A magazine reporter called me last week and begged me to do a quick analysis of the super famous Playboy Playmate and reality star Kim Kardashian.

For those who do not watch much reality TV, her hit show The Kardashians follows Kim and her family around drama-filled shoe shopping sprees and other nail biting experiences.

Here's a few snippets from the Hollywood Life article:

“Her biggest fear is not being liked or being criticized on a personal level,” Bart Baggett of America’s Top Handwriting Experts and University.com’s President of Handwriting tells HollywoodLife.com after examining an autograph Kim gave us during a QuickTrim promotion in Sherman Oaks, Calif. May 6. “Kim is very sensitive and this can translate into ‘defensiveness’ when criticized.”

Even though the 29-year-old brunette beauty wants approval from everyone she meets, she definitely isn’t a pushover, and is “extremely determined and strong-willed,” Baggett says.

Plus, Baggett says being on TV is the perfect environment for Kim’s personality.

“She has a fluid mind, which lends her to being a good talker,” Baggett tells us, explaining, “This fluidity indicates her ability to talk and talk — and talk is a strength typical of professional speakers and radio hosts.”

Thankfully, the middle Kardashian sister can rely on organized mom Kris Jenner, because judging from her signature, she definitely needs the help of an assistant! “She fails to dot her i’s, which indicates a lack of attention to detail,” the expert says. “This can often be called absentmindedness or forgetfulness.”

Despite these minuscule weaknesses, Kim’s autograph generally speaks highly of her character. “Her optimism is a positive trait which makes her look at any situation with the idea something good might come of it,” says Baggett.
- HollywoodLife.com

The Secret Joy of Being Defiant

-by Bart Baggett

DEFIANCE – To rebel, resist, or break the rules. The rebel, the class clown, the trouble-maker, the fighter… which one are you?

Do you follow the rules or do you make your own rules? I have found one interesting personality trait in a vast majority of successful entrepreneurs: defiance. The tendency to break the rules, rebel, or defy the status quo seems to be a recurring theme in literature of heroes, superstars, and the super-successful. Dr. Thomas Stanley's research in the book The Millionaire Mind indicates that most millionaires claim one important skill helped them achieve success. That skill was to "Think differently from the crowd."

Clearly, you don't have to break rules and get into trouble to think differently. But, research firmly indicates that people who make straight A's, have perfectly legible handwriting, and have perfect spelling, are the least likely students to become self-made millionaires. Shattering statistics. Aren't they?

There are two personality traits in handwriting analysis that prove this point. The first trait is called a "go to hell K." (For the second trait, you'll have to read the book, The Success Secrets of the Rich and Happy.) A capital K in a word that should contain a lower case k indicates defiance. Look around at the entrepreneurs and pioneers of the world. Many of them have this type of K. (So do the class clowns, criminals, and trouble-makers.)

Which of the below handwriting samples is more likely to become an entrepreneur?

A person who follows all the rules and proper protocol. (Notice the legible handwriting, small lower loops, curvy m-tops, beginning hooks, and normal sized "k.")

The above handwriting is that of a very successful man in his mid 50's. A defiant rule-breaker in his youth, he still bucks the trends. His optimism is critical to his success. His pointy m's are a sign of quick thinking and intelligence. His high buckle k reveals his defiant rebellious streak. Even his sharp t-point indicates some sarcasm. This is the writing of legendary radio host Jack Diamond. Jack has hosted one of the longest-running morning radio shows in the USA (in Washington D.C.)

A career in morning radio is about as close to being a creative entrepreneur, while still having a boss, as you can get. In reality, Jack is both a successful on-air personality and off-the-air entrepreneur/businessman. Morning Radio and other forms of performance comedy tend to attract people with defiance, sarcasm, and other fun but trouble-making qualities. Don't we love them?

The simple act of making a BIG K where a small k is supposed to be indicates a person's dislike of following rules - defiance.

This trait is common among trouble-making kids, entrepreneurs, fighters, and many types of people, both successful and non-successful.

Look at the handwriting of this 9-year-old girl. A go-to-hell K if ever there was one! Although she is young, her mother confirms that every one of her k's look like the two you see here. This young lady questions every rule, but (currently) also still obeys her mother. What do you think she'll be when she grows up?

A special treat from Handwriting University's Home Study Certification Course:

an excerpt from Dr. Walker's textbook

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Another defensive mechanism is defiance, that quality in a person that is always ready to resist forces which he thinks are infringing upon his freedom of action. The defiant person doesn't like to be "managed" and is always alert for any sign of unjust authority. This trait is shown by exaggeration in the middle of structures.

With the exaggeration of a letter within a word, usually it takes the form of a capital letter, but it can be the enlargement of any stroke formation. What we're saying is that the upper portion of the stroke (the area that is in the philosophical area) is exaggerated. Most handwriting analysts talk about the defiant k and some of them call it the "go-to-hell" k. The buckle of this k is not in the mundane area where it belongs; when it invades the philosophical zone, we know we have defiance. We also realize that the circle on the k becomes imagination if it's closed; and this will enlarge the defiance (Figure 69).

We have also included a capital R in the middle of a letter, and you will find m's and n's that reach up from the line of reality, out of proportion, into the philosophical area. When a defiant person meets you, he'll tell you, "I'm sorry you don't like my doing this, but that's the way I'm going to do it; whether you like it or not!"

Defiance is a defense of the ego. It says, "I defy you to criticize me, to attempt to hurt me." It is important to check the defiant writer's handwriting thoroughly, to see what other traits are inherent in his handwriting style. For instance, if there were stubbornness in good measure, the defiant person would be very hard to overcome. Then, let us consider defiance in combination with persistence and very heavy writing; we'd know that when you add stubbornness, the defiant person with persistence and depth of feeling would fight even harder, wouldn't he? If he were domineering and sarcastic, we'd also know that he'd have a chip on his shoulder, that he'd be looking for a reason to knife someone, figuratively or literally.

Although defiance is probably a negative trait most of the time, Bob Burnup of Independence, Missouri told me that he took all the mail that came in to him from all over the country (and he is well known in handwriting circles) and did an evaluation on defiance. The results were very surprising, for his evaluation showed that 67% of those he checked were defiant.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The go-to-hell K - Defiance

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So, you can look at just one letter of the handwriting to find out how well or how poorly someone responds to control, rules, orders, commands, or threats. This personality trait is VERY common among Americans. Remember the entire "American Revolution" in 1776? (England does) Remember the whole Pearl Harbor thing? (Japan does) And remember our Nation's response to 9/11?

Based on the overwhelming need to defy the odds, face the threats, and stomp down those who would steal our freedom...Americans will continue to be defiant.

It is in the genes.

“He may be smiling in photos, but his signature is all rage.
Faisal Shahzad’s handwriting on a 2004 condo sale agreement unmasks him as a hostile, self-destructive, arrogant man, an expert said Wednesday.”

“”He’s angry at everybody and he’s lashing out at the world”, says expert Bart Baggett, a forensic document examiner and author of Handwriting Analysis 101.

Baggett identified three “ticks” – tiny marks where the pen has dragged – that indicate aggression and hatred: at the top of the F, the bottom of the S and the end of the L in Faisal. The one on the F is particularly telling because Shahzad’s handwriting has large “upper zones” that suggest an interest in philosophical ideals, religion and analysis, Baggett said.

Shahzad also signed only his first name, indicating pride. The excessive pen pressure he used shows determination, Baggett said.

And that bizarre curlicue over his “i”?
“It shows a desire to be different and not wanting to conform”, Baggett said.

Five of the 9 hell traits found in handwriting in this story are lying, low self-esteem, dual personality, paranoia and anger at opposite sex (attracted to a challenge… loves that chase!).

Handwriting analysis is the easy way to avoid those terrible personality traits you never want to discover your lover has! These easy-to-spot traits are found quickly in a short sample of handwriting. So, grab a friend's handwriting, and compare to the writing below.

If you match more than 3 out of 5... you're in for HELL.

This section details those personality characteristics I highly recommend avoiding! People with too many of these traits can make your life a living hell. Be forewarned, if someone's handwriting reveals these traits, this person is trouble. Of course, the degree of trouble depends on the intensity and frequency of the trait in the handwriting.

Please double check your analysis before you scream "Psycho!" and run for the door. But, back up a few feet the first time you see any one of the traits in this chapter.

Unfortunately, you may find you have a few Hell Traits in your own personality. A personality clash could arise because the Hell Traits in your own personality don't mix well with the Hell Traits in someone else's.

Once you begin looking at people's handwriting on a regular basis, you will realize just how many people in your own life have some Hell Traits. Hell Traits are like deadly chemicals, in very small quantities we can deal with it, but taken in big doses, we can't survive. The best way to avoid pesticides is to eat all-natural food prepared without chemicals. Likewise, the best way to deal with someone's Hell Traits is to avoid people with Hell Traits.

Honesty is one of the most sought-after personality traits. Unfortunately, honesty or dishonesty is a result of many variables, least of which are the person's integrity and the specific situation. However, some people have so much internal confusion that they lie when the truth is better.

The worst case scenario is the letter o shown here. This is the pathological liar. He will make up stories and is basically not trustworthy. He probably does not know what the real truth is. Luckily, I do not see this trait very often. I hope you don't either. However, if you ever see this trait consistently in someone's handwriting take my advice,
"Run, don't walk, to the nearest exit!".

This trait and other levels of communication are shown in the lower case letter o. The letter o is a communication letter. You will notice that you can also see other traits in the letter o, such as: secretiveness, self-deceit, talkativeness, and frankness.

The lying loops, as I call them, are a combination of a large, secretive loop and a large, self-deceit loop. It is shown by two, huge, inner loops in both halves of the letter o that cross. Together, this writer is deceiving others and himself! He simply forgets what the truth is! If you see this occasionally, in one out of ten, don't assume he is a pathological liar. He does lie, but not to the severity that the name "pathological liar" implies.

As you know, many basically honest people tell white lies in different circumstances. Ethics, integrity, and opportunity are also factors in honesty. You must take the entire writing into consideration. If you find two small inner loops in the letter o, you have a person that prevaricates (lies) occasionally about small details. A secretary often has these small loops when she says "The boss is in a meeting, may I take a message?" All the while, the boss is standing next to her saying, "I don't want to talk to him!"

If you recall the discussion about the three zones in handwriting, I mentioned that any loop, wherever you find it, is imagination. Therefore, if a loop is in the upper zone, one might imagine things associated with philosophy, religion, or ethics. If the loop is in the lower zone, the imagination might be physical or sexual. If the loop is in the middle zone, like the letter o, the writer imagines things pertaining to daily events. Since the o is a communication letter, you get imagination as to what someone tells you. The bigger the loops, the more he lies, or the more secrets are being kept.

This is the one trait that is perhaps the most common problem in the United States. In relationships, it sticks up its ugly head and will cause you problems. In handwriting a low self-image is shown by a low t-bar. The cross of the letter t is on or below the top of the middle zone. A low self-image is also revealed by a very small personal pronoun I. Since capital letters indicate the strength of one's ego, a small letter I reveals the writer doesn't have a great amount of ego strength about himself. Look for the personal pronoun capital I. To confirm any indication of self-esteem, look to the height of the cross on the letter t.

The person with a low self-image fears failure and fears change that could bring failure. Consequently, she doesn't set high goals or plan very far ahead in the future.

When I explain this trait to a woman who has it, I usually say, "When you look in the mirror, you see all the imperfections. You think so many other women are prettier than you. You're constantly questioning your self-worth."

It is a self-critical evaluation that degrades one's sense of personal value. If you are dating someone who doesn't hold himself in high value, how is he going to treat you? Usually two scenarios reveal themselves. The first one is pleasant. He respects you and idolizes you for having so many things that he doesn't possess. In the process of valuing you, a person with low self-esteem will often go out of his way to do things to make you like him. But don't be fooled by the niceness in the beginning. The person with a low self-image always wants a payback.

If you are abusive and want a partner to be totally dependent on you, perhaps you need a partner with a low self-image. In almost all the cases where a woman has been abused, I find low self-esteem. (I don't know whether the abuse caused the low esteem, or the low esteem allowed the abuse.) It reminds me of a 19-year-old girl who had terribly low self-esteem. She was living with a man who beat her regularly. He was also addicted to drugs. She had a very low self-image that caused her to feel that she deserved the violent treatment. Although she said she didn't like it, she didn't leave him. Why would someone put up with that? She was so insecure, she wasn't sure she could find someone better.

She wasn't sure she had the strength to make it on her own. She kept thinking thoughts like, "No one else would want me, I am stupid and ugly, etc." (By the way, she wasn't ugly.)

A person with low self-esteem may be attractive in the beginning, because the person is extra sweet, humble, generous, etc. Remember, people are the sum of all their parts. You should position your relationship in such a manner that your mate wants to be with you out of her own best interest, her own personal power, her own thoughts of love and affection, not from a fear (such as being alone). As with other traits, self-esteem can be dramatically enhanced using various neuro-conditioning techniques discussed in the appendix.

An unconditional love relationship can only exist between two partners with good self-esteem. When a couple not only likes each other, but likes themselves, the entire relationship is more fun, more stable, and more successful. Look for someone who has a healthy self-image. Look for a high t-bar.

Dual personality is shown in handwriting by an obvious slant variation, leftward to rightward, in the same sentence. This person has trouble making emotional decisions because of the varied emotional influences. When a stressful situation arises, she withdraws into herself, into her introverted personality. There is a fundamental duality within the psyche that creates unpredictable emotional responses. Some people call this person just moody, but, it goes deeper than just mood swings. The actual biological synaptic responses in the brain function in two different, distinct patterns, depending on the circumstance. As you can imagine, having two separate biological responses to the same situation can create quite an unpredictable relationship. It does.

Since most people consistently use primarily one emotional outlay, I consider the variable slant writer unusual and unpredictable. Dating a dual personality has its advantages and its disadvantages. Usually, the nice personality is especially extra sweet. She is kind, generous, fun-loving, and entertaining. That is the personality you see on the good days. That is the personality you fall in love with. Then... whammo!

The other personality comes out. This personality is usually a real bastard.
The ones I have known have had these two dispositions: a complete sweetheart vs. inconsiderate, selfish, childish, annoying woman. I suppose a man's dispositions would be: a nice gentleman vs. loud mouth, aggressive, violent man. Believe me, you don't want to be around when either of the bad sides come out!

Remember the story of Marsha? One day she would be very affectionate and loving toward me, then the next day she wouldn't speak to me and wouldn't tell me why. This is typical of a dual personality. When she was in her other personality, she displayed all the characteristics of a pissed-off introvert (FA writer). She harbored her emotions and dwelled on them within her own mind.

As stated earlier, these people are very hard to deal with. I have to admit that this particular girl was extremely fun to be around, when she was in her sweetheart mode. But, when its one of those days, watch out.

Parts of this type of people are pleasant and enjoyable. But remember that you must consider the entire package when getting into a relationship. I really enjoyed having Marsha as a friend or buddy. In fact, we continued to be casual buddies over the next two years. You can avoid friends when they are in their bad moods. However, in a relationship, it is difficult just to leave town for two days when the unpleasant personality comes out. If you are already involved, or get involved, with a person with two personalities, it is imperative you talk about emotions. Look at his handwriting for talkativeness. This person has internal struggles within himself about what he wants. Therefore, the other partner gets mixed messages and might be hurt. If you talk about all his emotions, dealing with the strange variations in emotions can be much easier. People with this trait need to be with a mature, understanding partner who is willing to try to understand their changing feelings.

It is now a fundamental rule of mine not to date women with the trait of dual personality. In fact, even in my friendships with males, I am wary of this trait. That is why it is a Hell Trait.

(Okay... Extremely sensitive to criticism. Paranoid only if you're dating.)

This is one of the most significant of the Hell Traits and it is worth reviewing. As you recall, Sensitivity to Criticism is an over-awareness of others perceptions about oneself. It is the fear of disapproval. It is the overbearing need for approval. It is a fear that is shown by a loop in the lower case d and t stems. The amount of sensitivity as it relates to the personal self is shown n the stem of the lower case d. The amount of sensitivity as it relates to ideas and philosophies is shown in the stem of the lower case t. The bigger the loop, the bigger the amount of sensitivity. The Hell Trait of paranoia is present when the loop in the d is inflated like a balloon and/or flat on top.

Anyone that has a big looped d also has developed some powerful defense mechanisms to guard such an open wound. Criticizing this person is like pouring salt into it. When these people feel betrayed, watch out for their defenses. If these loops are inflated to a disproportionate size, you know that the fear of criticism is unreasonable and you will see vicious sarcasm, resentment, aggression, etc to protect the ego.

Huge flat-topped looped d's that do not return to the baseline signify this fear doesn't return to reality (the baseline). Many allow their fears to hinder relationships, considerably. Invariably, you will be the victim of their feelings of mistrust at one time or another. A truly paranoid person often has built up so many defenses, they might tell you, "I don't care what others think." Their defenses are so strong, they may actually not feel the pain of that open wound anymore. If they have a huge looped d and say they don't care what others think... you know they are really in a lot of pain.

If you choose to get into a relationship with a paranoid person, realize that he is subject to unreasonable fears. It can be a real challenging situation. I have found, when having a close friendship or relationship with a borderline paranoid person, as shown in handwriting, he will eventually feel you have turned against him and he will turn on you. A person who feels trapped in a corner will react like a trapped animal. He will fight. His exaggerated fear of persecution makes him feel trapped and you might be his victim. If you must deal with this Hell Trait, let him know you approve. Give frequent compliments, but don't patronize. Since they are searching for approval, let her know you like what she is wearing. If you give sincere compliments to these oversensitive people, you will have them eating out of the palm of your hand, because you are supplying what they need the most: approval. When the sensitiveness turns to paranoia, the niceness disappears very quickly.

This trait is very common in both men and women. It has been described as the trait of manipulation, anger at the opposite sex, or the need for a challenge. It probably fits slightly into each of those categories. I should warn you that, although it is listed as one of my Hell Traits, it is so common it is difficult to avoid.

It is shown in the letters c, a, and d. It is a hook-like shape that forms the top circle of those letters. It has been called a Stinger because of its resemblance to a bee's hook-like stinger which hurts very badly if you get stung. People who have stingers in their handwriting usually get a thrill out of stinging others. It is usually directed at the opposite sex. Depending on the other traits in the handwriting, it could just be a game, or it could be malicious behavior.

The bottom line in a relationship is that the person who possesses the stinger trait needs a challenge to remain interested. These people will often seek out very tumultuous people, just to have a good fight. These are the game players. It is this type of person who says, "I hate playing games," and then proceeds to act in an inconsiderate way to give the impression that he doesn't like her too much.

In any case, these people are rarely satisfied with nice-guys or nice-girls. They are attracted to the rebel, the wild beast, the untamable. It is the thrill of the chase, rather than the prize, that keeps them interested. This is the trait that says about a woman "Don't be too nice, I am only attracted to assholes. "Therefore, if you first meet a person who has a stinger in his handwriting, know that the most self-defeating move you can make is to throw yourself at him. Because he needs a challenge, he will only want you if he gets to chase you down. So, act as if you couldn't care less whether you go out with him or not. Act indifferent.

This same attitude works with women who have stingers. This attitude is usually accepted as an effective strategy to take under most circumstances, but it is the only attitude that will attract people with stingers. The simple, play-hard-to-get strategy falls under the category of the economics of love. The need for a challenge is a different animal, but utilizes that strategy as well. What the subconscious mind is saying in a woman's stinger, is that there is an underlying resentment at the male gender.

The man's stinger shows an anger at the female gender. It reveals itself in a predatory attitude. The bigger the prey, the greater the feeling of conquering. Relationships become a game. Love becomes tumultuous and unpredictable. The entire movie Dangerous Liaisons was about a man with very big stingers. He manipulated the women into bed in a most dangerous game. If you aren't sure how stingers are revealed in relationships, go see that movie. How do you win? I don't think anyone ever wins that game. But the way to keep a stalemate going, is to never give in completely. If you date a person with this trait, never give up total control.

Can you judge a book by its cover? Today's handwriting sample is feminine, attractive, and contains lots of loops and high-endings.

What does it all mean? Is she sensual, high-maintenance, kind-hearted?

You will learn more if you approach these videos in two steps.

1. Download and analyze the handwriting on your own, before you watch the video or learn anything about the person. This is the true test of how accurate you are using your handwriting analysis skills.

Answer these questions in writing and POST THEM here, on this page.

Is she sweet or mean spirited?

What fears motivate her?

Does she follow the rules?

Does she follow social protocol? (General rules set by society)

Does she freak out in public when criticized?

Is she sexually selective or is she promiscuous?

Is hygiene important to her?

How important is security and commitment to her?

Describe her closet...

Does she have a defined and strong moral compass?

Does she have self control and self discipline?

2. Wait until we release the 2 part video interview tomorrow, with the person who wrote the handwriting sample from today. Voila! The person’s character comes to life in breathing flesh and blood.

So, the full video on today’s volunteer will be released to our members tomorrow. Check back here, in the weekly newsletter section, for the full 2 part video series. But, before you do, analyze his handwriting using your skills. I suggest printing his handwriting out and use a blue or red pen to draw arrows and trait names.

Check back here, on this newsletter page, for the video when released.

The main function of emotional expressiveness is how someone processes their feelings. The main clue or indicating factor is the size of the handwriting & the slant.

Just press play and follow along with the graph-o-deck cards (If no audio player is shown below, click the audio file icon).

Leftward Slant: 60 to 70% of the strokes will end up at an angle to the left of 90 degrees. People with this trait may have a hard time expressing their feelings & connecting with other people. There is a lack of trust.

Right Slant: A heart ruled person. They will be impulsive and let their emotions rule their life more so than the emotionally withdrawn person (leftward slant).

Concentration: Very intense, focused individuals. (Engineers, fighter pilots, scientists) The tiny writing will sometimes confuse the analysis based on the slant. There are traits that will offset other traits and diminish the meaning, even though it is still accurate.

Ambivert: Middle of the road, not extrovert, not introvert, but ambidextrous. This person relates to both left & right slants. They will be more conservative in a lot of their decisions.

People worldwide watched in horror as the Taj Hotel in Mumbai, India came under attack from a group of terrorist. Most of my readers did not realize I had been in the same hotel years before, enjoying a pleasant dinner with the Chief of Police in Mumbai.

Is there a particular handwriting trait which reveals a terrorist?

Clearly, the strongest correlation between acts of destruction and evil is a person's "Belief System"... which is not always betrayed by his handwriting.

Today's article is written by a very popular Mumbai based writer and handwriting analyst, Vishwas Heathcliff. You are encouraged to read his other articles, posted in the international article section on the Handwriting University Blog.
Here are some excerpts from the letters:

“I was a great mom! And I love my daughter with everything that I have. I would give my life to have her back even for 5 minutes. it’s so frustrating!...I may have a big mouth, but I can keep a secret.”

“I’ve had to forgive what happened to my Caylee, but I’m still angry. If it weren’t for God, screw where I’m sitting now, if it weren’t for him and for my unconditional love for my daughter, I would end whoever is responsible.”

“I know that Caylee’s nanny, the “real” Zenaida, the girl who was my friend for 4 years; I know in my heart that she’s not responsible. And I don’t blame her for not showing her face.”

“It sucks having to deal withy my “old life” (the real and media-made), but one thing that I know for sure, no matter how hard it seems, we’ve already gotten through the worst of things. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about Caylee and wish that I could have protected her better. I tried my hardest and it wasn’t enough.”

“Boy do we have tons in common! And as far as us being ‘partners in legal crime’, I’m not sure where I was going with it, but I’m glad you enjoyed it!”

“I miss my Caylee so much, L but knowing that she’s waiting for me in Heaven: sigh: honestly, it’s a great relief.”

“I don’t know one single mom who doesn’t try to get their freedom regardless of how old they are.”

“I’m going to use this experience to help others, especially Missing and Exploited Children. We are very similar creatures, my friend.”

“I always wanted to adopt a baby or child from another country – is it selfish to want one from Ireland? Accent and all?”

“I’ll adopt local – U.S.-wise. So many kids and teens are homeless and that’s something I want to target. and yes, missing children as well. that sits too close to my heart and I wish there was something we could do to prevent it.”

“My mom isn’t sure if she and my dad are going to stay together, after hearing/watching his interview with the FBI F**K LLL”

“In order to have life we must lose our old lives so that we may be reborn. Check. The light is clearly shining at the end of the tunnel.”

“At least I know I, well, am 99% sure that Cays isn’t Jesse’s. We had a paternity test done when she was a couple weeks old, and it took forever to get the results back, which I’ve been told shouldn’t have been the case, and according to the paper he brought to my house in late Sept. ’05, Jesse wasn’t the father. Joy to the world!”

“I despise that loser, and I pity him and his self-righteous ‘Christian’ family. His dad claims to be the ‘right hand of God.’ Hate to burst his bubble, but Jesus sits there.”

“Nice guys may finish last here on earth, but in Heaven, we are all winners. A satisfying thought.”

“I’m not sure if you hear about my dad or not; it’s been all over the radio and I know that everything has been bouncing around every station. I can’t believe he tried to take his own life! What is he thinking???”

My dad quit or got fired back in November, never mentioned it to my mom, but kept disappearing day and night, never telling her where he was going, what he was doing, or with who. Too many questions unanswered.”

“I’m the only person who has tried to protect Caylee throughout all of this, and it kills me!’

“I’ve officially lost my entire blood-related family in the blink of an eye, in the midst of mourning my daughter’s death, trying to exonerate myself, and figure out what steps to take in achieving these things, and I get f***ed over by my entire family.”

One of the best uses I can think of for Handwriting Analysis is hiring and selection! If you’re like me, you want to avoid problems with employees, tenants, baby sitters, even spouses. In this video segment I’ll show you how to find out if someone is right for the job with just a few simple questions.

Helping someone choose the right person can be a very lucrative career for any handwriting analyst…some experts charge anywhere from $100 to $500 dollars an hour consultation…but you have to be accurate and to do that you need to understand what what personality traits contribute to an employees success in the position they are applying for.

The best approach is to ask the employer, what personality traits do they want this person to have and what personality traits do they want to avoid in an employee.

What personality traits would you want for an accountant, a teacher, a salesman, a manager?
Watch this segment taken from the Handwriting Analysis Certification Course…where I role play the handwriting expert hired to consult with Curt Baggett as the hiring employer.

One of the most common reasons why people want to use handwriting analysis in their life, is they want to know how intelligent somebody is, how ethical they are and they want to know how compatible they would be in a romantic or business situation.

Here are some personality traits that you can know about a person by simply analyzing their handwriting.

A cumulative thinker is procedural and slow. They take their time. They analyze things and want all the facts before making a decision. Cumulative thinkers can be a very valuable and thorough asset. They have round m's and n's which form smooth letters. A comprehensive thinker has sharp, pointy m's and n's. They are fast thinkers and fast talkers. They don't always analyze things deeply or have an eye for detail. They will make a fast decision.
Today’s handwriting sample is feminine, attractive, and contains lots of loops and high-endings.

Answer these questions in writing and post them at the bottom of the article.

What is her biggest fear?

Is she well traveled?

Is she an intelligent woman?

Does she have social intelligence?

Is she a worrier?

Is her sex drive stronger than normal?

Is she adventurous?

What role did religion play in the formation of her character?

Do you think she’s successful?

3 Easy Ways to Say Any Negative Handwriting Trait

Do you like the movies? Who doesn’t…because we can relate to them.

In this video segment Bart Baggett shows you how to give a compelling and
more accurate verbal analysis by using the technique of painting pictures
with metaphors when you analyze someone’s handwriting!

It’s a great way to get your audience to visualize the trait in their own
mind, triggering a memory or feeling that they can readily relate too. This
will guarantee you greater success in getting a positive response confirming
your analysis is correct!

Watch this segment from the Handwriting Analysis Certification Course as
Bart breaks it down for you…and explains the process, step-by-step, so you
can begin painting pictures for a more exciting and successful verbal
analysis.

It happens all the time to celebrities both big and small. This letter was shown to me by a radio host from Louisiana. I've also seen a similar writing style from an equally persistent "fan" at the KOMP studios in Las Vegas.

Shyness: Trait of the Week

Written by Bart Baggett with Contributions by Guest Author and

Are you diplomatic, shy, self-conscious or just scared of people?

While studying for Handwriting Analysis Certification, I did a written analysis for a young woman at work. After reading it she declared, "This is so me, how can you come up with all this?"

I told her that I look for handwriting traits that are known to relate to particular personality characteristics. In learning these traits it helps to understand how the mind forms them and reveals them in our writing. An easily understood trait is the height of the t-bar and it's relation to self-esteem or self-confidence.

The height at which the t-bar crosses the t-stem is a measure of the degree of self esteem we have for ourselves. The higher the t-bar the more we like ourselves, and generally we will do better in life than someone with a low self-esteem. The lower the t-bar, the lower our self image and the more likely we will live with, and stay in, unhappy or unhealthy situations. The person with a low t-bar has a fear of change.

Why risk change if you think you can't do better? Okay, these traits are pretty clear, aren't they? The height of the t-bar correlates to the level of self-esteem.

Others are not so obvious. You'll find two traits shown in the m's and n's which may seem unrelated: remember, opposite strokes do not always mean opposite personality traits. (Low t-bars vs. high t-bars have opposite meanings in relation to self-esteem. However, the opposite strokes in the m- and n-humps do not have opposite meanings on first look.)

Self-Consciousness vs. Diplomacy.

Self-consciousness is indicated by humps that grow progressively bigger in a stair-step fashion as the letter is written toward the right. Diplomacy is written in lowering stair steps going to the right. How do these relate? Directionally speaking, we know that anything in handwriting that is going to the left is related to the self or to the past. Strokes going to the right represent the future or others.

Self-consciousness is a fear of ridicule by others

self-consciousness

Diplomacy is dealing with people so as not to offend them.

diplomacy

            self  <------------------->  others

As you look at these traits, realize that the self-conscious trait slopes down to the left. Diplomacy slopes down to the right. Diplomacy is the awareness of others. Self-consciousness is the OVER awareness of what others might be thinking. Thinking about these traits in this way allows you to understand that they carry essentially the same principle. The direction of the stroke, whether towards ourselves or toward others, is the difference.

Self-conscious people will frequently exhibit shyness in crowds, a reluctance to be in the spotlight, or fear of talking to strangers. Traits such as "pride" and "sensitivity to criticism" will increase the

trait of self-consciousness. It seems heavy doses of alcoholic beverages reduce self-consciousness. (ha.ha.)

Remember that seeing a stroke just once, doesn't make it 100% prevalent in the person's character.

That is why it is a good idea to get lots of writing, before being 100% conclusive.

Someone that has the ability to be diplomatic might never show it if they are impulsive,

sarcastic, angry at women (or men), and over sensitive. These "fears and defenses" overpower

the trait of diplomacy. Michael Jackson's handwriting shows severe fear of ridicule in the M

humps going uphill

interviewed. This guy, Matt, has the most unusual t-bars and y-loops I saw that day. You may recall that the t-bar indicates how high someone's goals tend to be. In Matt's case, the t-bar doesn't even touch the stem. It flies way above the letter t. This indicates a tendency to be a
"dreamer" and "oversell" his ideas.

As if Matt's goals are not in touch with reality. Luckily, Matt also has heavy handwriting (passion),

long t-bars (enthusiasm) and the double cross star stroke on the letter t (persistence)...these traits will

force him to achieve many of the goals other people consider unrealistic.

Also, notice the long lower loops in the y's and g's...this indicates strong physical energy as well as strong sex drive. I guess you could say this guy really believes he could get a date with

Pamela Anderson Lee! Ha. He has diplomacy and a huge sexual appetite.

http://www.myhandwriting.com/newsletters/matt.html

Matt is a sharp guy, quick minded, and underlines his name (self-reliance) and his entire writing tilts uphill...meaning he's optimistic. I would hire him or bet on him...even though he is a dreamer.

End of Story.

Q: What can be told from a person's signature?

A: The signature represents what a person wants the world to see or what he wants to be, an image that may or may not be the same as the inner self. Because a signature contains only a few letters, it does not provide enough information for the analyst to make a complete and accurate evaluation.

Q: My signature is illegible. What does that mean?

A: It means people have a hard time reading your name. Seriously, illegible handwriting can mean a number of things. In general, an illegible signature reveals a desire to be seen but not known, keeping things private. You may want to keep your true identity hidden. It could also mean you are in a hurry. People who continually sign their name all day long often do so in a hurry and, therefore, don't care what their signature looks like. Illegible handwriting in combination with other specific traits may indicate dishonesty, but there are a lot of variables.

Q: Why is my signature different than how I write everything else?

A: Because the signature is a badge to the world. It is a representation of what a person wants the world to see about himself. A signature that is different from the rest of his writing says he does not want to reveal everything about himself. There may be some aspect of his personality that he wants to hide, so he creates a new "person" by creating a signature with a different look.

Each card of the Graphodeck gives you the stroke, the corresponding personality trait and a description of the behavior and sometimes clues to a metaphor that pertains to different behaviors. It's a good idea to come up with several of your own metaphors for each of the basic strokes when discussing personality. It can help you to become a better handwriting analyst.

Have you RSVP'd for this years Handwriting Analysis Conference in Las Vegas?, if not, there is still time!
