لَيْتَها تَعود ..

من أجملِ ما يبقى عالقاً في أذهانِنا ما نقضيه في مقاعد الدراسة، نتذكرُ أحلى الأيام و أمَرَّها، نَحِنُّ إلى أشياءٍ و نتحسَّر على أخرى، ولكن تبقى كلُها ذكريات جملية نتمنى لو يعود الزمن بنا لنعيشها مرة أخرى في نفس الزمان و مع نفس الأشخاص.

كنتُ في الثانية إبتدائي، و كنتُ أدرس في قسمٍ مشوش، مثلما كان يصِفه المعلم دائما، و سَعياً منه للتقليلِ من الفوضى، قرَرَ المعلم أن يُجلِس ولد و بنت في كل طاولة، و مع أنني لم أكن أشوش كثيراً إلى أنني كنت مع من قرر المعلمُ تغييرَ مكانِه فوجدت نفسي جالسا مع بنتٍ هادئةٍ عِوَضَ زميلي الذي كان كثير الحركة و كثير الكلام، فعَمَّ السكون على القسم و أصبح المعلم يردد صباحا مساءا " ماشي هكدا خير ... مليحلكم غير هاك".

ما لفَتَ انتباهي مع مرور الأيام أن البنتَ الهادئةَ التي تجلسُ معي، كانت تُعير مبراةً من عند زميلي الجالس في الطاولة خلفنا لأنها لا تملك مبراةً، و لكن ما حيَّرني أنها كانت تُعير المبراةَ من عند زميلي رغم أنني تعَمَدْتُ إخراج المبراة من مقلمتي و وضعِها على الطاولة، لكن الشيءَ نفسَه تكرر في كل مرة، تأجل سؤالي عن السبب حتى آخر يوم من الفترة الأولى، و لما سأَلتها عن السبب "لماذا لا تستعملين مبراتي؟" فأجابت " متبريش مليح" ، و قد كانت على حق فقد كان لزميلي مبراة حديدية حادة، أما أنا كنت أملك مبراة بلاستيكية حمراء كنت أحتفظ بها من السنة الأولى.

تزامن عيد الفطر المبارك أو كما يسمى " العيد الصغير" بالعطلة الشتوية، كنتُ فرحاً جداً بقدوم العيد، لأني صُمْتُ جميع أيام رمضان للمرة الأولى، ليس هذا و حسب، و لكن لأنني سأجمع بعض النقود، كما كان يفعله جميع الأطفال أنذاك.

كان يوم العيد ممطرا، و لكنه كان يوما جميلا لأني جمعت مبلغا معتبرا ( معتبرا في ذلك الوقت)، في اليوم الموالي ذهبت إلى المكتبة لأشتري مبراة جديدة، كان كل شيئا مغلقا، نسيت أو تناسيت أن الدكاكين لا تفتح أيام العيد، أتيت في اليوم الموالي، و كان لي ما أريد، اشتريتُ مبراة جديدة كانت الاجمل و الأغلى ثمناً في ذلك الدكان، و صِرتُ أنتظر نهاية العطلة بعدما كنت أنتظر قدومها.

و انقضت أيامُ العطلةِ الشتوية، و عُدْنا إلى مقاعدِ الدراسةِ من جديد، أوَلُ ما فعلت لمَا جلست، أني أخرجت مبراتي الجديدة و وضعتها على الطاولة، أنتظر قدوم البنت الهادئة لأريها إياها ... لكنَّها لم تأٌتِ، فَعَلتُ نفسَ الشيء في اليوم الثاني و الثالث و لكِنَّها لم تأتِ، و لما سألتُ عنها عَلِمتُ أنَّها انتقلت للعيش في مدينة أخرى مع عائلتها، لقد ذَهَبتْ و لنْ تَعودْ، كَما لنْ تعودَ أيام الماضي الجميل.

الحكمة من القصة: لا تَجعلْ أحلامَك مرتبطةً بشخصٍ آخر، شخصٌ قد يذهب و لن يعود.

Récapitulatif du test 3G++ Ooredoo Algérie

Bonjour à tous,

J’espère vous allez bien, ça fait plusieurs mois que je n'ai rien publié sur mob blog , et cela pour des raisons multiples notamment le problème d’accès à internet, j'habite a Bab Ezzouar et j'ai pas de ligne ADSL à cause de la saturation des lignes téléphoniques comme dit toujours Algérie Télécom.

Aujourd'hui, je vous écris ce blogpost pour partager avec vous le récapitulatif du test de la 3G++ fournis par OoredoO que j'ai réalisé avec mon collègue +Walid Laribi , le test a été fait avec une puce OoredoO Plus (Ex- Nedjma Plus) sur un Samsung Galaxy Nexus (Android Jelly Bean 4.3).

1 - La configuration :

J'ai eu accès 3G/3G++ le dimanche passé sur la même configuration de la 2G, donc ceux parmi vous qui ont déjà utilisé la 2G, vous avez la bonne configuration (Sauf nouvelle), les offres ne sont pas encore lancées pratiquement.

2- Le type de réseau :

Le réseaux alterne entre UMTS et HSPA+, cela signifie la 3.75 G offrant un débit très élevé, on peut même dire qu'il est comparable à la 4G LTE.

3 - Le débit :

Le débit du réseau 3G/3G++ varie selon plusieurs critères : la mobilité, la distance du antenne de relais, le nombre des utilisateurs qui se connectent à la même cellule radio et d'autres pour la 3G++ Ooredoo. Selon nos tests qui ont été effectués à "Les vergés" aux environs de "Bir Khadem", le débit de téléchargement est de 2.31 Mbps et le débit de téléversement (Upload) : 1.4 Mbps.

3 - Live Streaming et Broadcasting :

Nous avons testé Youtube comme exemple de Plateforme de broadcasting est ça marche à merveille sans aucune coupure, même en étant sur la qualité HD.

4 - VoIP :

Contrairement aux rumeurs échangées dernièrement, l’accès au protocole VoIP est possible, ce que signifie que les applications qui utilisent ce protocole vont bien fonctionner sur votre Smartphone ou tablette notamment Skype et Viber (cela sauf filtrage ultérieure).

5 - Autres Apps :

Nous avons aussi testé quelques applications comme Twitter, Google Maps, Condor Store, Gmail et tout marche très bien.

6 - Filtrage et blocage :

Tous les applications que nous avons testé marche très bien, mise à part le réseau social Google+, et l'application Google Now (Nous l'avons testé dans deux devices différents et ça marche pas).

7- Consommation :

La consommation varie selon le type de l'application que vous utilisez , un navigateur mobile et l'utilisation des applications des réseaux sociaux ne consomment pas trop de data, quant au Skype en appel vidéo par exemple ça consomme beaucoup, pour notre test Skype, une appel vidéo de 54 seconds a consommé plus de 6 MO.

Hello Everyone,

Hope you are doing well, Ramadan Kareem to you & your family. It has been a while i didn't write a blog post, but today i'm coming back with an article which i wrote for the Wisdom project about how we started Google Community in Algeria, let's go :)

On June 15th 2011, me and my friend +Tahar Zanouda have been selected to be the first Google Students Ambassadors in our country (Algeria), it was the best gift i got in my birth day :) , i was so happy to be selected for this role although i didn't know what to do or from where to start.

This program was launched for the first time in MENA Region ( Middle East and North Africa) that year and in order to prepare the Google Students Ambassadors and to help them understanding their mission and how to better accomplish it, we have been invited to a training in Egypt between July 24th - 29th 2011.

I was very excited to travel for the first time outside my country and more excited to meet my fellow GSA from other countries with whom i had exchanged several emails talking about many subjects mainly the VISA process ;)

On jully 23rd, i arrived to Egypt, a beautiful country and very helpful people, i passed the first night discussing with GSA i met in the hotel, we talked about our countries, universities and the plans of each one of us as GSA.

The day after we started the training early, it was a pleasure for me to meet and discuss with people who work at Google, they were sessions about most of Google products and also about project management, public speaking and effective communication.

One of the sessions i remember, the one dedicated to outreach program in MENA region, the speaker gave us some statistics about GTUGs in the region and i was surprised by his question : Why there is no GTUG yet in Algeria ? when many chapters have been created in other countries such Egypt and Morocco, at this time i realized that to be a Google Student Ambassador is not enough but we have to start creating a community in our country, a community which does not depends to persons and which can survive for the upcoming years.

When coming back to my country i talked to my friends about these groups and i suggested to created a new GTUG in Algeria, they were so excited about the idea, i was in my final year at the nationale Higher School of computer Science (ESI), and the majority of others were in their 4th year.

By the end of August, i filled the form of " starting a new chapter" and few days after, exactly on September 02nd i received an email from Van Riper saying that my application has been accepted and i can start the process to launch Algiers GTUG the first Google Technology User Group in Algeria :D i started by creating a mailing list, and a website, also i got a @gtugs.org email :)

We announced officially GTUG Algiers to public on September 7th, this information was published on most of local newspapers and magazines, we spent around a month working together to establish the strategy of the group ( we -here- means the leading staff which where composed of 8 personnes, all of them were a computer science Students), it was so helpful that our school accepted to give us an office for the Group.

On October 11th, 2011 we organized our first event " GSA/GTUG Welcome Day"; during the event we presented the two GSA and the GTUG chapter and also we opened registration for membes who wanted to join us, it was a very successful event, we had around 300 attendees and everyone was excited to join our Group.

During the first two months we focused more on the team, this why we did not organized many events, but we did a lot of internal meeting in order to improve the internal communication, by the end of 2011 we started organizing small events, as we were the first and the unique we have moved also to some other towns to organize events there, by the beginning of 2012 Algiers GTUG have been listed on TOP 10 most active chapters on the world and the most active in MENA Region on the Pulse page.

Thus i have been selected by Google to attend The Global GDG Summit at Mountain View and Google I/O 2012 at Moscone center, this was a huge opportunity for me, i had the pleasure to meet most of GDG managers, also i attended some interesting sessions, especially those dedicated to Android and Cloud Platform.

i came back to my country with more energy and more motivation, the next mission was to migrate the GTUG Chapter to a new brand, which is the GDG Program ( Google Developer Groups) ..... to be continued.

10 Questions to answer, to boost the algerian web.

Day after day, the world has become smaller, faster and more connected, thanks to this famous network called Internet. Every single person on the planet can access information wherever and whenever he wants. This network is becoming bigger and richer thanks to the contributions of many people from all over the world who believe that knowledge has no meaning if it's not shared.

In this article – which is my small contribution to Dzblogday initiative- I will resume the current situation of the Algerian web in Ten (10) questions, which I will try to explain and answer according to my modest experience.

1. Do we create content?

Certainly, there is no place for doubt that user interface is so important to attract visitors to your website, but the content is more important and it is not just attract them but make them also faithful. People always look for original content.

Most of Algerian web content is not original; it is either inspired from other websites or simply translated from other languages with slight modifications in the aim of adapting it to the Algerian context.

But if we translate or just adapt content from others, where would be our own contribution to enrich these shared resources (internet) . So, the first step to improve algerian websites is to create its content by ourselves. That's true, it's not as easy as it appears, but with small efforts we can create our own original content, as Algerians!

2. Is our Content sustainable?

What I mean here by sustainable content, is every content, which can be consulted today, tomorrow and even after years. News and fresh information are attractive, but those articles are just consulted by visitors once they're published and never consulted again. But a sustainable content will be consulted many times, and people always refer to it when they need. Articles that talk about culture, education or even technical subjects are sustainable.

3. Do we create varied content?

A Rich content is a content that talks about various fields such as education, health, environment technical article etc..., People have different cultures and different interests, so they don’t look for the same information . That's why variety in web content is so important to cover the interests of all networkers. I don’t mean here we've to put a various content in one single web site, but create several web sources specialized each one in a specific field. I believe that websites with a specific and limited audience are more benefic than others.

Content is not just text and words ; videos, pictures, audios etc.. are forms of content, which is – in my point of view – more meaningful and more attractive. So I strongly encourage not to ignore them if we want to enrich our websites.

4. Our content, is it visible?

Visibility of a website is the half of its success! What is the importance of creating an article or a video if it’s not consulted. Big companies give great importance to this point and invest hundreds, or even, thousands of dollars to appear in the first page of search engines such as Google or Bing.

Visibility is also using a language, that is understood by the most of your audience, and here I mean Arabic. Most of Algerian websites use French and even English as main language and ignore Arabic. There are foreign people who can create a rich content in French or English, but it's our responsibility to improve the quality of Arabic content, and making it rich.

5. Do we respect web standards?

At this point, I will focus on a very important technical side. The web has its own standards that have to be respected. Ensuring that your website can be handled in all web browsers is so important. Also we have to make sure that you're using a valid CSS file (you can use CSS Validator to check this).

You may also think of people who use smartphones and tablets, and make your website correctly displayed on these devices.

6. Do we follow the technology trend?

Here again I will talk about a technical side. Most of Algerian websites use a CMS “Content management system”. For example media websites prefer using the "vivvo" CMS which is dedicated to this type of websites.

Universities prefer to use "Joomla" which is a very famous CMS used by plenty of Algerian websites. "Drupal" and "Wordpress" have also a great part of use.

I am not against using Content Management Systems, but most of them are not secure enough. A Web developer who uses them must do additional efforts in security, and especially not use components or extensions, which are not safe. Plenty of websites have been hacked for this simple reason.

I prefer using Frameworks, which are not as easy as Content Management Systems, but they are more powerful and more secure. Here I can mention "Zend", "Symfony" and "Django" which is a powerful framework based on Python.

7. Who to host our websites?

Companies based in France, USA, host most of The Algerian websites, which make us depend on them. we haven’t so many data centers in Algeria which can host websites and offer a good service, also it’s so complicated to have a domain name with the local extension (.dz) this why most of website use (.com) or (.net) as domain name for their websites.

8. Can we call our websites secure?

This is the most important chapter in creating a website story, hackers always look for vulnerability faults to steal information from our websites, this is due to the bad use of CMS or because server which host those websites are not secure enough.

Web developers and webmasters must give more importance to security when creating their websites, especially if it is a website which host sensitive information.

9. Do we have a good access to internet?

Statistics has shown that Algeria has very poor access to the Internet. In addition, there are no 3G, which not allow to Algerian to use Smartphones to access to the net.

The launch of the 3G in the upcoming months will increase the number of Algerian people who use internet especially from smartphones, which means we have to ensure since now that our websites are correctly displayed in smartphones and tablets.

10. Do we think about future?

3G, e-payment, e-commerce will come to our country eventually, this is why we have to be prepared since now, also web developers have to focus on the next generations of web developments tools, such as HTML5/ CSS3, which is the future of websites.

As conclusion, we have to double our efforts to increase the content of the Algerian web in the internet, together we can do better, so let’s go.

Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

Il n’y a que quelques heures que nous avons basculé dans une nouvelle année en laissant dernière nous l’année 2012. Cette dernière était riche en terme d’évènements d’autant pour moi que pour toute l’Algérie , dans cette publication j’ai tenu à parler sur les évènements les plus marquants que j’ai vécu durant 2012 , et plus particulièrement sur les évènements que j’ai vécu avec +GDG Algiers ( Google Developers Group). Le groupe que j’avais l’honneur de présider durant l’an 2012. Allez pour etre moins bavarde je vais mettre fin à cette introduction et je vais commencer à parler sur ces évènements l’un après l’autre dans leurs ordres chronologiques. Allez commancant par le commencement :)

La deuxiéme édition de la conférence nationale de l'Informatique JEESI'12 (16 Avril 2012- ESI, Alger)

Cette conférence a eu lieu le 16 Avril 2012 à l'École nationale Supérieure d'Informatique à Alger, elle a été organisée par un comité d’étudiants, dont j’étais président et elle a été destinée aux étudiants en informatique, en graduation et en post-graduation de toutes les universités et toutes les écoles algériennes. Elle a offert à ces jeunes étudiants chercheurs l’opportunité d’exposer leurs divers projets de recherche.

Malgré les difficultés que nous avons rencontrées durant toute la période des préparations, Cette conférence dans sa deuxième édition (sa première édition s’est déroulée en 2009 ou j’avais l’occasion de participer en tant que membre de comité d’organisation) a connu beaucoup de succès. : Nous avons reçu plus de 190 papiers de recherche de plus de 20 wilayas de pays. Je remercie donc tous ceux qui ont contribué ...

Mapping Algeria 2012 (12 mai 2012-ESI, Alger)

Cet évènement dans sa première édition, a été organisé dans le but d'enrichir la cartographie d’Alger sur Google Maps. Il a eu lieu le 12 mai 2012 à l'ESI, Les participants de cet évènement ont tagué des entreprises, des écoles, des universités, des restaurants, des organismes étatiques ... et autre sur le map de l’Algérie. Cette évènement a été marqué aussi par l’intervention de Mr +Serhane Med Amine (Un Map Maker Advocate du Maroc). Il a parlé sur l'importance d'enrichir la cartographie, il a donné aussi une initiation à Google Mar Maker ( l'outil fourni par Google pour l'enrichissement des cartes Google maps.) Nous avons passé une superbe journée durant cet évènement, malgré les perturbations de connexion à internet.

Ma visite à San Fransisco ( 24-30 Juin 2012)

Grace à une équipe extraordinaire, Algiers GTUG ( Actuellement +GDG Algiers )qui est devenu l'un des groupes les plus actif dans la région MENA, j’ai été sélectionné par Google pour représenter cette dernière au GDG Global summit à GooglePlex avec : +Taher Mestiri , +Shereef Marzouk , +Rasha Hussein et +Raghd Hamzeh , aussi j’ai eu le grand plaisir d'assister à la Conférence Google I/O 2012.
le 25 Juin 2012, je suis arrivé à l'aéroport de San Francisco à 14h (Heure local), après un long voyage (Alger - Paris - SF), le vol entre paris et SF a duré plus de 10 heures, heureusement, sur Air France, le Tableau de bord de voyageurs contient de la musique Algérienne.

Après une heure environ, je suis arrivé à l’hôtel, enfin je suis aux USA, un autre monde, personne ne peut me contredire

GDG Organizers summit ( 26 Juin 2012 - GooglePlex, Mounain View)

Le 26 juin Je me suis lever tôt ( j'avais peur de rater le bus vers mountain View :p), j'ai pris le bus avec tous les GDG managers qui étaient dans le même hôtel que moi, on été environ 70 personnes, ( il y avait 2 grands bus), en route j'ai découvert que le bus est équipé de wifi ( tfakert les sonacoms ta3 dzayer:) donc j'en ai profité pour publier quelques postes sur Twitter et Google+.

C'était une journée inoubliable à GooglePlex, j'ai pas raté l'occasion de prendre quelques photos et aussi visité le Google Store

Google I/O 2012 (27 - 29 Juin 2012 - Moscone Center, San Francisco):

Le premier jour, j'ai été surpris par l'arrivée de +Sergey Brin qui a fait une superbe démonstration sur les Google Glasses , c'était aussi un plaisir de voir en direct +Vic Gundotra, Et la plus grande surprise c'était d'avoir un Nexus pack. Ces trois jours-là étaient les plus beaux jours de ma vie. J’ai assisté à quelques sessions sur Android et le cloud computing, j'ai visité quelques Startups dans le Sandbox et j'ai aussi profité l'occasion de prendre quelques photos avec quelques Googlers.

C'est le jour que chaque étudiant attend avec impatience, c'était le cas pour moi et c'était aussi la première fois que je portais un costume, malgré que ma famille est arrivée en retard mais j'étais très content de les voir pour la première et la dernière fois à l'ESI,j'étais surpris et content par la tarte et les cadeaux que mes amis m’ont offert , Merci à tous sans exceptions

Aprés avoir eu mon diplome, j'avais plus de temps libre donc j'ai pas hésité à accepter l'invitation de +GDG Chlef et +GDG Bordj Bou Arreridj pour faire des présentations à l'occasion du Devfest Season (A Chlef le 15 octobre et à Bord Bou Arreridj le 7 novembre). Sans oublier le devFest Alger, organisé par le +GDG Algiers le 3 et 4 Novembre 2012.

السّلام عليكم، في كلِّ مرةٍ أردتُ فيها إنشاءَ مدونةٍ يتأجَّلَ الأمرُ لسببٍ أو لآخر، لكِن هذه المرة قد آنَ الأوان وقُدِّرَ أن تكونَ الإنطلاقةُ تزامناً مع "أيام الأنترنت العرَبي" فقررتُ أن أكتبَ أول مقالٍ في هذهِ المدوّنة باللّغة العربية.

سأتحدث في هذا المقال عن مبادرة أيام الأنترنت العربي، مبادرة أطلقتها شركتا يملي Yamli و فاينلاب Vinelab تحت شِعار "بالعربي أحلى"، بمساهمة كل من شركة غوغل Google ومبادرة تغريدات وشركة ومضة ، بالإضافة إلى شركة ويكيبيديا وتويتر وساوند كلاود، تهدف هذه المبادرة إلى دعم المحتوى العربي على شبكة الأنترنت كمّاً و نوعاً، شاهدوا الفيديو الآتي لمزيد من التفاصيل:

وكمساهمة في هذه المبادرة نُظِمت العديد من التظاهرات في الوطن العربي، و التي نذكر منها :

ملتقى المغرّدون يلتقون ( الدوحة - 04 نوفمبر 2012) شهدت الدوحة فعالية تحّدث فيها محاضرون من شركة غوغل وشركة تويتر ومن موقع يوتيوب لأول مرة في قطر وشهد الملتقى – الذي أُقيم في مركز قطر الوطني للمؤتمرات وبرعاية معهد قطر لبحوث الحوّسبة التابع لمؤسسة قطر للتربية والعلوم وتنمية المجتمع- أكبر تجمّع لمستخدمي تويتر العرب في قطر ودول الخليج المجاورة.

مبادرة تغريدات بالتعاون مع شركة غوغل (أبو ظبي - 4 ديسمبر 2012) في المنطقة الإعلامية بأبوظبي بحضور متحدثين من مؤسسة تيد TED لأول مرة في الشرق الأوسط! ناقشت الفعالية أهمية المشاركة في أيام الإنترنت العربي لإثراء المحتوى العربي الرقمي مع عرض لمبادرة الترجمة المفتوحة لمؤسسة تيد لترجمة مقاطع تيد TED المُلهِمة إلى اللغة العربية لأول مرة!

مؤتمر جوحل في الأردن (عمّان - 5 ديسمبر 2012) و الذي تضمن بعض النشاطات في سياق مبادرة أيام الأنترنت العربي، فيما أُلغِي مؤتمر غوغل في مصر و الذي كان مقررا في القاهرة في الفترة من 9 إلى 11 ديسمبر 2012

أماّ في الجزائر، فقد كانت عروس الصحراء "ولاية الأغواط" السبَّاقة في دعم هذه المبادرة، ففي الثامن عشر من هذا الشهر (18 ديسمبر 2012)، نظمت "جمعية شباب الأغواط الثقافية" الملتقى الوطني الأوّل للإحتفال بـاليوم العالمي للغة العربية ( الذي حددته المنظمة العالمية للتربية والعلوم والثقافة "اليونسكو" بيوم 12 ديسمبر من كل سنة).

الملتقى الذي احتضنته "جامعة عمار ثليجي"، عرف مشاركة ثلة من أعيان الولاية و نخبة من الشخصيات السياسية المحلية، وكذا ممثلين عن مجموعة مطوري غوغل بالجزائر الذين تنقلوا من العاصمة خصيصا للحدث، إضافة إلى الأستاذ "طه زروقي" و المدوِّن "قادة الزاوي" صاحب مدونت "قرأت لك" الحائزة على جائزة أحسن مدونة ثقافية في الجزائر لسنة 2012.

بدورها "مجموعة مطوري غوغل بالجزائر العاصمة" +GDG Algiers لم تُفوِّت الفرصة ، فقد نظمت بالتنسيق مع "شبكة فييكوس" للإعلام المعرفي " يوم الأنترنت العربي بالجزائر" و ذلك يوم 20 ديسمبر 2012 بمعهد المناهج ببرج البحري، الجزائر العاصمة.

الفترةالصباحية من هذه التظاهرة خُصِصت للمحاضرات، حيث تقدم "وليد لعريبي "+Walid Laribi الرئيس الحالي لمجموعة غوغل للمطورين ليتحدث عن أهمية مبادرة "أيام الأنترنت العربي" في دعم المحتوى العربي الرقمي على الأنترنت وسبل تطويره للنهوض بلغتنا العربية، بعدها تحدث الأستاذ "جابر ناصر بوحجام" المدير التنفيذي لمعهد المناهج عن المعهد من حيث اهتمامه بتكوين الباحث الجاد والأخذ بيده حتى يطرح البحوث الجادة ويستطيع تقديم الإضافة لوطنه وأمته.

ليتناول الكلمة بعد ذلك مستشار وخبير تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال الأستاذ "يونس قرار" متحدثا عن تطور استعمال الشبكة العنكبوتية في الجزائر و مُسلِّطا الضوء على العوائق التي جعلت الجزائر تتخلف عن الركب في هذا المجال، يليه عبد العزيز بن عمر من شبكة فييكوس للحديث عن الإعلام المعرفي، وبالأخص شبكة فيكوس التي انطلقت في مارس 2006 فكانت من السباقين في هذا المجال في الجزائر.

بعد الإستراحة تحدث "عاصم شلي" +Assem Chelli مؤسس مشروع "الفانوس" (محرك بحث قرآني مفتوح المصدر)، عن اللغة العربية والتعريب في "غوغل"، مبرزا ما قدمته شركة غوغل لدعم اللغة العربية على شبكة الأنترنت ومناقشا بعض التحديات التي كانت ولاتزال عائقا يواجهه المحتوى العربي الرقمي، ليكون ختام الفترة الصباحية مع الأستاذ "جابر حدبون" +Jabyr Hadboune الذي قدم محاضرة بعنوان " أثر التدوين في خلق وإثراء المحتوى العربي على الأنترنت"، طرح فيها نظرته حول واقع التدوين في الجزائر، مبرزا دور المدوِّن و القارئ على حدٍ سواء في دعم المحتوى العربي الرقمي.

الفترة المسائية كانت مخصصة لورشات حول إستخدام بعض تقنيات "غوغل" و توظيفها في دعم المحتوى العربي كـ +YouTube ، +Google+ ، +Gmail ، +Blogger و +Google Drive ، الورشات نشَّطها أعضاء من مجموعة غوغل للمطورين، الذين أجادوا التقديم بشهادة الحاضرين.

بدوره الأستاذ "طه زروقي" و كعادته كان حاضرا و محاضرا عن البرامج العربية مفتوحة المصدر، كيفية إستعمالها و المساهمة فيها.

مبادرة جميلة بجمال هذه اللّغة، فمعاً نسعى لإثراء محتواها الرقمي، فالأنترنت حلو لكنه بالعربي أحلى ....
