Reserve&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 0, 0);font-size:130%;" &gt;Banhe os  pirulitos de bolo no chocolate ao leite derretido segurando pela ponta  do palito. Deixe escorrer sobre papel manteiga e decore com confeitos de  chocolate.(Decorei com castanha moida).Se preverir cubra o bolo com esta cobertura:250ml de leite (pode ser de soja), 200g de açúcar, 4 colheres (sopa) de  cacau em pó, 1 colher (sopa) de amido de milho e 1 pitada de sal. À parte, coloque em uma panela média o leite, a gordura  vegetal e o sal e leve ao fogo até abrir fervura. Junte a mistura  fervente ao polvilho hidratado e bata na batedeira até obter uma massa  lisa e brilhante. Junte os ovos inteiros, um a um, e continue batendo  até ficar homogêneo. Por último, agregue os queijos e envolva  delicadamente com auxílio de uma colher de cozinha. Distribua a massa em  um refratário grande, cubra com filme plástico e leve à geladeira por  algumas horas ou até o dia seguinte. No dia seguinte, enrole os pães de  queijo no tamanho desejado, coloque-os sobre chapas de alumínio sem  untar, leve ao forno pré-aquecido à 200ºC e asse até que estejam bem  dourados. Sirva quente. Recheio: • 1 colher (sopa) de raspas da casca de limão • 6 colheres (sopa) de suco de limão• ½ lata de creme de leite • 1 lata de leite condensado Misture bem o Leite Condensado com o suco de limão até que adquira consistência de creme. Incorpore o Creme de Leite e as raspas de limão. Cobertura: • 3 claras • 4 colheres (sopa) de açúcar. Bata as claras em neve, junte aos poucos o açúcar e continue batendo até obter um merengue bem firme. Recheie a torta com o creme de limão, cubra-a com o suspiro e volte a torta ao forno alto, por cerca de 10 minutos, apenas para dourar o merengue. No meu forno eu asso os primeiros 15 min em fogo alto, depois abaixo e asso mais 15 a 20 min.Cobertura - opções ,coco queimado c/ bananas,corte bananas maduras no sentido do comprimento em 3 fatias, polvilhe açucar e canela. Reserve.50 gr de coco queimado, 1 gema, 1 dedinho de água Coloque tudo em uma panela, leve ao fogo para dar uma amolecida no coco.Coloque as bananas em cima da cuca com cuidado para não baixar, deixe um dedo de distancia entre elas, neste espaço, espalhe o coco.Coco amarelinho, 250 gr de coco ralado fresco,1 xícara de açucar,3 gemas,1 colher (sopa) de manteiga.Leve tudo ao fogo e cozinhe até encorpar.Espalhe sobre a cuca depois de frio.Farofa:Misturar margarina, açucar, farinha de trigo.
