Found at Last

I had this beautiful plant at my home in California. One day it is white, the next lavender, and the 3rd, purple. Since I moved here over 20 years ago, I have asked different nursery's if they carried it. No one ever heard of it, probably since it is a different zone. Well, last week as I was purchasing plants for my shop, I saw this beauty in one of the greenhouses. I couldn't believe it, finally it has arrived in our area. Now I don't know if it will die at the end of the summer, or if I will have to bring it in the garage in the winter. But that is ok... I finally have one of my most favorite plants, "Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow.

So happy!!

Farmers Market in Kirkland

The Farmers Market in Kirkland starts this Wednesday!

It's always exciting when the market begins as it is the beginning of

Summer!

A street full of great vendors hand picked just for this market.

Hours are from 3:00-7:00 here on Park Lane.

We will have all of our great plants, mossed baskets, and containers ready for the market.

Can't wait, as we will be the only nursery vendor.

We have hated our kitchen floor since we moved in 7 years ago. It was probably as old as our 1905 house. I just never found anything I loved until I walked into one of my customers homes and saw her

"Gray Travertine" tile. I knew that this was it! So.... the process begins.

Thanks to my son Casey and a few others, the floor was installed.

So here it is, I love it so much. Still need to re-hand doors, etc.

It looks very beige here, but in real life it has all the colors in my house. White, Beige, Sand, and Grays. It matches everything in the whole house! It's Perfect.

I'm so excited that we are now carrying beautiful flowers and plants at haley's cottage.

I have wanted to do this for years as I love gardening. With such a great frontage at our

Lace is BIG for Spring

Lots of fun tops have arrived from our buying trip in August.

Lace and Crochet are big this season. Here are a few of the darling tops that just arrived.

This one above comes with a tank underneath in a tan to show off the lace.

It also has a tutu ruffle on the bottom.

All of these tops are great layering pieces.

This is a little bolero top over a lacy top.

Love the Crochet! Shown with a dark brown cami underneath.

Today, was a great day spending it with my oldest daughter, Heather.

We signed all the paperwork for the venue and went wedding dress shopping.

So many pretty dresses, now to make the final decision. The venue even has leopard chairs!

Now, all the fun begins, planning her special day.
