Under the direction of the IT Manager, the Programmer Analyst creates, maintains and enhances software and data integration systems. This includes the interchange and validation of data between various applications and the company data warehouse. Duties include user interface design, prototyping and final implementation. Database administration and an understanding of database principles is required. The Programmer Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing and enhancing the corporate reporting systems.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Create, implement and maintain scripts, applets and programs to maintain and integrate department and corporate data at the direction of the IT Manager.
2. Consult with users and the IT Manager to develop specifications and to implement ongoing enhancements to the data warehouse.
3. Develop, implement and maintain database maintenance plans. Revise plans as needed.
4. In consultation with the user community, analyze and design operator interfaces. On an ongoing basis, assure that interfaces and reporting systems continue to meet user needs by maintaining open communication about processes and systems.
5. Work closely with Systems Support personnel to assure network integration, connectivity and compatibility of applications. This includes consulting and informing Systems Support of the technical and network implications of database and software changes and implementations.
6. Create and maintain project documentation at both the technical and user level.
7. Participate in the development of appropriate information technology by indentifying software development opportunities and engaging in projects as assigned by the IT Manager.
8. End-to-end project management skills are required.

MUST Have
Knowledge of:
� Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of .Net framework and C# or VB
� Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server reporting services
� Intermediate knowledge of web design including the use of Dreamweaver and HTML
� Intermediate knowledge of SQL
� Basic knowledge of data warehousing topologies
