I am completely happy with 118.8. As I said before, anything under 120 is good. I am going to use 118.8 as my &quot;end&quot; weight even though it was technically 120.6, but I don&#39;t count that because I cheated so much the day before. So, today I started with great resolve to follow the no sugar no starch rules of Phase 3. How did I do? Well, I had 3 apples, two 200 gram salmon filets, and drumroll please..........2 sugar cookies. AAH! Well, we will see what my weight is in the morning and I will do another steak day if needed. I was going to try to get to 115 for a 5 pound cushion but I cheated a little today. I ate some tomato sauce and a good size glob of bread dough. Not horrible, but a cheat. I think that is my signal that I am getting burned out. Last Round, I kept going while cheating at the end and I ended up gaining weight back before stopping. I don&#39;t want that to happen again. I want to have the stamina to do Phase 3 correctly and I cannot do Phase 3 if I am completely burned out from Phase 2. So, I am going to stop the drops tomorrow! I must admit I weighed myself later than usual, it was 9:30 instead of 7:30. So, I will not be surprised if it is not that low tomorrow at 7:30. I have decided to keep going even though I reached my 120 goal. I anticipate that at some point I will gain some back and I want to give my self a cushion. &lt;br /&gt;
So, I am a little disappointed that my stomach does not look great yet. It looks good with clothes on but it does this little droopy thing that I don&#39;t care for. I did a little online research on this and it is one of two things. Either it is extra skin or it is some stubborn subcutaneous fat. I think it is the latter of the two because it is not paper thin as excess skin would be. Aaah!! I cannot believe my eyes when I look at the scale lately. Almost all of my skinny clothes fit! Except for 1 pair of very small size 0 jeans. My most exciting piece of clothing that I can now wear are my size 0 brown pants from Cache. They have always been the pants that I can only wear if I am thin. They are the test, and I passed! Since Round 1 last March, I have lost 45.8 pounds total. I have decided to keep going once I hit 120 so long as I keep losing. I am happy to report that has passed and I feel normal again. Maybe it had something to do with my TOM...? It seems to be the most likely reason. Day 31 I was at 124, again I think it was a TOM thing and today I was&amp;nbsp;down to 122.2. I will admit that the 122.2 didn&#39;t last long. I weighed myself again an hour later (and had not eaten or drank anything) and was back at 122.8. I am almost at my next goal of 125! However, I am so tired! By 1pm I am done. I have to take a nap when my children do.&amp;nbsp; I didn&#39;t take one yesterday and I am wiped out today. Coffee only does so much.&lt;br /&gt;
As I get closer to finishing Phase 2 I am starting to think about Phase 3, which is no sugar, no starch for 3 weeks. Last Round, I didn&#39;t do it at all. Okay, I gave it a try for about a week and then I was done. Even with not doing it, I only gained about 5lbs which isn&#39;t bad considering I didn&#39;t do P3 or P4. I just don&#39;t want to gain back anything this time because I don&#39;t want to do this diet again.&amp;nbsp; The best advice about P3 that I have read is to start P3 by continuing the P2 diet but eating more of it.
