Help - Phone Answering Dialing Questions

I just got the Touch Pro and I had the mogul so the smart phone isn't something new to me, however I seem to be completely lost. when there is an incoming call or I need to manually make a call - how do I get the phone to place or pick up the call? The keys that appear to answer or hang up on the face of the phone don't seem to be working and if I go into assign them a function they are not there to assign??? HELP PLEASE!!!!

From Touch Pro to Hero

I have gone through two Touch Pros in the last 6 months. My Touch Pro was freezing up A LOT, when I went into the Sprint store to get a new one they told me they could 'get me into a new device'. However, they were nothing like the Touch Pro. The Hero is different than the Touch Pro but I thought I would give it a try. I do miss some of the features of the Touch Pro, i.e. the keyboard, but I am having fun with the technology. I was part of the Mogul forum and this forum, Gaines, is there going to be a Hero forum??

Touch Pro 1

About 6 months back I purchased the Touch Pro 1 from Sprint. During the first three weeks I had to replace two batteries. That problem appears to have gone away with the third change out. Since then my system at will loads up Album, Camera, Notes and most recently turns itself off without any warning while I am on a call. Visited the Store where I bought the unit and they sent me to phone tech support. Get this the guy says he has heard no service issues report on my devise. Really! He now has sent me back to the store. This has actually happened on two recent occasions. They refuse to replace the unit which I hear from others is in recall, selectively? I am at a loss as to the next step? Should I insist on an upgrade to Touch 2? Or should I just write this off and get new hardware?

Lost Notes on HTC touch pro

Is there someone who can help me to recover all my notes that suddenly left my phone. I had just synched a refirbished phone and all was well and after about two or three hours my notes were gone and I need to see if they may be hidden somewhere and not lost. I have most of the notes on my laptop but had added many more since I last synched. I did this latest sync with my secretary's desktop by synching and then deleting the notes because of private codes etc and did not want them on her desktop.

New Rom from HTC. Anyone try it yet?

HTC has a new Touch Pro ROM out. It appears to be generic, non carrier-specific, so it may wipe out any Sprint/ATT/etc. customizations. Just wondering if anyone has given this a shot yet. HTC touch Pro Screen Problems

Im having problems with my phone screen the screen its always black unless i slide it up sometimes it might work but if it does the menu or anything else is choppy and sometimes the screen will change different colors like green,red,blue,white,.it was fine a few days ago but i dont know what happened.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

Touch Pro Battery Drain vs Mogul

Had my Mogul Stolen and am replacing it with the Touch Pro - does it have the same battery issues that the Mogul had? Is it worth while purchasing the extended battery (with the the new back that increases the size of the Touch - the mogul extended battery)? Seidoi actually had pretty cool cover that went over the battery back for the Mogul but I have not found that for the Touch Pro - does anyone know if they have a rubberized cover to go over the battery? Help! How do I hard reset? Phone doesn't ring....

My phone wont ring, the alarms sound but the ring doesn't work. Volume is up and not set to vibrate. I tried the hard reset from the manual but that doesn't work, when I hold all 3 buttons down I just get the rainbow boot screen with no option to hard reset. Please advise, thanks in advance......

Weird. I have a Sprint TouchPro and it's photo feature is soooo slow. There's a huge lag between pressing the button and hearing the sound. Maybe it's because writing to offboard flash is slow? Another strange this is that it seems to randomly slip from still to video mode for no apparent reason. It's pretty touchy.

Can't see all my email accounts

Hi, overall coming from a mogul I love the phone, it is faster and the interface overall is very appealing once yo customize it. BUT one thing really bugs me. I can't see more than 4 email accounts in the 3d interface mail screen, this is made worse because two of those are outlook and picture mail which I dont use, and they cant be reorganized either. Does somebody know how to see more than 4 email accounts in the 3d email page or at least to get rid of the picture mail and outlook to put some other accounts? thanks.

Dnt know how it happened but my key pads stopped working. when i slide it up the key pad still ights up but doesnt work! I must add im trying to stay away from doing a hard reset!

I Have an HTC Touch Pro, i had it for about 1 month, and today my htc touch pro has been having technical problems, it wont turn on, my screen doesnt show, but people can call but it wont show anything on my screen. And when my screen finally turns on, it freezes after 1 min and if i press the power button on top, it wont turn on again, and then i have to take off the battery and wait for my cellphone to come back on which takes a long time. I have been waiting for 30min , my screen is still black. Can you help me ? Thank you.

Dissapearing Text

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 When ever I use my Sprint TP with the QWERTY keyboard slid out the text from my contacts, calendar, tasks etc disappears, that is until I slide the keyboard closed and the screen reorients itself back to portrait mode. Is there anyone else experiencing this? Or anyone who can help?

Opera Password Management

When I am in Opera, then go to Settings>Privacy>Password Management...then click the trash can to delete what is in there. It does delete the items found in the Password Management, then when that same option is opened again, the original stuff that I just deleted is back in there....Any Ideas?!
