I have now attained the coveted international SRES designation, which was developed for realtors who wish to be experts in working with clients aged 50+ with relocation and lifestyle change needs. The course, recently held in Moncton, enables us to better serve our clients at this stage in their lives, and reinforces our Team's commitment to continually developing and growing our skills in order to serve all of our clients, regardless of their demographics. I am now one of the first Atlantic Canadians to attain the SRES designation, and I look forward to putting it to good use in the Halifax marketplace for our clients.

Halifax Threads of Life Walk in Point Pleasant Park a Great Success

Thomas had the pleasure of participating in a great community event on Sunday May 3^rd in Point Pleasant Park.

The Threads of Life 5k Walk was a great success: 190 walkers raised approximately $11,000 in their first walk, in addition to money raised by sponsors and online donations.

Threads of Life is a support organization for families affected by workplace life-altering injuries and occupational disease, and provides assistance for families along their journey of healing.

2009 RE/MAX Atlantic Convention - Welcome to Halifax!

The 2009 Atlantic Canada RE/MAX Convention is taking place this weekend in Halifax, Nova Scotia - and The Bagogloo Team looks forward to hosting our fellow RE/MAX agents and introducing them to our historic and diverse city.

An added benefit of the convention being in Halifax is that our whole Team is able to attend the information sessions and be a part of the valuable insight shared by guest speakers as we gather information so we can grow and learn together to consistently benefit our client’s real estate objectives.

We will be attending as many different events as we can so we can benefit from an exchange of information, technology insights, and marketing strategies in order to really get the most that the convention has to offer. Always Evolve. That is the best way to stay on top of our changing market. Our market is always evolving and growing, so our Team is always trying to evolve and grow our skills. A key part of our evolution is the information that Thomas is able to gather while he is away at a RE/MAX convention. Thomas is able to participate in a conference for 2-3 days, absorb as much information as possible and know what exactly will work for The Bagogloo Team. His keen sense of practicality, allows Thomas to adapt different styles and solutions for our Team and our local real estate market.

Our Team knows that as soon as Thomas returns home after a convention that we are going to be updated on the newest tips and tricks that he has learned while away. We always know that Thomas has taken the best information in, and already knows how to apply the new information to our Team so that, as a whole Team, we can be the best Real Estate Team in the HRM.

Thomas enjoys being able to meet and speak with other agents while at a convention as well. All too often our referral relationships are via phone or email.
