Boulder County, CO energy efficiency loan program delivers strong results. Earlier this year, HB&C worked with Boulder County, Colorado to structure an innovative residential and commercial lending program for energy efficiency and solar energy projects in Boulder and Denver Counties. The program leverages $35 million in funding to offer low-interest financing and has already funded $723,960 in commercial and residential loans.
