COMMENTS:The front desk staff, from the first phone call to make reservation, check in and out, and every moment in between was friendly, and surpassed my expectations!! I’ve traveled all over the country and this INN is in my top 2 for hospitality!

We are celebrating our 75th anniversary of the barracks of The Gunstock Inn and Gunstock Mountain!

Monday February 27, 2011, 6:30pm: Free to all!

Come join Thompson-Ames, The Gilford Outing Club and Gunstock Mountain Historical Preservation Society (GMHPS) as they hold their joint meeting. There will be refreshements from 6:30 – 7:00, with DVD’s of old home movies of the Gilford Outing Club and an interview with Gary Allen. At 7:00 pm Thompson-Ames and GMHPS will give a brief overview of what they have been working on for the past year. At 7:15pm a presentation of the history of Gunstock by Carol Anderson. At 7:45pm there will be a presentation on the preservation of the Gilford Outing Club Hut. At 8:00pm Penny Pitou will talk about growing up in Gilford, being part of the Gilford Outing Club and training at Gunstock. When Penny finishes, we will have an open mike for those who would like to share their experiences with Gunstock or the Gilford Outing Club.

Bike Week 2012

Reservations for Bike Week 2012 will require a deposit of 25% of the total room charges. An additional 25% will be required by November 15, 2011 and the remaining balance will be due by April 30, 2012. Failure to close the balance will result in cancellation of the reservation. Cancellation prior to May 1, 2012 will result in a refund of the deposit less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation on or after May 1, 2012 will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. There is a three night minimum reservation policy. Room capacity maximums will be strictly enforced. No credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Failure to comply with published policies and rules will result in loss of reservation, room and deposit. Please call for rates.
