Bu konunun yazarlıkla, edebiyatla ilgisi bulunmadığını&amp;nbsp; söyleyerek, karşı çıkmıştık hep. Şu son görüşleri ise, yazmamıza neden oldu: “Biz alışılmış, sıradan bir yemek kitabı istemiyoruz. Bunlardan biz kitapçılarda,&amp;nbsp; okurun kitaplığında, dünyadan ve Türkiye’den çıkmışları çok var. &amp;nbsp;Zaman zaman romanlarınıza doğallıklakattığınız yemekler gibi, siz yaparsınız&amp;nbsp; ya da&amp;nbsp; ev halkıyapar,&amp;nbsp;kısacası evinizin zeytinyağlı mutfağını istiyoruz biz!&amp;nbsp; Örneğin kitaplarınızdan dünya âlem biliyor ya, ‘koloçitha’ yı da,&amp;nbsp; ‘balıklı bamya’yı da ‘peynirli kabak’ ı da, ‘Supyalı semizotu’nu ve daha&amp;nbsp; birkaç yemeği ilk tanıtan sizsiniz”. İşte bu isteklere karşılık olarak, yıllardan sonra, bu alçakgönüllü kitabı oluşturduk. Kitaba “Bizim Zeytinyağlı Ayvalık Yemeklerimiz” ismini vermemizin&amp;nbsp; nedeni de budur. Çünkü bizim, bazen kendi yaptığımız ve&amp;nbsp; kimileyin de yapılmışlarını imrenerek yediklerimizin çoğu, bu kitapta yer alıyor. Dileriz seversiniz."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
