This is amazing! I wear flip flops - well actually 'Fitflops' - all summer and my feet suffer for it with cracked heals! Baby Photography at Home in Winchester!

My third visit to this lovely family in Winchester. It is an absolute pleasure to go back to them. Mum was thrilled with these, especially the one in the hat! Sweet!

and big brother is always very focused on his favourite toy of the moment, and this time it was his aeroplane! So I struck up a conversation with him trying to get him to look at me and the camera and got some lovely expressions!

We made sure we got one of him and the aeroplane for the album!

There really isn't anything like the feeling you get with your newborn baby. I feel very privileged to be able to capture moments such as this.

I am a Mum and a Nana! I love babies, I love photography and am lucky to be able to do what I love. My photography is genuinely from my heart. I know how easy it is to forget the cute little cheeks, the wrinkles on their chubby legs and the little frowns when they are trying to work out the world around them! Without photography these moments would be only distant memories.

I know, you think how on earth is there time to have a photographer in your midst when all you seem to do is feed and change nappies? It only takes me a small amount of time, I will work round you and your baby feeds and capture your beautiful new baby for you in a few quick clicks of the camera and be out of your way before you know it.

New Forest and Hampshire Maternity Photographers

We met up at The Cromwell Arms in Romsey and walked along the lovely river side to take some fab pregnancy photographs. Firstly, we relaxed over a cuppa and a sandwich with our mum to be. Pregnant with her first baby it was important for her to relax and enjoy her maternity photoshoot. It was a beautiful day and we found some lovely spots to take these memorable pictures of mum and bump!

We are very much looking forward to having Mum and newborn babe in our new studio in October for some newborn baby photographs.

Later in the year we will be launching some new offers for the studio opening ... watch this space!

As the nursery rhyme goes...'with a huff and a puff I will blow your house down'....well I think that's what this little fellow was definitely building up to do by the look on his face! Instead he turned the dandelion into little fairies and blew them all away!

Such a sweet little boy and we had such fun with his Mum, Dad and baby sister in a beautiful Hampshire park.

There are so many fabulous photo opportunities in and around the New Forest...seems a shame to shut the little ones in a studio with studio lighting to take their photograph, when the whole countryside is a huge studio with its own natural light! Let them have fun and be themselves and Jan will capture life the way you live it!

Wow! It has been a while since I blogged about my baby photography! Simple reason is I have been rushed off my feet! I think it must be the lovely weather and what better time to take children out to play in the woods, park or beach for some fabulous lifestyle photography.

For our third visit to this lovely family, we went across to the park for some fab natural lifestyle photographs. The children could relax and play whilst I captured the moments and there were lots of them!
Here is a sneak preview!

These two little children are so sweet, the little girl just had a huge grin constantly and, although mischievous, we still managed to get the little boy to stand or sit still for a few seconds to grab some cute shots! I had to be quick though!

The Fine Art Wrap

Our new Fine Art Wraps are produced using the latest 12 ink technology printers. The permanence of the inks combined with the UV laminate give reliable, consistent results.
Available in 35mm or 50mm depths. all wraps are mounted on board and wrapped round a wooden framework. Very similar to canvas wraps but, most importantly, less expensive but still with longevity. Each Fine Art Wrap comes with fixing attached and is delivered in a presentation box.
Just like a canvas wrap, it can be designed with wrap around image.

A lovely revisit to Winchester to take more pictures of two lovely children, now a little older! Our second visit to this lovely family, Mum likes us visiting as it means that she doesn't have to rush around getting two children ready, she can relax and get their best clothes on for photographs when she is ready.

The handsome little boy wasn't really feeling that well, didn't really want to put his best outfit on and definitely wasn't up to smiling for the camera! However, he has the most gorgeous eyes so we focused on those!

As for the baby girl, she was very happy to be photographed, changed, photographed and changed again! Must be a girl thing then!

Mum had asked if we could take along a background so that we could cover clutter in the background of some photographs, just to get some slightly different images. No problem, we have studio setups if required.

She just looked like a china doll in her christening dress. And then......................

Ooops......bottoms up!

We just go with the flow, knowing only too well that children are not always feeling up to it.

We either reschedule or just continue to work unobtrusively, capturing lifestyle images of them in their surroundings.

It is difficult to find enough space for all those lovely photographs of baby, especially when you already have a toddler whose photographs you have on the mantelpiece and every inch of wall space you can find.
