And as you can see not on here much anymore. When they changed blogger, don't like it so I'm not on it much....check in once in a while.

Mermaid Tilda Easel Card

This is a 5"x 5" Easel Card. . I hand sew on machine all my cards. I pay close attention to detail. My cards are fluffy and have lots of dimension. Lots of embellishments. My cards are more than a card, they are more like a gift.

I am still trying to figure out my lighting and my light box is still in the works. Cards look to be crooked in photo but they are not.

I closed Zibbet shop. Costs are high and can't come down on my card prices nor the shipping cost. I'm sorry! Things have just gotten too expensive. Thanks for understanding!

About fell over today when at Post Office, Shipping Ridiculous!

Went to Post Office today to mail some cards out and I just about fell over right there in the floor. $3.75 to mail a 6 x 6 x 2" box :( Yes, completely ridiculous.) t was only a few oz.
I have searched and searched a way to send these cards that are so fluffy cheaper for my customers, but I find no other way for them to get to them safely.
Anyone have any ideas, it would be appreciated.
I use Wild Orchid Craft 1" flowers a lot and they are just too tall. I know I can go to smaller flowers but jeez don't really want to.
Places like Etsy have gone crazy on their charges. If I could get around and about easier, I would just do craft shows again, but I just can't. I have had one knee replacement and another one still to go. My husband is an amputee. What's a person supposed to do???
It's been sooo long since I've been on blogger, I don't even know who still blogs anymore.
I may be talking to the wind, and I guess that's ok too, got to get it out some way.

Hello All,

I've been away a while now. Had to have a couple surgeries, and trying to recover.
I got my copics out and checking to see if they are still ok to use and I think they are.I'm going to try to make some cards. I will not be making a lot like I use to but hopefully a few here and there.

I have been into the Planning Community :) I enjoy decorating the Travelers Planners. So Much Fun!!!

I've been a little under the weather. I made these cards several nights ago but I ran out of boxes. I had ordered the wrong ones that were supposed to be the same size but they were not, plus they were a different kind altogether. The prices on these boxes are ridiculous. Including shipping they cost me 53 cents a piece. I keep searching for another way to ship these fluffy cards but have not found anything as of yet.

I've been busy and having so much fun making these cards.
I colored them a few days ago, two different nights.
Then yesterday my hubby and I cut out, sewed and got them all ready to put together and decorate.
And whalla! they are done and here they are :)
Oh and we laughed sooo hard making Whimsy's Bart and putting shades on him.

I colored the images with copics on Neenah Cardstock.
I used wink of stella on the planet and also on the aliens, and the fire. The photo doesn't do it justice. It's so shiny in person :)

I used Distress Inks for the background. I also used my Gansai Tambi Watercolors for the splatters.

I used Stickles around the edges, love the color of neon green to brighten up the card.

I also used Pretty Pink Posh sequins, and stars that I found at Walmart :)

I think it turned out cute!

Thanks to my Hubby who was a Fire Fighter.....he's great on telling me what colors to color this little Fireman :) I love how he turned out!
