La autobiografía no es un género que deba ser escrito sólo por personas de edad avanzada, es por el contrario, un recurso muy empleado por todos los escritores, ya que a través del autoconocimiento podemos llegar a la construcción de personajes y recreación de escenarios para la posterior creación literaria.<br />

La experiencia personal nutre nuestro universo creativo y es através de ésta que, empleando las técnicas narrativas adecuadas, podemos llevar al papel las historias que tenemos en la imaginación.<br />

Por estas razones este taller es abierto a personas de cualquier edad.<br />

<div style="text-align: justify;">La enseñanza de la creación literaria va más allá de dictar una serie de teorías por parte del "tallerista", que en muchos de los cosas plantea la resolución de problemas creativos para los textos, acordes únicamente a su estilo personal. Hoy existe la posibilidad de emplear herramientas muy variadas en los talleres y cursos literarios. En el último taller de <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;">Hacia la creación literaria</span>, impartido en El Cairo Cinema-Café, se grabaron las lecturas de poemas y poemas sonoros de los participantes. La grabación es entregada al finalizar el taller, como una evidencia de trabajo. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">La experiencia de escucharse, le aporta al autor un mejor entendimiento de su propio ritmo como creador y como lector.
