Need Hawk boards

Someone is looking for hawk boards but cant post to the list.
If you want to get rid of your junk boards, email to Rich.
I am looking for some used (even unstable crashy or broken)
Hawkboards local to the USA or better yet California.
Please reply if you have one or more to get rid of.

Only one. It had managed to fry the pmic. I procurred a replacement,
in the fond hope that the bugs would get resolved by TI/ board
manufacturer. But no such thing happened and all we heard were stupid
excuses. So the board lies in my junk box.
But why do you ask?

Update:
I have successfully booted from UART using the instructions on the web
page. I ended up getting the files from another source.
The problem now, however, is that I do not have access to a Linux box to
generate another uboot image for NAND. At this point, I just need to boot
this board, and I can compile more images later. Is it possible for

I think my Hawkboard is bricked. It's from the initial production run.
When I last was using it, I was running Angstrom from the SD card and it
was working great. Now when I power it on, it doesn't even start pushing
data to the serial port (which I am used to, bootload output and so forth).
I'm not really sure where to start and the 'Oops! I bricked my board!'

whenever i connect my board, my tx led is blinking for sometime and
'nothing' is getting displayed on my cutecom and also the hawkboard
logo comes on the monitor. my serial settings are as per in the elinux
hawkboard site. Will there be any probability that the serial chip
might have got damaged?? I also tried hyperterminal the result is

No offense, but the last thing the ARM community needs is another
repository for knowledge. It's hard enough to find good answers as it is.
And the Beagleboard community mailing list and IRC is extremely active
already, why would anyone from there post on a new forum?

hi viral,
cable and config seems ok.I even tried for the procedure of putting
u-boot as given in elinux using TI's UartHost.exe software.But its waiting
for BOOTME, and displays the error as Invalid BootMe received and is
aborted.

Just check which batch is your Hawkboard from. If it's from batch one, it
should work out well. Read: [link]
If you are seeing hawkboard logo on VGA, ur board might be ok, just check
cable/config/connection.
