Halloween Fun!!!

I love this time of year and Halloween is no exception. I love creating projects for Halloween. I used the Sweet Treats stamp set and Sweet Treat Clear Cups for this card. The clear cups are very easy to use and add real depth to a card. I was very excited to find purple "blueberry cobbler" candy corn. The greatest thing about these cards is that they are mailable with a padded envelope and a little extra postage. What a great treat for a friend or loved one. Happy Haunting!

I love My Digital Studio!!!

I thought I would try out my new Stampin' Up! My Digital Studio. I created this simple but loveable card using the MDS and some great pictures of my boy that were taken by a close friend. The program is great and really easy to use. I have created several albums, cards, and calendars in very little time. It is a must have!!!!!!

Scrap Cards

I have always struggled with what to do with all my scraps. I have an entire drawer of a roll cart dedicated to very organized scraps that I very seldom use. I decided this week to try something new.

After finishing a project I had scraps left over and rather than putting them away I put them to use on these cards. I took all the scraps and created the cards you see above. It actually worked out great because I have no scraps to put away and I have 3 new cards to put away for when I need them.

Meet our new little man!!!

On June 22, 2009 we very proudly welcomed our third son into our family.

Ayden Jay "AJ" Colp Lindley was born at 12:30pm.

He weighed 7 lbs 2.3 oz and was 19.5 inches long.

His brothers are so proud of him and Mommy and Daddy are very happy too!

I adore this set from the current catalog. We have always been an outdoors family and enjoy every chance we get to go fishing or camping. My favorite part of this set is the "Skeeter" Spray. Who doesn't need that in Texas?!!!!
