HTC touch Pro Screen Problems

Im having problems with my phone screen the screen its always black unless i slide it up sometimes it might work but if it does the menu or anything else is choppy and sometimes the screen will change different colors like green,red,blue,white,.it was fine a few days ago but i dont know what happened.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

Help! How do I hard reset? Phone doesn't ring....

My phone wont ring, the alarms sound but the ring doesn't work. Volume is up and not set to vibrate. I tried the hard reset from the manual but that doesn't work, when I hold all 3 buttons down I just get the rainbow boot screen with no option to hard reset. Please advise, thanks in advance......

Dnt know how it happened but my key pads stopped working. when i slide it up the key pad still ights up but doesnt work! I must add im trying to stay away from doing a hard reset!

I Have an HTC Touch Pro, i had it for about 1 month, and today my htc touch pro has been having technical problems, it wont turn on, my screen doesnt show, but people can call but it wont show anything on my screen. And when my screen finally turns on, it freezes after 1 min and if i press the power button on top, it wont turn on again, and then i have to take off the battery and wait for my cellphone to come back on which takes a long time. I have been waiting for 30min , my screen is still black. Can you help me ? Thank you.

Dissapearing Text

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 When ever I use my Sprint TP with the QWERTY keyboard slid out the text from my contacts, calendar, tasks etc disappears, that is until I slide the keyboard closed and the screen reorients itself back to portrait mode. Is there anyone else experiencing this? Or anyone who can help?

Opera Password Management

When I am in Opera, then go to Settings>Privacy>Password Management...then click the trash can to delete what is in there. It does delete the items found in the Password Management, then when that same option is opened again, the original stuff that I just deleted is back in there....Any Ideas?!

Volume changing on its own

I ordered my Touch Pro from Sprint the day it was released on November 2nd of last year. I got it the following day. Since then I've loved the phone, really. I have no real issues. It's been freezing a bit lately, bu t nothing I can't tolerate.... However, starting today, the volume has been changing all on its own! I just did a hard reset, but since it's doing it sporatically I'm not sure if it will fix the issue. I'm wondering if anyone else who has the Touch Pro has had a similar issue? I won't even be touching the side buttons, or the screen, and it will randomly change! It's so frustrating :-(

Screen won't sleep ...

My HTC Touch Pro screen will not turn off when not in use. I can press the power button on top but the screen turns back on within in seconds. I have my battery power settings to turn off the backlight in 30 secs if not used and 1 min if not used when plugged in. Does anyone have a resolution for this?

Can anyone explain why this phone gets so darned hot? It really heats up when on a call. There's no way I can talk on this phone for more than a few minutes unless using my bluetooth. It would burn the skin off my ear. Help Please!

I recently purchased the 'HTC TOUCH PRO' ... not the 'DIAMOND' . I bought it in March, the first week I got the phone my screen stopped changing to landscape mode when the keyboard is slid out. One day I woke up and my screen started to work again. Not to long afterwards it stopped working again. I figured out that it was something to do with the touch screen and keyboard touching. I had to push the back of the touch screen into the keyboard, I would rather not do this because it can mess up my touch screen. Has anyone else had this problem ?

Touch Pro Locks Up

Several times, when on the charger, the phone locks. The light around the navigation control button is lit, but the pnone won't function at all. I had my first one replaced due to this problem. Now, the new one is doing it. Anyone else with this problem and maybe a fix?
