ALLAH SWT telah berfirman bahwa puasa diwajibkan bagi orang-orang yang beriman dan firman ini jelas termaktub dalam Al-Qur’an surah Al Baqarah ayat 183.

Hai orang-orang yang beriman, diwajibkan atas kamu berpuasa sebagaimana diwajibkan atas orang-orang sebelum kamu agar kamu bertaqwa. (QS. 2:183)

Namun memang diketahui bahwa menjalankan ibadah puasa bukanlah pekerjaan ringan, selain harus mampu menahan segala macam hawa nafsu, harus juga menahan lapar dan dahaga dari fajar hingga matahari terbenam. Sementara aktivitas selama berpuasa yang tidak ada bedanya dengan saat tidak berpuasa.

Untuk itu, secara fisik kita tentu membutuhkan kondisi yang baik, kebutuhan asupan dan nutrisi orang yang berpuasa juga tidak ada bedanya dengan orang yang tidak berpuasa.

Rasa lesu, lelah, lapar dan dahaga pasti menghampiri kita yang sedang menjalankan puasa, sedangkan kegiatan rutin tetap harus diselesaikan.

Bagaimana agar ibadah puasa dapat dilaksanakan dan tugas sehari-hari tetap dapat diselesaikan ?

Menurut dokter ahli gizi Rumah Sakit Siloam dr.Ekky Rahardja SpGK, pemenuhan hidrasi (cairan) pada tubuh orang berpuasa sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Untuk itu dokter Ekky merekomendasikan pola pemenuhan hidrasi bagi orang yang berpuasa . Biasanya kebutuhan cairan orang dewasa sekitar 2 liter air atau 8-10 gelar per hari. Agar cairan ini dapat terpenuhi selama berpuasa , dianjurkan untuk minum segelas air saat berbuka ditambah dengan camilan manis.

Setelah sholat magrib, minum segelas air lagi, baru kemudian dilanjutkan dengan makan besar dengan porsi cukup dan menu yang seimbang. Setelah sholat tarawih, disarankan minum segelas air lagi ditambah dengan camilan manis lainnya seperti buah-buahan , begitu pula ketika sahur mulailah dengan meminum segelas air terlebih dahulu.

Bagaimana dengan tambahan multivitamin atau suplemen selama berpuasa ?

Dokter Ekky menyarankan untuk menimbang berat badan seminggu sekali, maksudnya untuk melihat apakah berat badan cukup ideal, jika cukup ideal berarti asupan makanan sudah cukup, jika berlebih bisa jadi orang tersebut kurang beraktivitas selama berpuasa atau selama berpuasa terlalu banyak makan :)

Namun jika berat badan berkurang, hal ini menandakan asupan makanan selama berpuasa tidak cukup, disinilah peran suplemen atau multivitamin untuk memenuhi kekurangan asupan makanan tersebut. Namun tidak selalu vitamin perlu didapat dari suplemen atau multivitamin, bisa juga dari buah-buahan atau sayuran.

Untuk mendapat kebugaran dan tetap bersemangat selama berpuasa, selain mengatur pola dan gaya hidup sehat perlu juga melakukan aktivitas fisik lain dan dianjurkan berolahraga.

Aktivitas fisik atau olahraga apa yang cocok dilakukan selama bulan puasa ?

Menurut dokter Michael Triangto SpKO dari Rumah Sakit Mitra Kemayoran aktivitas olahraga yang cocok selama bulan puasa adalah “aerobik”.
Olahraga jenis aerobik merupakan aktivitas fisik yang menggunakan oksigen sebagai sumber energi. Aerobik dapat dilakukan dengan gerakan seimbang dan berulang-ulang seperti jalan kaki, joging atau jika memungkinkan berenang. Atau melakukan aerobik ringan lain seperti yoga, meditasi, taichi maupun stretching.

Waktu untuk berolahraga juga tidak perlu setiap hari, orang berpuasa disarankan cukup 3-5 kali seminggu selama 30 menit saja yang dapat dilakukan setelah sholat subuh atau menjelang berbuka agar cairan yang hilang ketika berolahraga dapat segera tergantikan saat berbuka. Mimpi yang saya maksud adalah mimpi yang berhubungan dengan cita-cita atau angan-angan. Setiap orang pasti mempunyai mimpi, karena bila tidak mempunyai mimpi kamu tidak akan menjadi seseorang yang berhasil, ada yang bermimpi ingin dirinya berhasil dibidang usaha, pendidikan, karier dan lain lain, tidak ada seorangpun yang bermimpi dirinya gagal, tetapi banyak orang yang gagal akibat dari mimpi mimpinya, karena terbuai oleh mimpi tanpa melakukan tindakan maka untuk itu mari kita Stop Dreaming Start Action, yang lebih parah lagi menganggap kegagalan adalah nasip, dan tertanam didalam pikiran, sehingga hati dan pikiran menjadi negatif, yang merupakan musuh terbesar, karena saat kesulitan ataupun hambatan muncul, pikiran negatif itu bekerja mulai menghembuskan pikiran-pikiran buruk, dan akan mengeluh, ketika kita mengeluh, kita melepaskan getaran negatif ke alam semesta, yang akan menarik kedalam hidup kita. Kesuksesan seseorang lebih banyak berasal dari sebuah impian yang di implementasikan dalam serangkaian kegiatan sehari -hari atau dapat juga disebut Stop Dreaming Start Action, akan tetapi bila seseorang mempunyai impian, tanpa melakukan Tindakan untuk mengejar impian tersebut dengan sepenuh hati, impian tersebut tidak akan tercapai dan akan membuat kekecewaan diri orang tersebut sehingga dapat membuat keputus asaan, bahkan lebih celakanya kegagalan yang dialami mereka pikir akibat orang lain, mereka mencari kambing hitam, dan berusaha membenarkan pemikiran tersebut, tanpa melakukan tindakan atau Action untuk mencapai keberhasilan.

Saya perna membaca artikel di blognya Joko Susilo dengan judul Satu satunya Perbedaan Antara Pemenang dan Pecundang, kutipan nya sebagai berikut : "Saya memang belum melakukan apa-apa. Karena menurut saya, ilmu anda sudah basi. Saya sudah tahu semua materi yang anda ajarkan. Tidak ada hal baru. Jadi saya pikir, SMUO anda pasti tidak ada gunanya! Jadi kembalikan duit saya!" sangat aneh, belum melakukan Action tetapi menggap SMUO tidak ada artinya, hal - hal seperti ini sering terjadi seseorang mengkritik atau mencelah tetapi tidak memberikan argumentasi yang cukup, atau seseorang bermimpi ingin berhasil tetapi tidak melakukan Action.Maka sangat diperlukan sekali Motivasi Diri dengan cara Stop Dreaming Start Action dan berpikir positip.

Apa yang harus kita lakukan untuk memotivasi diri kita sendiri, Motivasi datang dari diri kita sendiri bukan dari orang lain, agar kita dapat melakukan motivasi, kita harus mengetahui tujuan apa yang akan kita capai dan mempersiapkan bahan-bahan pendukungnya, sebagai contoh kita ingin menjadi Marketer tetapi kita tidak ada jalur akses untuk internet, yah di motivasi seperti apapun tidak akan tercapai, hanya mimpi tanpa Action, Stop Dreaming Start Action

Dukunglah mimpi mimpimu dengan melakukan Action, hilangkan perasaan cemas, kemarahan, keraguan, depresi dan hal-hal yang negatip lainnya, kebangkan pikiran positip, mulai Stop Dreaming Start Action dengan perasaan gembira dan tidak terbebani.

Sebagai bahan renungan coba kita baca pengalaman seseorang Kolonel Sander yang berhasil dengan KFC nya, dia mempunyai mimpi untuk membuat suatu makanan atau resep yg dapat menghasilkan keuntungan, dia mengusahakan mimpi nya menjadi kenyataan dengan Action , bermodalkan mobil tua, dimulai berkeliling menawarkan resep, tapi apa yang dia dapat lebih dari 1000 toko menolak resepnya, apakah dia berhenti menjajahkan resepnya, tidak sama sekali, dia terus menawarkan resep tersebut, pernakah kita seperti sander ?, sering kita tidak jadi melakukan Action hanya karena mendengar cerita bahwa ada seseorang yang sudah melakukan pekerjaan tersebut gagal, atau kita membatalkan niat maupun Action hanya ada kritikan atau penolakan dari segelintir orang, jika sander mempunyai niat untuk berhenti menawarkan resepnya dia mempunyai alasan karena sudah lebih dari 1000 toko yang menolak, tapi nyatanya tidak. Coba kalau dia berhenti, bearti tidak ada KFC.

Apa yang kita lakukan bila kita mengalami yang dialami oleh colonel Sander, jangankan 1000 kali, mungkin baru dua kali saja kita mendapatkan penolakan atau kritikan, kita sudah menghentikan Action, dan timbul rasa marah, frustasi, dll, sehingga menimbulkan energi negatip dalam diri kita, apa akibatnya kalau energi negatip yang ada dalam diri kita begitu besar, dapat dibaca di postingan saya terdahulu dengan judul Mengejar Mimpi Dengan Tindakan.

The amount is normally based on a thousand impressions (impressions are when a user loads the webpage with the ad on it). So that being said for example it would be $10 CPI would basically be $10 for ever thousand times the banner is display to a user of that webpage. This method is normally good for smaller sites since advertisers will eventually get all of the impressions they paid for. Nevertheless, if you get lucky this method could score you quite a bit of cash if your visitor based increased.

• Pay Per Sale or Lead (CPS & CPL)

This scheme will by far give you the highest payment rates, but the lowest conversion rate. The reason for this is because you will only get paid if the visitor clicks on the advertisement, goes to the website and purchases the service / product (CPS) or signs up for an account (CPL). The same basics apply for this scheme as with CPI that you must know your target audience in order to rank in some good cash.

Chicago is one of the best sports towns in America. Not only do they have knowledgeable and passionate fans but they also have some of the oldest franchises and some of the most hallowed playing fields in all of sports.

Chicago is home to several professional, semi-professional, and collegiate sports teams as well as several world-class sporting events. It's no surprise that a city as large as Chicago has five teams competing in the four premiere North American professional sports leagues.

The "Monster of the Midway," the Chicago Bears, play at venerated Soldier Field. Known as the "Da Bears," this charter member of the NFL has produced a plethora of footballs legends. Hall of Famers Bronko Nagurski, Red Grange, Gale Sayers, Dick Butkus, Walter Payton and Mike Singletary have all played for the Bears.

In 1985, the Bears dominated the league on their way to winning Super Bowl XX. They also showed the world how well they could sing and dance by releasing the song, and subsequent video, "The Super Bowl Shuffle."

The city of Chicago is fortunate enough to have two baseball teams, both over one-hundred years old, that play in the Major Leagues. The Chicago White Sox play at US Cellular Field and have won three World Series, the last one coming in 2005.

The White Sox have some great nicknames, "the South Siders", "the Pale Hose" and "the ChiSox."

The "North Siders," or the Chicago Cubs, are probably the most popular team in not only the Major Leagues but in all of sports. Adding to the team's charm is their over 100-year title drought, the longest of any major North American professional sports team. The Cubs are the quintessential lovable losers.

The Chicago Bulls won six NBA titles in the 1990's thanks to the skill and leadership of greatest basketball player of all time, Michael Jordan. That team was coached by Phil Jackson and also featured all-star forward Scottie Pippen. The Bulls haven't fared well since "MJ" retired, but they are still one of the NBA's premiere franchises.

What the Cubs are to the National League, the Chicago Blackhawks are to the National Hockey League. The Blackhawks were founded in 1926 and are one of the "Original Six" NHL teams. In their storied history, they've won three Stanley Cup Championships and 13 division championships. They last hoisted the cup in 1961.

Both the Bulls and the Blackhawks play at the United Center. That building opened in 1994 and replaced the legendary "Madhouse On Madison," Chicago Stadium. On the east side of the United Center you'll find a statue of Michael Jordan.

That's enough teams to make any town happy, but the City Of Broad Shoulders has even more to offer sports fans.

The Chicago Sky of the Women's National Basketball Association plays at the University of Illinois at Chicago Pavilion. That's a mouth full so most people just call the 6,900 seat arena the UIC Pavilion.

Most WNBA teams utilize the same colors and the same nickname, although it's generally feminized, as their NBA counterpart. However, the Sky are not associated with the Bulls whatsoever. Makes sense, it's probably not a good idea to call a women's pro-team the "Cows."

Toyota Park, located in nearby Bridgeview, Illinois, just 13 miles from the Chicago Loop, is home to the Chicago Fire of Major League Soccer. Incidentally, the Fire were founded on the anniversary of the Great Chicago Fire of 1871.

The Fire franchise experienced immediate success winning both the MLS Cup and the U.S. Open Cup in their inaugural year of 1998. Since then they have won three more U.S. Open Cups.

Also playing at Toyota Park are the Chicago Red Stars of the Women's Professional Soccer league and the Chicago Machine, a men's field lacrosse team that plays in Major League Lacrosse.

For more kicks, check out the Chicago Storm. They are an indoor soccer team that plays their matches at the Sears Centre. The Storm are one of the four teams playing in the Xtreme Soccer League.

Also playing at the Sears Centre is the Chicago Slaughter of the Continental Indoor Football League (minor league arena football). Steve "Mongo" McMichael, from the Bears' Super Bowl team, is the Slaughter's head coach. Another member of that '85 squad, William "The Refrigerator" Perry is the team's Director of Football Operations.

The Sports Complex at Judson University, located in nearby Elgin, Illinois, is home to the Chicago Bandits, a professional women's softball team. They play in a league called National Pro Fastpitch or NPF.

Fans of women on wheels can check out the Windy City Rollers, an all-female flat-track Roller Derby league. They also compete at the UIC Pavilion.

The Chicago Force of the Independent Women's Football League plays tackle football at the Holmgren Athletic Complex located at North Park University. Most of their games kick off at 3pm.

The city of Chicago has two minor league baseball teams. The Windy City Thunderbolts play at Standard Bank Stadium located in Crestwood, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. They are an unaffiliated team playing in the Frontier League.

The other is the Class A Kane County Cougars. They play about 35 miles outside of Chicago in Geneva, Illinois. The Cougars are part of the Oakland Athletics' farm system.

With the Big Ten Athletic Conference headquartered in nearby Park Ridge, Illinois, you can imagine that Chicago is Big Ten country. Within the city limits, Chicago has four NCAA Division I schools: DePaul, Loyola, Chicago State and UIC. The other Division I schools located near Chicago include Northern Illinois and Valparaiso.

Most of these colleges and universities are known for their basketball programs, especially DePaul. The Blue Demons are a member of the Big East conference and they play their games at the Allstate Arena. Northern Illinois has an exceptional football program.
