> The name Hail to the Thief, comes from an album of the same name by British rock band "Radiohead", of whom Prakhar happens to be a great fan. Moreover the name justifies the title, as the makers themselves stole the name!!!

> The concept of clicking the actors, for introduction, as if they were thieves being brought to the jail, came to Ajitesh Puri and Tanmay Vivek. Moreover it matched the whole concept of Hail to the Thief.

> The sound tracks include - In the Hall of the Mountain King and Eye of the Tiger

> The Censorship of the name "Mr. Suresh Kalmadi", was intentionally done with a low intensity beep, so that the name is partially audible.

> Tanmay had to do nothing to resemble Kalmadi, as he naturally looks like him to a large extent.
