New Year – New Blog Theme

2016

2016 was a pretty busy year for me, both personally and professionally.

On the personal side:

We had our first grandkid
Custom leather work kicked into high gear
Started another blog: www.bluelickleather.com
More remodeling work on the house
Bicycled 810 km (503 miles)
Bought my first motorcycle and started riding to work in December

On the professional side:

SharePoint & Project Server consume 90% of my time
Traveled to Seattle in November for another Microsoft MVP Summit
133,000 visitors hit the blog
Attended 79 Microsoft PGI meetings in the last 12 months
Finished my 9th and final year as a Microsoft MVP

2017

At the end of 2016, during some blog maintenance, things went awry and the blog was offline for a good chunk of time. While I had the hood up I found out that there are 539 blog posts on the website, which was a bit surprising.

Now NoGeekLeftBehind.com is back and (hopefully) better than ever. The blog engine and plug-ins have all been upgraded, additional spam filtering has been installed, and a new mobile-friendly theme has been installed.

As we enter the 14th year of this blog, new SMB-specific content has faded with the demise of Windows Small Business Server, but be on the lookout for:
