Please join us for a gentle yoga class for adults. Chair yoga is done while seated on a chair, and students can do yoga movements in a safe and effective way to exercise for any age and level of health or mobility. Seniors or those needing a gentle exercise program can benefit from this class, but all are welcome to give it a try. Presented by Felise Berman of Shiva Shanti Yoga School. Learn to Play the Guitar!

Saturdays, Mar 9 - May 4 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM.

An 8-week "Introduction to Guitar" class will be offered on Saturdays, March 9 through May 4 at the Johnson Public Library. Concert performance on May 4, at 2:30 PM. Hackensack children ages 8-18 are welcome to register. You need to supply your own guitar.
