&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Overview:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR&gt;This assignment includes (2) SAP workflow development efforts.&amp;nbsp; 1)&amp;nbsp; Would be for Account Deactivation Form workflow, which would occur when a customer needed to be deactivated in the system.&amp;nbsp; SAP would take the Account Deactivation Form for a customer and, using workflow, routes it to specific SMEs in various business areas for their approval/denial.&amp;nbsp; If approved, automatically move from one SME to the next SME in the next required business area.&amp;nbsp; If denied, return to owner for rework and then begin workflow of form from point of denial.&amp;nbsp; Once all approvals are completed, SAP will automatically put a Sales Order Block on the account.&amp;nbsp; 2)&amp;nbsp; Would be for Group 1 Recommendation Bypass workflow which would occur when a CSA changes an address on a customer and Group 1 software recommends changes to the inputted address to meet postal standards.&amp;nbsp; If the CSA rejects the Group 1 address recommendation, SAP would workflow the recommended address change to the CIQ team for review and either acceptance or rejection.&lt;/DIV&gt;
