We are seeking an IT Program Manager for a contract to hire opportunity for our client in Bridgewater, NJ.

The Information Technology (IT) Program Director will be responsible for guiding, creating, maintaining and supporting the IT portfolio, processes, procedures, and their artifacts and components. He or she is also expected to support IT management in its ongoing improvement activities.

This individual will be responsible for developing and preparing ongoing operational and status assessments and reports for IT projects. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, verbal, and business English written communications skills, as well as the experience described below.

Experience and Skills

The candidate will have the following minimum experience and work attributes:

20 years of experience in Pharma IT management with at least 5 years at the executive level
Responsibility, at various times, for technology platforms (i.e., infrastructure, network, security), applications development and support, website development, service delivery
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior PMO manager/director
Expert knowledge of program management, project management and SDLC methodologies and artifacts.
Working knowledge of Pharma regulatory environment
Working knowledge of ITIL, PMP requirements, and PMBOK
Collegial communications approach to interacting with clients, management, peers, and junior staff
10 to 15 years in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project
Able and willing to
1. accommodate personal schedule to the needs of the job
2. take direction from senior staff
3. provide tactical documentation support as required by management

ASP.NET/VB.NET Developer

Our client in Oldwick, NJ has an immediate full-time opportunity for an ASP.NET or VB.NET Developer. The candidate will be part of a team that will develop web applications. Responsibilities: * Application development using VB.NET and ASP.NET in Visual Studio 2013-2015. * Handle tasks/projects developed for our internal and external web sites and web applications. * Update management on status of projects. * Meet deadlines and manage project expectations. * Handle more challenging tasks, from a logic perspective as opposed to a syntax perspective. * Work independently on one or more programming assignment. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar. * 2 to 5 years’ experience working as an application developer. * 2 to 5 years' working knowledge of 2 or more of the following: VB.NET, ASP.NET and Oracle PL/SQL. * Experience with Javascript or Telerik tools is preferred. * Knowledge of mobile application development for Android and IOS a plus.
