We are seeking to add 5 consulting engineers to our organization as a key contributor to projects involving the assessment, design and implementation of complex Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix XenApp

The associated architectures may integrate Citrix with multiple hypervisors,
including: Hyper-V, XenServer, and/or VMware Vsphere. Architectures may also include other
products from the Citrix and Microsoft suites, such as Provisioning Server, EdgeSight, App-V or
Med-V.

Performing on-site assessments and infrastructure analysis
Creating advanced designs and contributing to project plans
Implementing solutions
Working in conjunction with project managers to ensure a smooth deployment
Supporting existing and new deployments

Minimum Requirements:
4+ years of implementation experience with Citrix (XenApp 4.5 and later)
Must have working knowledge of Active Directory and GPO 4 + years in a consultative role
with frequent customer interaction (internal at an Enterprise Account accepted)
Knowledge of System Center is a plus
Experience leading large enterprise projects and requirements
Experience in support role for Citrix related services
Experience developing customer relationships and strong rapport
Excellent customer-facing skills (written and verbal communications) are a must
Ability to work independently and as part of a larger project team
Beneficial to have working knowledge of load balancers (preferably Citrix Netscalers)
Previous experience in enterprise class organizations is strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Support assessment of business and technology requirements in order to create solution architecture.
Accountable for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of the client's future state CRM/ECommerce infrastructure.
Support creating technical designs by working closely with application development service provider and IT.
Understand and predict emerging technology, service and functionality trends as well as comprehend market adoption of emerging service and business models. Leverage that understanding into developing, promulgating and realizing service, client relationship and functionality differentiators that drive our client's to be an aspirational leader in the CRM/Ecommerce space.
Collaborate with development team to create project plans.
Collaborate with the application development service provider, hosting service provider and other niche solution providers, (as necessary) to ensure that the architectural vision is realized in the technical specifications and code created.
Provide technical leadership to developers throughout entire project life cycle; review technical design documents and conduct code reviews.
Conduct technology product evaluation workshops with business units and IT, when appropriate

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math or related field is required.
A combination of 5 -7 years of experience in relevant industry business practices, business consulting, and/or technical consulting is required; retail and CPG sectors are most desired.

In addition, the following are critical skills required (or desired, where noted) to perform well in this position:

Demonstrated knowledge in architecture, design, software development, database management systems and systems integration in multi-platform environments.
Understanding of current and emerging trends in CRM, Ecommerce, social media, and consumer interactions. Articulate in trends such as geolocation, near field communications, multichannel retailing, CRM integration and other intersections of technology and client service.
Experience working with CRM service providers (Acxiom, Epsilon, MBS Insights) and supporting Campaign Management Software (SAS, Neolane)
Vendor management experience in an outsourced environment. Proven ability to collaborate effectively via an on / offshore model.
Experience integrating to 3rd party systems such as e-commerce, Point of Sale, order management/fulfillment, accounting, tax, credit card payment, Mobile, and search engines.
Knowledge of best practices surrounding PCI data integration a plus.
Experience and ability to work independently, particularly as a member of a virtual or geographically dispersed team.
Experience estimating work effort and creating project plans

Infrastructure Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and test failover of Virtual Servers and complete Data Center failover.

Responsible for all the companies desktops, and laptops. Ensure that they are up to date, protected and maintained,
Resolve connectivity issues, internally and between clients and vendors.
Responsible for the security to protect the hardware, software and information resources of the company from unauthorized access, tampering or physical damage. This includes the management of firewalls, anti-virus software, and Active Directory.
Scheduling of hardware maintenance activities and system tests to ensure effectiveness of the hardware and software in use.
Work collaboratively with Executive Management to identify and prioritize initiatives, develop cost/benefit analysis, budgets, schedules and capacity plans.
