On Saturday September 19th, Havana Club rum will run a public bartending clinic at Edgar Hypertavern on Le Plateau. Space is limited to 40 guests, who will learn the art and history of rum making, and get an interactive lesson on creating the perfect cocktail. Following the session, a quiz will determine who wins a trip for two to Cuba!

Guests should sign up early if they would like to participate by emailing krobillard@casacom.ca, with ‘Montreal’ in the subject line.
