<p>Review open items.</p>
<p>Record call notes.</p>
<p>Create a new Collections task.</p>
<p>Track Collection tasks, alerts and other recent activity.</p>
<p>Email A/R Statement, Invoices, and A/R Aging report.</p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>The Inventory Manager portal now includes a stock item report by open work orders.  Choose your specific stock item.  Under Views / Activity got to Open items.  Select Work Orders to view open items.  Drill down to your specific work order for more information.</p>
<p>Additionally, the Assembly / WO tab under the Inventory Manager's main page has been updated.  There is more detailed information for assemble for, quantity and unit cost under a specific work order's detail.</p>

			<description><![CDATA[Did you know???  Here's a quick tip to make your stock search easier.  The keyword search box on the Inventory Manager or Order Entry portal allows you to enter a partial stock number or stock description.  If you don't know the specific stock number, don't panic -- just use the keyword search.  This field will search through the stock number field and the 3 lines of the stock description for a specific word or number.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>SouthWare has updated several features on the Inventory Manager web portal.  There is now a PTD Sales Trend report for stock items.  This lists the stock number, category, stock description, current sales for the last three periods and a year to date sales total.  It's a great report to track individual stock items.  Be sure to check it out.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>You can now view Customer orders, service orders, invoices or AR statement as pdf documents from the customer web portal.  Choose the customer you need to review.  From their main webpage, you can view their AR statement.  Under the View / Activity section (left column) you can click on the orders, service orders or history / invoices links.  A grid listing will show all the available documents.  Choose your specific document.  A pdf document link is now listed on the screen.  You can now view the document while you talk to your customer.</p>

			<title>Email a Customer Document</title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Want to email a document from the customer record?  You can.  Just go to the specific customer record in the web portal screens.  Click on the "Launch the E-Mail" link.  From here, you can send a current AR Statement, an AR Aging Report, Past Due Invoices or a Customer Price List.  This document will be attached as a pdf document to the email message.  Be sure to have your Outlook Mail program open already.  If you have an email address in the customer record, that information will be included.  If no email address, you can type one in.  It's quick and easy to do.</p>
