Le dimanche soir, on aime mangé une petite soupe légère pour bien terminer le week-end.
Cette fois ci, j'ai décidé de faire manger des épinards à ma petite famille qui n'en est vraiment pas fan.

Voilà grosso modo ce qu'il vous faut :
- 1 oignon
- 1 poireau
- 2 carottes
- 3/4 pommes de terre (selon la taille)
- 1 ou 2 poignées d'épinard (je les ai pris surgelés)
- 2 cubes de bouillon de légumes

Avec un peu de retard, je vous propose ma recette de beignet de Carnaval ! Bien rond et bien plein comme je les aime !



Il vous faut pour une 50taines de beignets :&amp;nbsp;
- 1 kg de farine
- 100 g de sucre
- 8 oeufs
- 250g de beurre ramolli
- 50g de levure boulangère fraîche (en cube)
- 1 pincée de sel
- 20 cl de lait tiède
- Huile de friture
- Sucre pour la déco
