Many people are suffering with headache, stress, body pains, irritation, eye strain etc while using the Computer continuously, some safety precautions i share here below to avoid some problems.
your brain works more than other times while using computer

Don't sit continuously in-front of PC, take a break between every 30 mins and do eye exercise, i also mention methods of eye exercise end of the post.
Don't work in Dark room, must put on a light
Don't bee closer to the Display keep some distance
Reduce Brightness for medium as your comfort
Use anti-glare lens for safety if you have

Eye exercise

Blink your eyes every 4 or 5 seconds as i heard from Doctor, its an easy thing but while we sit in-front of PC we can't remember so, be make a habit of it.
Rub your palms together some time and close your eyes and keep your center part of the palms on the eyes, the light heat of your palm get some relief and relax for some time
Roll your eyes every 1/2hr, close your eyes and take a free breath and rotate your eyes round it fells good.
Turn eyes left and right till end & open eyes and focus on something near with in 10 meters from you.

Many of the Service Engineers now a days are frauding the Customers, even i too got fraud some times, but to reach the good name from the Customers you need to maintain some good qualities that i mention below.

When Customer comes to us give him a seat and ask respectly what is the problem

Explain how much time you need and what you have to do
Tell how much time you take to Return the Computer for your Customer
at last tell him the service fee that must be reasonable.

Hello i am sharing my idea to stop getting fraud.
Dear friends now a days many service men cheating customers when they giving their computer to repair, here i say something that you giving before just note some details of your computer.

2 methods

Physical method
dxdiag method (Recommended)

Physical Method (must do this)

Remove your cabinet first and note the things you have in you cabinet.
take a marker pen
take off RAM memory and mark it with marker and notedown details of RAM
take off processor fan and mark on processor & note which processor is it
Sign on where you look free space in your motherboard and notedown details of motherboard
Write down the Unique numbers above the Hard Disk Drive & DVD/CD Drive & also Sign above that
Close the Cabinet and give it to service
down this post to see Motherboard image and parts

DXDIAG mothod (in case if your system is not getting on leave this method)

Take a Pendrive or if u not have just note it in a book or paper.
go to RUN (WINDOWS + R in keyboard)
type Command "DXDIAG" one dialog appears click Yes
The DirectX Diagnostic tool appears
in system information you get all details of your system hardware components & specifications.
you look "Save all Information" button under right side of Dxdiag tool, and save it to Pendrive.
or just note down in a book/paper if u not have pendrive.

After your service done check your Components you given before and take your computer.

Create a log

Open Notepad.
On the very first line, type in ".LOG" (without quotes) then press Enter for a new line.
Now you can type in some text if you want, then save the file.

"Delete administrator Password" without any software

Method 1

Boot up with DOS and delete the sam.exe and sam.log files from Windows\system32\config in your hard drive. Now when you boot up in NT the password on your built-in administrator account which will be blank (i.e No password). This solution works only if your hard drive is FAT kind.

Method 2

Step 1. Put your hard disk of your computer in any other pc .
Step 2. Boot that computer and use your hard disk as a secondary hard disk (Dont boot as primary hard disk ).
Step 3. Then open that drive in which the victim’s window(or your window) is installed.
Step 4. Go to location windows->system32->config
Step 5. And delete SAM.exe and SAM.log
Step 6. Now remove hard disk and put in your computer.
Step 7. And boot your computer.

In windows XP, you can change the windows default identity (Computer Manufacturer Logo and other information's) and share your own private identity there. First you right click on My Computer then click on Properties, here may be you will see computer manufacture logo or empty area. So add your own logo there to make your computer more private.

Follow the given steps to change the system default Properties identity:

First click on Start button and type notepad in Run option then press Enter.

Now type the following text in notepad.

Now choose your favorite picture to set as logo, using any picture editor resize the picture size approx. 150X150 pixels then save it in c:/windows/system32 folder with file name OEMLOGO.BMP.

Now close the all files and restart your computer after any changes to go into effect. To verify these changes, right click on My Computer and open Properties.

Under General tab, verify the system properties with new settings.

Now click on Support Information for more detail.
