We’ve gotten ourselves into a really fabulous cocktail and onto a really fabulous cocktail list.. at Monarch; sexiest new lounge in SF.  “The Rickshaw” is a complex cocktail that proves shochu can stand up next to its higher-proof cousins; you’ll notice many barrel-aged spirits and high-proof alcohols, and us!

Haamonii Pomegranate Punch

1 oz Haamonii Shochu, chilled
1/2 oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
2 oz Dry Champagne, chilled
Squeeze of lemon, rind reserved for garnish

Combine all ingredient in a shaker tin, stir, and strain into champagne flute. Garnish with lemon twist and enjoy!!

A year comes and goes so quickly.. it amazes me that it is even December, let alone almost the Holiday season! It feels like just yesterday I was sitting down to write about the Crunk Candy Cane and sharing with you what the holidays mean to me. :)

Lots of changes have been going on here at Haamonii, many for the better.  We’ve made new friends, opened new accounts, and changed perspectives– but our bottom line hasn’t.. bringing a little harmony and a great American-made product to as many people as we can.

This holiday season I’m feeling particularly grateful for the wonderful opportunities I’ve been given– life is pretty great for me.  I’m also distinctly aware that life is not so great for many, many people.  So I’ve dedicated my holiday season to giving back to those in need, in any way that I can.

I urge you to do the same.  Here at Haamonii we say “always pour for others,” and there isn’t a better season to put that into action than now.

Happy Holidays from the Haamonii team.  We wish you the absolute best this holiday season– may these next few weeks be full of joy, laughter, prosperity, and little Harmony.

Cinnamon Rooibos tea and Haamonii is not the only delicious infusion. You can brew your own creative concoctions! Peach tea, green tea, or oolong tea. It’s easy as one, two… tea!

Haamonii Sunset
3 parts Haamonii Lemon
1 part Aperol
1/2 part fresh lemon
shake, strain, and drink up!

Inspired by Chef Arnold Wong, this cocktail blends the sweet and tart flavors of citrus with the bold and tangy taste of Aperol. This is the kind of cocktail to sit back, relax, reflect, and think about the weekend to. Enjoy your Thirsty Thursday!

3 oz Haamonii Shochu

1/2 oz Lilet Blanc

4 dashes of Peach Bitters

Combine and stir all ingredients. Strain into a martini glass or stemware. Twist a lime garnish releasing oils over cocktail and drop in!
