style="text-align: left;" align="left">1. Katie has a gaggle of friends here eating me out of house and home. And although I think my readers are the best readers in the history of readers these kids are loads of entertainment.<br

style="text-align: left;" align="left">2. We have these things called bear. Let me say that again…bear. Yep, that 4 letter word. And oh boy have we had bear this year! Almost every single night they have visited our home. Not just far off in the woods. No, feet from our house. And tonight our dog has been growling and nervous often. In the way she does when the bear come about. So, I’ve been bear watching.</p><p
style="text-align: left;" align="left">Anyways, I think my 2 reasons are good reasons. Don’t you? But, enough excuses…let’s get to today’s project!</p><p

style="text-align: left;">I simply dipped my stamp in puffy paint and stamped. <em>Yep, that easy.</em> I wanted a bit of color in amongst the flowers so I used my colored Sharpies to fill in the stamped flower a bit. I could certainly have let the black paint dry and added a different color of puffy paint to be all fancy pants!.</p><p
style="text-align: left;">Because I had only 4 stamps and wanted to use 6 pennants I used some adorable paper (the same type of paper from my <a
title="Make It: drink umbrella" href="http://www.nelliebellie.com/drink-umbrella/" target="_blank">DIY drink umbrellas</a>) from <a
href="http://www.etsy.com/shop/ZeusandZoe?utm_source=CraftCult&utm_medium=api&utm_campaign=api" target="_blank">Zeus and Zoe</a> for the final 2. I cut my favorite section out of the paper and Mod Podged it onto the banner. So easy and oh so sweet! How lovely would this be done in a patchwork effect on each banner? Makes me want to do it all over again!</p><p

I saw the gold glitter paper and knew immediately that it was going to be in an upcoming project. I’m working on a little area in my living room and I’ve been thinking of getting a sleek little lamp for the area. Well, why get a sleek little lamp when I can DIY it? <em>why indeed!</em></p><p>My mom had given me a bag full of empty cd cases…<em>thanks mom</em>…and in my mind I saw an acrylic cube of awesome. With glitter paper of awesome. It would be…<em>awesome</em>! <em>Just for the record, the word awesome is over-used. but, I’ll change my ways another day ;)</em></p><p

(I cut holes into mine to give it a bit more…fun?)</strong></li><li><strong>Hot glue the cd cases together into a cube, leave one side not glued for the cord.</strong></li><li><strong>Stuff full of Christmas lights.</strong></li><li><strong>Hot glue another CD case on for the top.</strong></li><li><strong>Line the top edges with glitter tape.</strong></li></ol><p>—The light cube gets warm when it’s been left on for some time…I have mine on a tile. Be safe!</p><p
