If that's true, how come there are so many women, like Adela Garcia-Friedmansky, Angie Monteleone-Semsch and many others who are female bodybuilders and yet have hair? Could they have had a hair transplant surgery? Maybe there are steroids that don't affect your hairiness, after all. I guess those who prescribe them should pay more attention to what they give to bodybuilders or when they buy legal steroids online.

I am a curvy (in shape woman…far from skinny) and proud of my healthy curves. My holiday stay in shape tips that have been working for me are portion control, getting some form of daily exercise and NEVER letting myself feel deprived! Over the last 3 years I lost 50 pounds by eating less, avoiding processed foods and walking for at least 20 minutes every day. I also allow myself “treats”. One cookie won't kill you…a box of oreos followed by a pint of ice cream on the other hand is not the best choice! It is the holiday season and I don't even try to lose weight this time of year. I want to enjoy the holidays (and for me that means allowing myself food that I ordinarily don't have), and I have the reasonable goal of just trying not to gain!
