gundam which have different version of inner frame to accommodate the transformation gimmick.

Armaments

This kit has all the weapons that Destiny should have.

x1 MA-BAR73/S High-Energy Beam Rifle

In Action + Articulation

Lucky for this model, the backpack isn't too heavy but sometimes it topple. But, compared to Freedom's backpack, this iteration of backpack is lighter than the latter.

Verdict

The model itself look good, the backpack is not too heavy, the detailing is nice and I love how Bandai put their effort to make this kit attractive. However, I hate the metal colored stickers! They always unbind from their place. I had to glued it using heavy duty glue to glue them back. Nevertheless, I recommended this kit for you to put in your collection.

p/s - it took me 6 months to complete this kit due to my laziness and my decreasing enthusiasm in Gunpa building. LOL

Yes.. My dream car... Corvette Stingray.. And GM decided to buffed up this machine into Z06 iteration of Corvette as C2, C5 and C6 had. This machine look menacing!

It has 6.2L LT4 pushrod engine supercharged with an estimated of 625bhp and 635lb-ft of torque! Urghh!!! This has gone into supercar territory. A series featuring Super Sonico, the mascot girl of Nitroplus.

Super Sonico is an 18-year old college student who plays guitar for the three-girl band Fastest Speed in Space and models for pin-ups. I know Super Sonico has been for a long time but when they decide to do an animation for Super Sonico. What intrigued me was the Super Sonico's headphone. It always on her head. Even in sleep. LOL. I watch it for PLOT! I see PLOTS in this anime. LOL

At first, I was reluctant to watch this series as I expect it to be just a musical anime but I was wrong. This series has a lot of PLOT!

What I liked about her not only she has ginormous BOOBS but also she has a damn fine ass!

Review - [Kaiyodo] Sci-Fi Revoltech No.49 Iron Man Mark XLII

Iron Man.... Iron Man.... a glorified version of Iron Man which never existed in Iron Man comic book timeline except in the Movie. FYI, the all the Iron Man movies didn't follow 100% from comic book materials but rather taking a lil bit here and there and combined in one movie, and its work. This time, I gonna do review on this figure, Iron Man Mark XLII a.k.a Mark 42. Produced by Kaiyodo under the Sci-Fi Revoltech label, this figure is the latest version of Iron Man in the trilogy. Without wasting much time, let us go for the review shall we?

The Box

A typical Revoltech style box contain all the informations, the poses, the accessories and who sculpted it. In this case, the sculptor is Watanabe Yuuki.

What Inside

Standard positioning in the box. Nothing fancy.

Aside of two close fist hands that already on the figure, you will get two pairs of open palm hand with one for blasting Repulsor and one for flight. And you got effects for Repulsor Blast.

You got a standard Revoltech stand which is pretty useless since there is no hole on the figure to shove the joint on.

The Figure

The paint job look good, the details are top notch BUT the joint on the chest and abdomen are pretty loose. Wobbly around. I don't know about the other version of Iron Man, but I pretty sure I don't pay around USD60 and I got a pretty loose joint. However, I don't have problems with elbow and knee joints.

I don't have a stand for figures therefore I just use the given stand just to stabilized the figure from falling. However I pretty sure that this problem due to the fact that my background drop aren't flat enough for the figure to stand straight without tumbling.

Try to replicate the pose in the movie.. didn't work that well LOL

The beam effect were light therefore no issue of heaviness for the figure.

Conclusion

The figure itself look good. I purchased it due to the fact that I can't afford Hot Toys version which is bigger and more realistic. I pre-ordered it since October and and pretty sure I got a cheaper price compared to the retail price that the shop put LOL. For the waist and abdomen weak joint issue, I pretty sure that the problem can be solve with an action figure stand, but sadly I can't afford it. The paint jobs on this figure are good, almost color accurate. I do like how the gold accent stands over the red compared to original color scheme. Playability on this figure is good but please don't do it roughly since I'm afraid that you might broke the joints. I recommended this figure for anyone who are fan of Iron Man (like me) or just want to complete the Revoltech Iron Man collection. (Some might not like the direction of the movie goes with the color scheme) *ahem* purist

Review - LMHG Evangelion EVA-01 Type-F

Hye, for such a long period, finally this blog has a review! LOL considering this is a model kit related blog. Whatever~

This time, I'm gonna do review about this limited release kit, LMHG (stand for Limited Model High Grade) Evangelion EVA-01 Type-F. This kit was release in 2003 (woa, it is 11 years) and Bandai decided to re-released the series again last year. I grabbed it since it was cheap and I really dig the design of Eva Series. This kit is from the Evangelion Game and not on the series.

Therefore without wasting anytime, let proceed for the review!

Eva-01 Type F

The design look badass, it was pointy everywhere, compared to normal Eva-01 where all are roundish. It also sports a more straight posture when standing up compared to the normal version.

Articulation

What I can say is that this is not the strength of this kit at all. It is lame but considering this kit was made on 2003, it can be forgiven based on the design itself which hinders the legs to bend almost 90 degree. The same thing can be said about the elbow joint.

In Action (without weapon)

Monster-like. I dig the design. I like it! However, the limited articulation hindered the kit from doing awesome poses like normal Eva-01 can do.

Conclusion

The kit itself look good but with some minor cons. The chest piece on the kit sometime popped out of the place. The neck pieces also sometime popped out. All of this annoyed me too much up to the point I want to glue them. The articulation also are disappointing. This kit also required painting to look good. Nevertheless, I do like the design which is radical. However, it is hard to find this kit since it was a limited release and most of EVA series are limited unlike Gundam series.

Ute or Coupe Utility is kind of crossover between car and truck and it is quite popular in Australia. Can you imagine a pickup truck with a big horsepower. It is not that I'm working in transporting goods but it just look so awesome.

One model that I particularly awe with is 2013 Holden Ute SS V Ute Redline. It got in it a V8 6.0 litre with 360bhp and 530Nm of torque! Nice eh?

Well, Malaysia got one Ute to but seriously, underpowered. It is called Proton Arena and the Malaysian didn't like it but it quite popular in Australia. Talk about culture.

It has been a year since the announcement of Master Grade version of Gundam AGE-FX and AGE-3. I don't know what Bandai plan on them but please Bandai hurry up with the release. I know I know Gundam AGE are cater towards kids but hey the Gundams in there are awesome.

I wonder why Bandai release other kits announced even months further away than these two and released them but not these two kits.

Ahhh for almost 5 months this project was hold off (because of my laziness)

Ok lets go for the pics shall we?

What I do is custom paint, decals and some sloppy weathering. Items that I use is industrial spray cans, Samuel Decals (waterslide) and Pastel Colors Sticks from Daisho. LOL pretty cheap eh?
