Most people get trapped into the lie that you need to spend hundreds of dollars every single month just on supplements to see results&#8230;.</p>

<p>You <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>DO NOT</strong></span> need to spend tons of money on supplements just to see minimal results.  The reason supplement companies charge so much is because as long as they can trick into thinking that they offer the &#8220;magic pill&#8221; or the &#8220;special powder&#8221; that will instantly grow your muscles without effort they know that they can get A LOT of money out of you.</p>
<p>Now don&#8217;t get me wrong..some supplements are wonderful and its actually best if you have them but I do not recommend anything that comes inside a super colorful jar or bottle or packaging because that is most likely useless.  The various supplements that you see here in the picture (above) are made up of base supplements that the companies mix together to form a compound.  I have learned over this past year that a combination of certain &#8220;base&#8221; supplements works GREAT for muscle building..especially if your a hardgainer.</p>

<p>Hey everybody so this week was my first week of Upside Down Training phase which will last 4 weeks.  This phase is made to get me warmed up for 29 week program I am about to embark on.  It will be intense, it will be hard, and I might even have the urge to quit sometimes but I WILL keep going!!  I promise that I WILL NOT quit because I am more determined than ever&#8230;</p>
<p>So it&#8217;s a Thursday night for me right now and I didn&#8217;t feel like doing my homework just yet so I decided to make a quick blog post <img src='http://nongenetic.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>I started working out on Sunday went again on Monday, again on Wednesday, and I&#8217;m going tomorrow (Friday) afternoon&#8230;I haven&#8217;t been working out for awhile so this week has made me super sore!!!</p>
<p>But&#8230;</p>
<p>It is ok because I know that I am improving&#8230;.</p>
<p>I have a few before and after pictures already from some of you guys that have sent them to me but I&#8217;m not going to put them up until I receive a few more so that I can dedicate a day to posting all of them up&#8230;</p>
<p>so you feel free to send me your before pictures and after pictures and even if you only have a before then send your before and let me know what your goals are and I can write up a quick blog post and then people can get to know you and when you get your after you can send that in also! <img src='http://nongenetic.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>I really want you guys to start a transformation alongside me that way we can keep each other in &#8220;check&#8221; if you know what I mean.</p>

<p>This is Eddys Velasquez and I made this progress page because I will be keeping you posted on my progress throughout my second transformation!  The reason I am doing a second transformation is because during this past summer I wasn&#8217;t able to workout due to vacations and my mission trip to Ecuador which super fun!  I have pictures of the mission trip on my <a href="http://www.facebook.com/whoiseddys" target="_blank">facebook</a> page.   Well because of the time off of working out my muscle weight decreased and I want to gain it all back and MORE!</p>
<p>Currently I am taking a week to read through the whole NoNonsense Muscle Buiding program and I will start the workouts here very soon.  I will post my weekly progress and workout experiences and special shakes and interesting events that happen to me along my bodybuilding journey.</p>
<p>If you are using the program Hardgainer Prorject X, NoNonsense Muscle Building, or any other program, feel free to send me your transformation stats and/or pictures so that I can post it here on the NonGenetic.com as well.  I want this website to be a community of hardgainer bodybuilders who all learn from each other and each other&#8217;s experiences.</p>

<p>With your “fast metabolism”, you need to do everything you can to try and slow it down as MUCH as possible.  So that is why scheduling your workout in the evening is so important.</p>
