What happened to role models being in the home, church, school, etc?? We welcome Award-winning singer Mya, Kat Calvin, founder of Black Girls Hack, and the always opinionated and hilarious Panama Jackson, 1/2 of very Smart Brothas to our discussion. </span></p>]]></description>

On this episode we defined colorism and dealt with why it still exists in 2012. We were also honored to have in our President's Corner, President Jennings from Lincoln University. And with this being our first show in October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we also stressed the importance of getting screened and living a healthy and balanced life.</p>
