Yeah, hell yeah! It can sure looks so. Interview done by thearnoldfans.com it seems that George Butler who made link here: Pumping Iron and Pumping iron 2 are up for a third one. Arnold Schwarzenegger own the rights for the Pumping Iron name so he has to call it something else. It will be a third documentary movie in the serie about the golden days of bodybuilding and around Arnold Schwarzenegger`s life. This time it will be a lot of published clips and pics not seen before from Arnolds home town Graz with his friends and many others as George Butler says; "I've got somewhere between six and seven thousand photos of Arnold that I took between 1972 and 1985 or so".

Pumping Iron was the movie that started Arnold Schwarzenegger career and fame after that he went into show business and well rest is history. Now at age 64 he is again returning to the big screen, yes he is back with Expendables 2, Last Stand and maybe up comming Terminator 5! Maybe King Conan too? Well we can hope.

The first one of the series was a good docu-drama too where you had some great characters but also show us how bodybuilding was back then and what a camaradie and fun they had. I highly recommend it to see that movie.
George Butler has stated on when to make the third one;" Yes, maybe the next couple of years". I really hope it will be a reality and for us bodybuilding fans it will be sure a great movie. Thank you George Butler!
Among those was Brandon Curry. Link with more pics of him here: Brandon Curry small waist and flaring lats who placed 8 and with his tiny small waist and flaring lats he is sure a fresh air on the stage. Even he has gained a lot since his debute he still remains his style and flow in his body.
Sure it`s no doubt(unfortunately!) that it is more then just protein powder to get to the top of it.
I hope in the future pro-bodybuilding can turn to a more appealing stage then just mass. Brandon Curry can be one of them. But one thing is sure; they pursue their dreams and big credit for that.
Here is some pics old and new of the newcomer Brandon Curry who placed 8 at Mr.Olympia
2011 who was held in Las Vegas, Nevada. The link with the whole list is here: Mr.Olympia 2011 list and results! It shows us even in 2011 tiny, small waist and flaring lats can
have its place and it is sure a fresh air among the others and maybe in
the future we can see more of pro-bodybuilders like him. He remains me
of the mid and late 80`s when Lee Haney was at the top. Of course it's more appealing to the peoples and fans when you can have your waist small and huge batlike lats like in the old golden days of bodybuilding.

A big strong back with flaring lats has always been a trademark among pro-bodybuilders from the past and with that x-shape makes it look like a super comic hero. A good shaped back is also important for a good and strong shaped chest.

Brandon Curry was born in October 19, 1982 and raised in Nashville, Tennessee and his debute as IFBB professional bodybuilder was in 2010. Brandon Curry won his first bodybuilding competition, the 2003 Supernatural Bodybuilding On & June 17, 2006. At the NPC Junior National Championships he came in second in the light-heavyweight division at 189 pounds. He is five, foot seven tall.

He seems very charismatic, cool earth grounded guy and have a great personality that will make him have a bright future in pro-bodybuilding. I hope he can remain his small waist and not go into the mass hysteria alone.
Study after study shows its no any doubt longer and for us who has the winter months comming then it`s one of the best investments and food supplements you can buy.

From ScienceDaily published Feb. 28, 2011 "We found that daily intakes of vitamin D by adults in the range of
4000-8000 IU are needed to maintain blood levels of vitamin D
metabolites in the range needed to reduce by about half the risk of
several diseases -- breast cancer, colon cancer, multiple sclerosis, and
type 1 diabetes," said Cedric Garland, DrPH, professor of family and
preventive medicine at UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center. "I was
surprised to find that the intakes required to maintain vitamin D status
for disease prevention were so high -- much higher than the minimal
intake of vitamin D of 400 IU/day that was needed to defeat rickets in
the 20th century." The full story here: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2011/02/110222140546.htm

Even you eat lots of fish/sea products it can be smart thing to intake some extra doses of vitamin D3. As the ScienceDaily published the minimal
intake that is recomended is not enough spesial in those winter months. Another thing is to take it every day. One of the thing I have experience is sharper memory and less frustrations and for bodybuilding and fitness it is essential too and try to get out into the sun when you can but within a healthy range.
Hi!

I am back again on my blog to give you updates about my progress so far and things around that happends in the world of bodybuilding and fitness. I would also again say thank you for subscribing on my youtube channel, link here: tigerspiders. It has been now 3-4 years since my first video was out there and I have said it before and say it again it is one of my best, maybe the best investment I have ever done in my life. Look back at it as a diary is a cool thing too and important.
As you can see at the picture below it has been some progress replacing fat into muscles and getting in shape. And you know what I realy like about now it`s the hole package that begins to come with it. It means when you have the body frame on your body and every part of it begins to flow. Thats one of the most important things in bodybuilding and it`s no good to have 20" inch arms when the rest of it do not flow and follow.

So the mean keys to bodybuilding and from the golden days point of view is that get your all muscles parts up and then no one will even care about if you have 17, 18 or 20 inch it`s the whole package that counts. But today lucky fully we can see some new forces even in pro-bodybuilding that remains us what bodybuilding still is about that the concept of more mass and more mass is not good or cool anymore.
See a 350-400 pounds pro-bodybuilder having a bloated huge abs on the stage is maybe cool or "wow" for some seconds but realy it`s not and the money is not there either. It`s just send out a signals too that is not appealing at all.

The use of steroids/ghg and other drugs have been so high that even a hardcore fans turns their heads now it has gone too far!

I have never regret in my life to say no thanks to steroids and other drugs or a cabbinet of huge amounts of food supplements. Its has no use and just a waste of your money to spend on it only for the reason maybe it works or it has a cool printed label on it. Stick with a few but realy good things that will improve your life and results
One of my personals things I can tell you on my daily baised lifestyle now is decreased deppresions and it is more easy to fight it off even the dark months of winter can be hard to handle its gives you more stamina and eager to resist it. It has helped me a lot when it comes to have a good night sleep too. So get up and begin your training and please do not think I have to train hardcore bodybuilding/fitness to get in shape or have a better life.
No, find something you realy want to do and do it! Find out some few good food supplements too that works for you and one of them are of course vitamin D3 specially now when we go into a more darker times of the year.

For the guys out there when it comes to use of steroids and etc you have to dedice if you realy want to go that road but why use it and why put your risk in it specially when you are young and strong full of natural hormones that jump sky high in your body so take a advantage of that. I have even heard about some young guys who takes steroids, etc and viagra and all sort of things! What??? Either they must be sick or I dont dont why but you dont need that, realy do you?

The risk of it can be a bad circle that can be hard to get out of wish the pharmacist/company can make more money of it. Is it worth it?

You have to ask yourself why is the meaning of my goals? Why do I train?

Here is some pictures of me recently:
Today the weight was 207 pound. Around 18 inch biceps and 51-52 inch chest. Was training both chest with dumbells and back movements like chins. Using 5-8 sets of chins and consentrate on the negative part. I can not say how much I love chins and it is very useful to me.

Back pose. The shoulder begins to realy come out now.

Here is me and Danny Padilla who was known as the Dragon Slayer and he was awesome 19 inch biceps and was from the golden days of bodybuilding. As you see I have to work more on my biceps and well everything else but it is not a miles away anymore.
If he can, I can!

Modern western bodybuilding has it off-spring between 1880-1933(Yearly years) even bodybuilding did not really exist prior to the late 19th century.
Names like Eugen Sandow who the statue of Mr.Olympia is based on is maybe one of the first who was promoting this new weird thing. Back then it was clearly that strong and musclar men was shaped more like barrels.

16 January 1904, the first large-scale bodybuilding competition in
America was held in Madison Square Garden and the winner of that show and took the title "The Most Perfectly Developed Man in the World" was Al Treloar. He won 1000 dollar in chash, a substantial sum at that time.

In the 1930`s Earle Liederman, Emy Nkemena, George F. Jowett, Finn Hateral (a pioneer in the art of
posing), Monte Saldo, Launceston Elliot, Sig Klein, Sgt. Alfred Moss,
Joe Nordquist, Lionel Strongfort (Strongfortism), Gustav Fristensky (the
Czech champion), Georg Hackenschmidt and others was also early pioneers. Peoples was still taking bodybuilders for wierdness and could not see the art or the performance with it.

But that was going to change a bit when in the 50`s and 60`s names like Steve Reeves and Reg Park was taking the art of bodybuilding to the screen portraying their roles as Hercules. Peoples begin to see what bodybuilding was and with that some of the bad myths was busted. Huge amounts of fans begins to seek answers to how bodybuilders are living and how body art and performance art could be a healthy thing even promoters was looking down on it, it was not a real sport.

1970 Arnold Swarzenegger won his first Mr.Olympia and with the following docu-drama movie Pumping Iron it went boom. I know steroids was in use by some of the athletes but bodybuilding is and always going to be a specific training method formed in those early years. Drugs can have a role beside it like it can be in every sports today there for those illegal supplements are something you can make a glass of water unclean.

Natural bodybuilding is a healthy art of change and movements. Today we know so much more about drugs and the bad effects it can have on athletes and also it is unfare to use it when competing in most sports. IOC has condemed all use of those drugs performance supplements.

Natural bodybuilding has many healthy benefits that can change your life to the better. It should not be your whole life of course but a part of it like your left arm or the right one. You can easy survive without one of those arms but you are and going to be handicapped. Natural bodybuilding can also add functional strengtht to your life.

Males was more musclar before even we live longer today prior to the knowledge of hygiene and nutritions. If you take a time scale and drew a line from the beginning of what we call a civilizations world around 6000 years ago then you will have a very strict line where the body functions was in full use but around from the 1900`s and up we see a change and from the 50`s we see a more drastic change and so the fact that we are born with a strong willed mind and the impact a healthy lifestyle can have on it has no any doubt.

Your skin and vitality will improve a lot, your blood circulations and stamina will also get a great improvment.
And like it was back then bodybuilding was not about be the biggest block around but how great you could be. Remember a 18 inch arms can be more impressive then a 20 inch one.

Not for so long time ago the word mental illness was a shameful and a bad word and those of who was diagnose with it was usually either mad, stupid or with a intolerance behavior and then treathen with a disrespect and a shameful view about it.

Fortantly we knew better today.
Deppresions are maybe one of the most common mental illness we have to face today and can come in many shapes and forms.

Well knowns celebrities like Stephen Fry and many others has come forward and told about their fights against it and busted some of the bad myths around it. I was diagnose with a form of bipolar disorder and in many years I was going around and not knew what was going on. But after years of strength, cardio training I can assure you it is one of the best investment I have ever done in my life.

Deppresions is usually understood with low spirit and a sadness and radical behavior there for improvement of self confidence and self esteem can realy increase with proper strength training and cardiovascular movements. My first training year was a tough one with up and downs but I was lucky to have a training partner and if you feel it can be a scary thing to take your first step, then try to find a good training partner/friend or a trusty personal trainer.
I was also dreaming of become a super hero like Batman or The Fanthom in my early years and was then associated with the pain and lost they have to suffer, but after years of proper training they was beliving your faith can sure move a mountain.

Another thing is when you begin your training take a moment after the workout to tell your self what a great workout you have done and this is going to work no matters of what.
Positve moods, self-esteem and restful sleeping and healthy nutritions is some of the benefits of what you can feel in the beginning of your workouts.

From Greg Whyte "feel good state." Physiological factors include the release of
chemicals (called endorphins), that lead to a feeling of improved
well-being. The release of these naturally occurring opiate-like
substances results in what we commonly call "runner’s high." Other
chemicals, including dopamine and serotonin, which are involved in nerve
transport in the brain, are released in greater quantities during
exercise and this causes the "buzz" we often experience afterward. It
has been suggested that simply increasing body temperature through
exercise reduces anxiety, in a similar way as taking a hot bath or a
sauna does. In psychological terms, it may be that exercise simply
distracts you from the stresses of daily life that create anxiety.
Relaxation can have a similar effect, although the impact of exercise
lasts longer than relaxation alone. Another psychological factor that
improves mental health is the concept of "mastery."

Mental Health Benefits of Physical Activity

Reduced anxiety

Best results with “aerobic exercise”

Best after weeks of regular exercise

Best benefits to those who are low fit
to begin with

Best benefits for those high in anxiety
to begin with

Reduced depression

Best after weeks of regular exercise

Best when done several times a week

Best with more vigorous exercise

Best for those who are more depressed
(needs more research)

It is hard to see today why Frank Zane won the biggest achivement any bodybuilder can get Mr.Olympia, in days where the word is mass, mass and more mass.
But he is regarded by the most people one of the most perfect bodybuilder ever hit on the stage. His symetrical and stage presence is mind blowing and those pics speak for them self.

Even he is a lot smaller then todays massive builders he is quite build:
50 inch chest and 18 inch arms and he was on his peak up to 195 pound in compete mode and up to 205 pound off sesion. I dont know if he was on steroids but for me he seems to have a very healthy and natural presence(big but not massive).
He was known for his many reps per sets but some said he was into some low reps to and was lifting up to 400-450 pound in benchpress. And maybe today`s girls are scared and think its a turn-off when they see a bodybuilder I dont think he got any problem in that eara. The golden days of bodybuilding was gold and maybe, maybe in the future we can see more peoples like Frank Zane and many of the others.

Getting
results from training takes time, especially for those of us who train
naturally without the aid of synthetic pharmaceutical substances.
Getting results is a matter of patience and doing the right things at
the right time, day after day, year after year until we get to where we
want to be. Sometimes, we'll make an overnight leap of strength and lift
significantly more than we did at our last visit to the gym, but that
is a rarity and something that mostly happens when we're fairly new to
all this lifting business. Most of the time, results come slowly.

For that reason, bodybuilders are always on the lookout for
something that can help speed things up a little, something that helps
us get stronger and put on more mass in a shorter time. Through my own
testing over the years as well as research and discussions with fellow
natural bodybuilders, I've found that there are some supplements that
can really help you get results faster. While a lot of what goes on in
the supplement industry is just hype or even downright lies, there are
products that can really help. Like these ones:

1. Creatine. Creatine is one of the most popular bodybuilding
supplements ever, simply because it works. Study after study have
confirmed creatine's beneficial effects on muscle growth, and through
more research we are learning that this nutrient works its wonder in
more ways than we could even know; for instance, new research shows that
creatine might even reduce myostatin, which is very, very interesting
news indeed.

2. HMB. HMB (β-hydroxy β-methylbutyrate) became quite popular in the
nineties after some research showed that it functioned as a muscle
breakdown inhibitor and gave athletes better strength and size results,
but then its use kind of died out a little. It has definitely made a
comeback now, though, as more and more people are using it and finding
it helpful in the real world. One day we might see HMB use rival that of
creatine, who knows? One HMB supplement that also gives you both
creatine and the popular glutamine is EAS' Betagen . Betagen has a solid
history and a great taste and is definitely worth trying out if you want
the combined effects of glutamine, HMB and creatine.

3. Whey Protein. Whey protein is the cornerstone of bodybuilding
supplementation. You'll be hard pressed to find many bodybuilders who
aren't using it, and for good reason. Whey protein has a high biological
value and is a faster acting protein than most of what we get from
food, and that is probably part of the reason why it seems to work so
well, especially right after a workout. If you find that you don't like
the taste of protein drinks much or find that you tire easily from them
and therefore don't use them as much as you should, try something like
Scitec Nutrition's Protein Delite – which gets extremely good reviews
for the taste. It contains pieces of real berries, and can be a real
treat when mixed with milk.

4. Branched Chain Amino Acids. While whey protein contains branched chain
amino acids, many bodybuilders find that taking extra BCAA tables
before and during training (and sometimes along with a post workout
drink) give them better results - and there's research to back that up.
Branched Chain Amino Acids also has a very long and solid history among
bodybuilders, something which talks for their efficacy.

5. Coconut oil. Coconut oil is great, and could really help you reach
your fat loss goals, as funny as that sounds. Coconut also has a range
of health benefits and have been used in traditional medicine in a bunch
of different tropical countries around the world. If it could be
patented and given a fancy name, we'd no doubt hear a lot more about it.
As it is, though, it's something that can be very good for a number of
things, and something you should probably eat whethe you're a
bodybuilder or just someone who cares about their health.

Try one or all of these supplements and see how they work for
you – they've worked for others!

not expensive. Stir in water and you're done!

Recommended."

" This is the best tasting protein powder I've ever found. But, what I
like best about it is that it mixes well. In cases where I dont have a
power mixer or blender I can stir it with a spoon and it isnt hard to
swallow like most other proteins are."
For over 10 years ago I was going thrue heavy depressions and was a very unsecure young man with no goals at all meeting the wall all the time.

I was as a young boy interesting in muscles and super hereos especially hereos like Batman,Tarzan and The Fanthom since they dident got any super power. They just was super strong in their mind and body. It took my several years before I could begin my traning and it was not easy but soon when I was watching myself in the mirror I felt something a pride, joy, and a meaning of it.

Remember one funny thing to. It was my first training year and at that day one of the Norwegian`s best boxers, Ole Klemetsen was there to with his film crew. I was in the background trying not to be seen. He was working on his abs but when I saw him traning I was trying to. Harder he was traning, harder I was trying to. It was a great moment.

Now am very greatful to what bodybuilding/fitness has done to me. Arnold Schwarzenegger was another factor to me. He is just awesome, a great motivator to never give up. Remember watching him in his action movies in the 80`s and of course Pumping Iron by the way the best film ever by The Oak!

I did many things wrong back then, traning to much or wrong movements but I soon learn the game and from then I was hooked on it. What should be the driving force? Desire and passion. I Remember when everybody was saying...Ron you become a bodybuilder?...yeah right...you have no body to work on. But that hunger and passion was even there just whating to release.

They look like comic-hereos and the first bodybuilder I saw was Tom Platz with his amazing legs. I dident now anything about sets, reps, protein or their traning habbits. I was just looking at those pics and thinking this kicks ass, taking names and save all the the pretty girls from the bad guys. Later I saw Arnold Schwarzenegger and was stunned by his proportions, symmetry and karsima that guy has.

For me and I think many others to is Pumping Iron the best documentary ever about this wierd sport called bodybuilding and it sure was back then. People in the 70`s and those who was promoting sports was thinking bodybuilding was a very weird thing to do and bodybuilders was not very bright to...ehhh right? We can laugh about this now but this was the general feelings among promotors, investors and critics back then. Great athletes with great personality like Franco Columbo, Mike Katz, Lou Ferrigno, Ken Waller, Ed Corney and Arnold him self makes this a pleasure to watch.

But a movie just with sets, reps, training and eating would be boring after a while so this is what George Butler was doing, making this as a docu-drama where mostly is real but some are improvised and scripted.

After Pumping Iron was released it went boom! People was signing to the gym and hitting the weights everywhere.

This spesial collection gives you a behind the scenes with takes and interviews that you will not find in the movie and Arnold himself talk about it. Great humor, actions, and a very great look back of why bodybuilding and fitness today is one of the popular sports ever.

The most common types and causes of joint pain can be:

Arthritis&lt;a style="clear: right; margin-bottom: 1em; float: right; margin-left: 1em;" href="http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000GFHPNE?tag=hardcorebod0d-20&amp;amp;camp=213761&amp;amp;creative=393545&amp;amp;linkCode=bpl&amp;amp;creativeASIN=B000GFHPNE&amp;amp;adid=0H1BZAES3P1T591S5E45&amp;amp;" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img style="" src="http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41BZ4XQSF4L._SL110_.jpg"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;:
"The two most common are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Of the two, osteoarthritis is by far the most common to bodybuilders and other athletes. Caused by wear and tear on the joints, osteoarthritis is characterized by a deterioration of the cartilage at the ends of the bones."

Bursitis:
"In our joints there are small fluid filled sacks called bursae. The bursae's job is to assist in the muscle/joints movement by cushioning the joints and bones against friction. If these sacks become inflamed and/or injured due to various causes. The most common is shoulder or elbow (A.K.A tennis elbow). It hurts like hell and can ruin a workout quickly if left untreated."

Tendonitis:
"Tendonitis is probably the most common cause of pain to bodybuilders and other athletes and is (luckily) the easiest to treat. However, if left untreated and the person just "works through the pain," it can become a real problem that will put a quick end to your gains in muscle."

I sure have my turn of shoulder injury, my right shoulder and forearm. But if you eat healthy and take some precaution you can still hit your weights hard. Right natural food supplements can speed up the healing prosess and prevent any further injuries with right training. This product can do that and take a look at the reviews it got then you understand it can be very handy for you and dont forget to eat lots of good fats to your meals to.
And again it contains no transfat at all but what this protein bars has is plenty of great taste. Here are also a review:

"Plain and simple, these Builder's Bars are one of the best tasting protein bars you can get. They are crispy and chewy at the same time and they aren't super sweet like a candy bar. And at 2.4 ounces a piece they are large enough and filling enough to be a meal replacement.
And the one thing that I really like is that when I read the ingredients, I actually know what the stuff is! Nothing weird or unnatural, just real ingredients!"

It is plenty of reviews of what a great taste this product has, some says it`s like a very good candy. It is containing soy an nut insteed of whey protein but for a taste like that it sure has a good bite to it.
And they have improved a lot in taste and pure quality . I have tasted some different protein bars in my life and my flavor is chocolate and peanut butter since I like peanuts.

This protein bars is very tasteful and I dig it with it`s 32 grams of protein , 310 calories and only 90 from fat. It contains no transfat and total carbohydrate is 24 grams per protein bar. Provides over 15 essential nutrients and helps you deal with the hunger pangs that may occur while following a low-carb diet of course.
Here are also some customer reviews who wrote about this product:

"Most of the protein comes from whey, it is high in vitamins and minerals, and it tastes great for only 300 calories. Highly recommended."

"This tastes absolutely delicious and makes a great meal replacement. Perfect for travelling and avoiding fast food temptations."

"This is a good protein bar for the price. You can also get them real cheap at Publix, thought the protein grams arew fewer. These go great with milk"

So if you have busy schedule and as a atlethe you know its important you got your nutrients, then this protein bars is very handy indeed. Whey protein is helpful as study knows what healthy benefits whey have on your healthy lifestyle.
The Ancient proverbs from the Italian city of Florence that say "If you want to live a healthy and active life, eat whey," and, "If everyone were raised on whey, doctors would be bankrupt." Can be very true. Researching using whey protein concentrate in protein bars and protein drinks led them to an amazing discovery regarding the relationship between cancerous cells, glutathione (GSH) and whey protein concentrate.

First I will write a little about this natural three big ones, a three stack of food supplements I use every day. Its mineral magnesium, lemon-jucie and cinnamon. Study after study show us that certain natural supplements can realy speed your traning and your health to a new level.

Magnesium is call the anti-stress mineral and it is, and for us iron lover I will say you have no any reason not to take it.

http://www.mgwater.com/conseq.shtml

"Magnesium Deficiencies
In normal adults, a magnesium deficiency results in reduced cardiovascular function, including electrocardiographic abnormalities, impaired carbohydrate metabolism, with insulin resistance and decreased insulin secretion and high blood pressure"

Lemon jucie is the second one I use and it is has a important side I want and that is flavonoids.

"Eating foods containing flavonoids -- (lemon jucie, in this case) -- along with a high-fat, high-carbohydrate fast-food meal neutralizes the oxidative and inflammatory stress generated by the unhealthy food and helps prevent blood vessel damage, a new study by University at Buffalo endocrinologists shows."

http://www.healthytheory.com/orange-juice-may-help-reduce-the-effects-of-other-unhealthy-foods

So I like some fried food dishes(fish and some meat) or if I eat some junk-food outside then I have a little bottle with lemon-jucie with me.

Cinnamon is the third one I use and it has many good reasons to it.

http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=68

So there you have it. The 3 big one I use everyday.

It`s not easy of course but can be done and i can tell you it`s worth all the time and money do do it.

Have been trying out some new ways to train smarter and harder and that is something I love in bodybuilding you never stand by you moving foreward all the time. Now is more reps and cardivascular training then before but trow in some real heavy movements like deadlifts. Oh man that exercise is worth like gold I can tell you that and break a new record...7 reps on 400 pound I was in heaven that day...Heh heh. And deadlifts also stimulate the natural hormones level in your body like no one exercise else. And you gain a lot faster and getting stronger with just this exersice alone. Try it out and you will never regret it.

My mission with this blog was to inspired other to belive you can realy gain and getting in shape without steroid and to open new doors in your life like it has in my life.

Want to say thanks for the all the clicks on this site I got so far. Deficiency of vitamin D may be to blame for 600,000 cancer cases each year and increasing amount of vitamin D in your daily life can be very preventive. Archives of Internal Medicine did a research with 57,113 peoples in 18 separate trials which they took vitamin D supplement. They received varying doses with an average 528 International Units and the researchers found that vitamin D supplementation reduced the relative risk of death by 7% compared with the control group.

The International Agency for Research on Cancer at Lyon and the European Institute of Oncology in Milan reported:"The intake of ordinary doses of vitamin D supplements seems to be associated with decreases in total mortality rates. Interventions effectively strengthening vitamin D status should result in reduced total mortality."

Vitamin D:

Vitamin D is naturally produced by the skin in response to sunlight.

Vitamin D is also found in the diet in oily fish, such as salmon and tuna, and in milk.

Vitamin D is essential to bone health by maintaining levels of calcium.

Many of the past understood that and they were pretty amazing what they could do with their huge bodies.

One of my interesting is martial arts and I like to take some of their elements in my workout. Did you know Bruce Lee was a very fan of bodybuilding and he got a huge collection of magazine and books? He love bodybuilding and was one period of his life bulking up but he felt he was a little too heavy to do his routine but to a certain point you can add some of it and I like to say bodybuilding can be a way to harmonize the body and with martial arts techniques you can improve your workouts. One of the important things in martial arts is master your strength/flexibility. Below are some useful things.

Hanging Reverse Crunches.
Very good exerseice for your center of your core.
Try to hold it for some time when you raise your legs up.A good way to improve your strenght and flexebilety.

Another variant. The Ancient proverbs from the Italian city of Florence that say "If you want to live a healthy and active life, drink whey," and, "If everyone were raised on whey, doctors would be bankrupt." Can be very true.

Researching using whey protein concentrate led them to an amazing discovery regarding the relationship between cancerous cells, glutathione (GSH) and whey protein concentrate.
They found out that whey protein concentrate selectively depletes cancer cells off their glutathione. Another known factor using casein (another milk-based protein) in your diet can raise the cholesterol in humans and animals but whey protein has the opposite effect.
I like to use both of them based on that casein protein is slow-acting which means that saturate and feed repairing muscles full of amino acids while you are sleeping at night.

Using Whey protein supplement can be a very smart choice and I will stick to it the rest of my life.

After you grow and and step up further you will manage to get more of your workouts. Here are some tips of what I find out which can be useful.

1. Always warm and stretch out before you begin your workouts.
2. When you try new exercises always start with light weights to prevent injuries.
3. Focus on each exercise you do. Immediately you step in to your gym never let your thoughts go anywhere else.
4. Be passionate and always have that image in your head of what you will become.

Ok, I will now go into some of my favorite chest exercises whish can be useful.

Warm up the upper body and with that I mean your chest, back and your triceps.
When you are lifting with dumbbells or barbell it’s crucial to lift correctly over the time and in my yearly years I did some wrong things but practice works so never give up.

One of the things I did wrong when I did my rep was lifting with my arms mostly to get the weight down and up and this can be a common mistake.
Say you do your Bench-press or train with dumbbells flat, incline or decline and you go for your first rep in your set then use your lats in your upper back to get your shoulder blades together when you are moving the weight down to your chest. When your shoulder blades are together then your chest will rise up a little and your shoulders will be downwards. Lift the weights up using your chest.
Do 15-20 rep with light weight and you will feel the pump in your chest and get that pump is extremely important. No pump...no reason to grow.

My next favorite exerseice is Bent-arm flyes. It’s a fantastic exercise which can help increase your chest measurement considerably and it attacks your outer chest.
Never allow the position of the dumbbells to change while many people turn the dumbbells and that’s wrong keep them parallel at all the times. Have your palms facing each other and the arms slightly bend while you are doing this exercise. Then again use your lats to get the shoulder blades together to raise the chest up throughout the exercise. Have a groove into your flying motions and think you are trying to huge a three.

Another good exercise is Pullover and many people will say this can expand your ribcage and also a good exercise for stretching out your chest.
Lie across the bench and grasp the dumbbell with both hands and hold it straight up over your chest, with both palms pressing against the underside of the top plate and only the upper back ought to be in contact with the bench. Keeping your arms straight lower the weight slowly down in an arc behind your head, feeling the chest and rib cage stretch and try to drop the hips toward the floor at the same time to increase the stretch. Raise it back to the starting point but don’t let your hips come back up as you lift the weight up. Some of the thing I found out is when you are young you have a large amount of natural hormones in your system and most of the guys who are taking steroids are in that category. You have almost too much of it in your body and its free...yes free!
Its was not easy of course in the beginning when almost everybody was using it but I was persistent in my thinking process so you see already now I can tell you why you don’t need any steroid at all to build huge muscles. I was also afraid of what steroids can do to me and this is not a joke to fool around with.

Building muscles is a normal function like gaining fat on your body. When you are working out the mind immediately begin programming a defend program to resist the next attack and that why you are growing when you rest and are eating well. It’s a defend mechanism to make us stronger and bigger and that was a good thing to have when we for thousands of years ago was haunting or running from dangerous. Today we don’t have that challenge over us and maybe that is one of the reason so many of us believe you cannot do it but you can.

Here is some list of what are useful:

1. See yourself in the future of an image of what you will be. Be honest and ask yourself why I am doing this. Have that image of yourself in your head off all the time.

2. A journey always begins with a small step so write on a paper of what I have to do to begin my journey. Go back every week or so to see if I can improve or change something.

3. Never say to yourself... I cannot do it or I will to it tomorrow.
DO IT NOW... TODAY!
Because you will fool you around and you will never achieve anything with that thinking
process.

4. Seek knowledge and read as much of you can about how things work.

So you see those few routine can help you with your journey to build huge muscles.
My next post will be about my some of my training technique step by step and why it works.
