1 . GENERAL INFORMATION

2 . REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT PACKAGE PRICE .

3 . GENERAL MATTERS BEFORE DEPARTURE

The company provides group insurance coverage. The pilgrims are advised to seek additional personal insurance policy.
Passport, plane ticket and boarding pass will be given during the course of registration dikompleks TH, Kelana Jaya or (place will be notified later) .
Gift items will be selected and assigned after deposit payment.

4 . EXEMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

The company is not responsible for the Force Majeure such as accidents, natural disasters, fire, riot, war, storm, earthquake or whatever is happening is not in control and power companies.

5 . TRAVEL SCHEDULE CHANGE AND CANCELLATION

All pilgrims hajj package provided flight schedules go / back in the day appointed.
Applications for change of the current flight schedule is subject to the Holy Land
Vacancy and approval from the authorities of Saudi Arabia and the Malaysian Pilgrims Fund Managers, Congregation is considered out of service Hajj Packages original company if:

Want to Medina sooner or later.
Want to go back to Malaysia earlier or later than the original schedule of trips. And vehicle requirements rental property for the new date will require an extra charge (Liability Cabinet) that relatively high amounts, depending on the needs of the current situation. Cancellation subject to TH conditions and Andalusia.

For Umrah pilgrims disabled and aged people who wished to worship at the Haram trip away cause they find it difficult and tiring. Therefore, the GETT has compiled Umrah pilgrims coming to fulfill the above GETT using special vehicles to the Haram without walking. Umrah pilgrims will take 7-10 minutes from the property to get to the courtyard of the Grand Mosque at King Abdul Aziz Gate.

The documents to be submitted, is:

International Passport with a validity of more than 6 months on the date of departure and at least contains 4 sheets of blank pages.
A copy of the identity card.
A copy of the marriage certificate for spouse.
Copy of birth certificate / birth certificate for the child.
For women who go without a mahram, shall join a copy of the identity card of his / guardian, a copy of the marriage certificate for spouse and Umrah permission authorization letter certified by a commissioner of oaths.
Meningitis vaccination certificate (ACYW135)

Face size measuring 4 cm x 3 cm.
