Wowsers! As a tiffin enthusiast, I really admire such beauty and the history behind such a piece. But the sheet metal worker in me is smitten by the craftmanship. In the last 17 years I have come to really love the beauty of copper (and all metals) more than I would have if I had never gotten into the trade. It is not hard for me to envision what it takes to make an item like your copper tiffin. Thanks for sharing, Andrea =)

Thanks, that wasvery interesting. Actually,I was born in Thailand in the 1970s but my parents fled and came here in Britain. Truthfully, I didnt care much about my Thai heritage until my mother died recently, now I've been trying to find out as much as I can. Seemed like food was as good a place as any to start from! Anyway, I found a lot of thai food recipes here that your readers might be interested in too.

Thanks Elise - the bags are wonderful, even without using a tiffin inside them. The dimensions are 6.5"W x 6.5"L x 7.5"H. The one above in the photos is a taller version i had specially made for a 4 tier tiffin. Hope to have these available soon as well.
Thanks!

Hello, i think this is as good of a place as any to post and let you know. I went to subscribe to your RSS feed, and when i clicked it i got an error that said "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING" followed by other gibberish that scrolled off the screen. I had to force the page to stop loading because it locked up my browser. Cheers.
