2009-05-07T22:26:00.000-03:00

Well it is almost graduation time and since Danielle was very interested in getting some pics done in her new cheerleading outfit, we decided to pop out and get a few done. She brought a couple of her friends along to join in on the fun. Danielle you have such a beauty about you and I love hanging out with you. Can't wait to see you at your prom. Here is a sneak into her session.

Jenna and Miss Afton

2009-04-14T13:44:00.001-03:00

It was a busy weekend for me, first with Haylee, then with my neices (Abby, Ellie, Jorja - post coming soon) and finally with Jenna and of course Afton. After a little Easter dinner with my family, Jenna came up to the studio with me to get some dance pictures done for her mom and of course she was joined by Afton and Katie. While Afton dressed up, we tried out some poses with Jenna. After Jenna was done, we of course had to try out my hats again on Afton and get some pics done. I can't wait for it to warm up so we can go outside and try an urban session with these hats and skirts. Without further ado, here is Jenna in her dance outfit and finally Afton in my new hats.

Miss Haylee

2009-04-10T15:59:00.000-03:00

Haylee has to be one of my most faithful customers, and I love it every time she comes to the studio. I had the chance to try out a few of my new hats that i just purchased and they were so cute on her. Haylee is a huge Hannah Montana fan and she showed me some of her moves. Loving the attitude, so cute. Here is a sneak into her session. I think we are going to have to do some urban photography outdoors with the polka dot shirt, pettiskirt and hat. So cute!!!!

The Beautiful Miss Ivy turns One!!

2009-03-24T21:12:00.000-03:00

Well my niece Ivy turned one last Tuesday, yep she was a Saint Patty's Day baby and so Alicia brought her in for a session on Friday night. We had it planned that she could have a cake session but although she wasn't into totally pulling it apart, we still caught some cute moments. Of course her big sister Afton had to have some pics taken as well, so we captured a true look of Afton at the age of 4. Enjoy

Practicing on a friend

2009-03-19T13:54:00.000-03:00

So my friend Paul came by the other night as we had asked a coworker/Friend of mine to stop up so we can practice in the studio with lights. Paul hasn't had a lot of chance to play in a studio so we had a lot of fun doing this. Here are a few pics of my friend Bambie. She was a natural that's for sure. I hope you like them. Hopefully we will do that again sometime.

Little baby Rowan P.

2009-03-09T21:18:00.000-03:00

Did I tell you lately how much I love taking pictures of newborns, they have to be one of my favorites. I was over to Meredith and Lee's house to meet their new bundle of joy, Rowan. What a cutie at 12 days old. I can't express how important it is to have the pictures taken within the first two weeks of being born, preferably 6-10 days as they are still in the moldable stage as they are so used to being in the belly. We decided to try out a in home session for Rowan's pics, what a great relaxing way to get some great photos, and Meredith and Lee have the perfect home for these type of sessions. Thanks Meredith and Lee for having me capture some of Rowan's first few days on this earth.

Such a deliteful little girl

2009-02-19T18:22:00.000-04:00

I had the pleasure of having Chelsea in my studio last night, She came with her mom and came with tons of charisma. What a little poser, I just loved taking pictures of her, she was such a delite. Here are a few from her session. Chelsea thanks for stopping by, I hope you like this sneak into your session.

Back to Blogging, here's Baby Ashton

2009-02-17T20:17:00.000-04:00

I finally had a chance to do an in home session for a newborn the other day and although Ashton wasn't in the mood for much pictures, he wouldn't fall asleep at all, we still got a few good ones. And a few of his siblings as well. To make it easier for new moms, I am now offering to come to your house to do any newborn sessions. It can sometimes be easier and sometimes not so it is totally the choice of the parents on where they want the session to happen. Inquire at the studio for more info. So here he is Ashton, born February 3, 2009 in Fredericton.

New Website is up and running

2009-02-08T22:19:00.008-04:00

Yay!!!! I finally have my new website up and running. Although I still have lots of little things to do to make it better, the basics are there. I hope you all check it out soon. So for a contest as mentioned earlier I want to give away a free studio session or on location session valued at $40 and I was trying to think of a contest but really couldn't come up with one. So the first person that emails me a number that I have picked under 20 and gets it right wins. So email me your numbers and I will let you know when I have a winner. One guess a day.

Let me know what you think of my new website. I would love to hear feedback.

Wedding show day.

2009-01-11T00:41:00.001-04:00

So I hope all you wedding people I have talked to in the past plan on coming to Fredericton today Sunday for the wedding show. It is happening at the Crowne Plaza (Lord Beaverbrook hotel) from 12-5 and I have a booth there. And if you checked out my webpage lately, it isn't there anymore. I am in the process of revamping it and hope to have it all finished in the next couple of weeks. Check back as I may have a contest once I get it up and running. Just so everyone knows, I am pretty much booked in August and July now for weddings but give me a call as I might be willing to take on a few Friday weddings if there are any out there. Wow Weddings this year are crazy. I so love to do this though. Chat with you later, see you in Fredericton.

I am the worst blogger ever!!! Time to get my butt in gear

2009-01-08T23:39:00.000-04:00

Hey Everyone, so sorry to keep you wondering. I am still here and kicking, just been so busy I haven't had a chance to post lately. I hope everyone had great holidays so I figured I would post my Christmas photo of me, My husband Shawn and our puppy Molly. My sister took this for me and I totally love how it turned out. Molly had to get dressed in her Mrs. Claus outfit that I picked up at Target back at the first of November, she is so cute. Although I don't think it will fit her for much longer. She isn't getting too big but this jacket wasn't really meant for her size I think. Oh well at least I got a picture of her in it while it still fit. So I have been busy getting things ready for the WEdding show at the Crowne Plaza in Fredericton this weekend. My friend Christina from Live Love Laugh Event Planning is hosting the event this weekend on Sunday. It should be fun. Here is a sneak into some pics that I took back in October that I hope to have on display this weekend. Check back often as I hope to have my website all updated in the next couple of weeks. It really needs a good update. I hope all is well.

Senior/Grad pics from Nashville

2008-11-20T13:34:00.002-04:00

So while I was in Nashville I had a chance to follow around an award winning photographer, Steve Harrington and his wife and photoshop expert Shelley. It was a great experience and I learned a lot about posing, lighting and all sorts of ideas for great Grad portraits. Our Model Jaycee was from Utah and she was great. She had such great eye contact and I had so many favorites from our full day shoot. Also on our trip through Nashville, we ran into Devon who we got to pose for us, what a great sport. Here are a few that I took while there. Thanks Steve and Shelley for bringing such a great lady down to Nashville for us, such a perfect model.

Ok I know I totally am slacking in the blogging world

2008-11-17T10:31:00.000-04:00

I am so sorry for all you blog stalkers out there that I haven't posted any pics in a while. I really need to get back and post more often, just a busy time of year I guess. So if I haven't contacted you yet, all orders that are needed for Christmas need to be ordered by the end of November so I can make sure you have them in time. I hope that most people read this and know that I can't promise Christmas delivery if ordered after November 30th. I hope to post a few pics of my time in Nashville soon so keep watching as I will try and post a few pics from my boudoir session and grad session soon.

I hope all is well.

Signing off. Natalie

Greetings from Nashville

2008-11-05T17:13:00.000-04:00

Hey Y'all, I just wanted to say hi from Nashville. Right now I am in a seminar on Grad photography. I can't wait to come home and break into this market even more than I did this year. I have learned so much.
Last night I had a chance to practice in our really unique hotel doing a bit of Boudoir photos. One of the gals here wanted to do a special present for her husband for their 15th anniversary so I had the opportunity to shoot that for her. I hope to offer this to most of my brides from here on out, what a great gift to give your new husband on your wedding day.
Tonight we are going downtown to check out some of Nashville. It should be a fun time. Well I better get back to listening. I hope all is well.

6 day old Brandon

2008-10-30T08:55:00.001-03:00

Ok so I love my job, I love being able to capture those sweet first moments with a baby. Last night,Aaron and Leanna brought in their new baby Brandon, he was only 6 days old. Although I don't think he liked to be naked, a full belly helped in all that. Such a beautiful baby boy. Congrats again Aaron and Leanna, you have a heart breaker on your hands, I know it.

Just a note,if you have a new baby, the best time to take their photos is in the first 10 days as they are still so limber and can be moved into squishy positions more easily. Call me as soon as the baby is born to book your appt or even better, book before you even have the baby to make sure you get an appt.

Here is a small sneak into Brandon's session, I think this is some of my best work yet. I hope you agree.

Kara, a beautiful 5 week old baby girl

2008-10-30T08:51:00.000-03:00

So Donna gave birth to a beautiful baby girl a little over 5 weeks ago now and she finally made it in for her photo shoot. Kara has a full head of hair and even though it took a while to console her, we got some great photos. Here is a sneak into her session

Beautiful Elizabeth, class of '09 CNHS

2008-10-20T22:20:00.003-03:00

So I had the beautiful Elizabeth in the studio on the weekend. Elizabeth is going to school to be a photographer and she really looked great in front of the camera as well once she loosened up that is. Beth I hope you like the ones I picked as my favorites.

A few more grads from the past week, first off Paige CNHS

2008-10-20T21:50:00.001-03:00

So Paige joined me a week ago and I figured I should blog a few pics for her to see. Paige I hope you enjoy this little sneak into your session.

Justin, Class of '09 HCS

2008-10-13T20:39:00.001-03:00

So Justin stopped by on Saturday for his grad photos. Justin is a big sports guy, playing soccer, basketball and volleyball, but his true passion was baseball that he had to give up a few years ago since there isn't a local young man's team for his age group. I could tell that he was so passionate about his sports but especially the baseball. I did up this collage of him and I hope you enjoy it. I hope to do up a few more of his sports pics to post soon and add to this.

Julia, Class of '09 HCS

2008-10-11T22:56:00.001-03:00

So I had the beautiful Julia in my studio today, and although she was a bit nervous from what I was told, her photos didn't show and I think she was a total natural. Her best friend Emma came with her so we just had to take a few of the both of them. I guess they have been friends since Kindergarten. Julia I hope you enjoy a preview of a few of my favs. Comments are always welcome.

Tim and Miranda, October 4, 2008

2008-10-06T23:14:00.003-03:00

On Saturday I had the chance to capture a beautiful wedding at a small church in Southampton, I can tell that Tim and Miranda are so in love, and I totally loved those fall colors. We had a fun time and gots lots of great pics that day, it was a bit chilly but we coped with the chilliness and captured a few of those moments between a couple so in love with each other. Here is a sneak into their day. Congrats Tim and Miranda, I am so happy that I could join you on your day to capture a few of those moments.

Our baby girl Molly

2008-10-03T23:53:00.002-03:00

So I got a chance to take Molly down to the studio the other night, although she totally hates it when I put the camera up to my face, treats always work wonders with her. Here are just a few that I took, she is growing so quickly but still has that puppy look which is my favorite. She has such personality too and it shows in one of the pics I chose. Love you Molly Dolly

Caleb, Class of 2009 Hartland Community School

2008-10-01T21:00:00.001-03:00

Hey so I took these photos over a week ago but wanted to post a few as I was having computer problems and wanted to post a few. This is Caleb and from what I can tell he is a real sports guy, but I have to say I love the snowboard that he brought over, I hope you like the treatment I put on it. Here is a sneak into his session
