Its the busiest time of year for the band with plenty of carol’s and concerts to keep you entertained and get you feeling festive.

If you do see us out and about please do chuck some spare change into our blue buckets or make a donation via the card reader or QR code. The donations you make go directly back into the band, this helps us pay for music, insurance, rehersal room hire and a number of other things to keep the band going.

Our main Christmas Concert is on Sunday 11th December starting at 7.30pm this is our first christmas concert since before Covid, and we really want it to be a good one with a nice big audience. It will be an evening of festive music, complete with solo’s from some of our players. Theres a bar available and of course the all important raffle.

Strict COVID protocols will be followed. Players need to let the committee know in advance so seating, music, stands etc can be sorted. Audience should social distance but are very welcome!

Rehearsals are upstairs in the large hall with the fire door, double doors and windows open. A strict COVID risk assessment is being followed together with compliance with the regulations of the Civic Hall and the local authority.

If you wish to rehearse you must contact the committee first – please do not just turn up. This enables us to clean a chair for you and provide you with quarantined music and equipment. We also need to make you aware of the various regulations.

Great to be rehearsing again!
