Happy Monday ! Wow, I can’t believe it’s November already !

I know for me Holidays used to be the worst time weight wise. I could easily pack on 7-10 lbs between Thanksgiving and New years ! Now that is no longer a problem since finding Beach body.

As most of you know I used to be almost 300 lbs..I am happy to report that I have now lost 140+ lbs using beach-body and was so thrilled to tell the world just how I did it, I became an Independent Beach Body Coach. It’s been an amazing experience and what better incentive to work out and get paid for it as well ! I just love it and am so thankful to the entire Beach Body Family.

Where I’ve been and Where I’m headed ! Loving Beach Body !

Wow, it’s been awhile since I’ve been here. It was a crazy few months with all sorts of wonderful things happening, like our vacation to Cabo San Lucas. Had A Great time ! Can’t wait to go back.

The best part was going to Cabo and feeling awesome in my bathing suit ! Loved it ! I was 5 weeks into P90X when I left and Wow, I have to say, what a program !

Lot’s to Catch up on ! Lot’s of Weight Stories To Share !

Hi Everyone. Just flying by.. summer is finally coming to an end and I have been nothing short of BUSY. It’s been a crazy summer helping my parents move after being in the same house for 42 years, re uniting with my half brother who I found after 35 years, of all places on Face book and just alot of other crazy things ! Yesterday my son was lucky enough to meet a former 49er and do some Punt Kick Pass with him so I wanted to share that with all of you !

I also have some fantastic news and new updated pics of my weight loss over the summer which I’ll be posting later…

For now I wanted to tell you, I just ordered our pics from the Football Punt kick pass. The photographer uses a company called Smug Mug ! It’s great. Ease of ordering was awesome and I can’t wait to use this service for some Christmas gifts ! So here is a link if you are interested.. Easy to use and I have been looking for a great picture provider online for some time. I will be sure to let you know how the photos turn out…

New Week, New Day, Almost New Month. Time to shed the last 15

Ok it’s time to shed these last 15 lbs ! I really messed up on my ” recovery ” week of Insanity and ended up re-starting P90X…. for the next 90 days. Insanity is GREAT but it was just to much Cardio for me and I found myself having to do some double workout’s because I felt as though I was losing my muscle tone.

My friend told me about a great meal delivery service, although I love making my own meals, but I went ahead and placed and order. I have so many things going on right now, that not having to figure out when I am eating and what I am eating sounds like a good thing to do. I’ll let you all know how it is

Week 4 Begins !! And Just bought A New BodyBugg !

Ok I said I wasn’t going to do it.. But I did it..

I had to … the price was too good and the Newest version of the Bodybugg is supposed to be the best.. So I took the leap and bought it !!! Yikes !!!!

I can’t wait to get it now and it came with 6 months of free subscription ! So I’ll let everyone know as soon as I get it

As for me, it’s week 4 of Insanity by Shaun T / Beach Body.. LOVING IT.. I am honestly, having a Love Hate relationship with it and Shaun T right now ! But I’m pushing forward and having awesome results.

Be sure to check back near the end of this week as I will be posting my Day 30 photos ! The changes I am sure are going to blow me away on film !

Ok so we are at week 3, day 4 and here’s my take on Insanity.. It’s INSANE !!! But I have to say it’s really kicking my back side… I am down almost 10 lbs in 3 1/2 weeks ! Awesome !!!!!

Just a quick update.

I’ve been so busy with the farming, fruit trees, gardens, baby animals I havent had much time to get on here.. Well that’s about ready to change Get ready to watch me for the next 60 days !

I am starting my new program called insanity and I this is going to be one wild ride !!!!
