I know what it feels like when God says ‘I have spoken and established My word and it must surely come to pass.  But something keeps holding or restricting the execution of the word that has been prophesied, affirmed and reaffirmed.  You must be wondering did God lie to you or did you get duped by Him?

There is an adage that says ‘Seeing is believing’.  Our eyes are meant  to see the great, beautiful, wonderful and mighty things that God has in store for us (Jeremiah 33:3).  I do agree that seeing is believing because when you see your eyes sends signals to your mind that this is true. It becomes real for your eyes has now seen the beauty of His promised works.

When you taste and see, you taste and believe that God is a faithful God and He will never leave you nor forsake you.  One day I went to the stores to buy some groceries. They were promoting a new brand of biscuits, a table was set and the biscuits nicely arranged and presented on the table.  First my eyes caught my attention to the biscuits on the table, simultaneously signals were sent to my brain of how sweet and delicious those biscuits would be only if I could just taste a little bit of it.  I began to imagine the sweetness of every crumbs in my mouth.  My next step was to go and taste it to believe that it is the best brand that I have ever tasted. I tasted it and it was up to my expectation, just as I thought it would be.

At that moment God spoke to me and said, the same way you have tasted those biscuits, He wants me to taste and and believe His sweetness to know that He is a good and faithful Father who will never fail me.  Do not wait until you have received the blessings, promises before you can taste and see that He is a good God and His love endures forever.  Start now to taste and believe by faith.

Planning is the key to structuring the step by step process to your dreams.  What is faith? Faith is believing the impossible coming to manifestation.  Faith is the substance of things hoped for, evidence of things not yet seen (Hebrews 11:1).  Planning helps to activate your faith through the hope having of an expected end in Christ.  It gets even more better when you involve the Holy Spirit in setting the structure and order of your plans. Life without planning means wherever it leads you, is okay with you.  Your life would be tossed around, up and down like a Yoyo without set goals and strategies to arriving at your destined destination.

A man’s heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps. Proverbs 16:9

There are many plans in a man’s heart, nevertheless the Lord’s counsel—that will stand. Proverbs 19:21

There is nothing whatsoever stopping you from planning or structuring your life according to God’s purpose and plans.  However man proposes but God disposes.  Involve God the Master Planner and He would direct your path. Trust God’s instructions, blueprint and commands and He will order your steps. If in the past you never planned or structured how the day would start and end.  Today is the day to initiate planning.  Start your day with God giving Him all the glory and honor for all that He has done in your life. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you plan your days, weeks, months and years. Decree fruitfulness, command your mornings to be a beautiful day of joy, peace, increase and abundance of His blessing.  Walk by faith and not by sight for only His counsel will stand if you believe with your heart and know that He is a faithful God, full of grace and His mercies endures forever.

Keep it real for God to heal your broken heart. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). When you are wounded or hurt and you let go in complete transparency, He initiates the healing process for He is the Restorer of your soul.  During the healing process He removes every obstruction that the physical eyes cannot see in the wound that slows down the process,  Once its complete He bandages up the wound.  

Keeping it real in the presence of God is important for us to develop a deeper level of intimacy with the Lord.  He wants to know what you are going through, where it hurts and the pains that you have numbed in your heart in pretense that everything is okay.  When you are broken, crushed, bitter about life challenges, the ups and downs of life.  Maybe offended by the way you are treated by your close friend, business partner or confidant. Speak to Abba Father, pour it out to Him, open up the wounds of bitterness, unforgiveness, offence, grudges so He can bind the wounds and make your heart whole again.  Get into a one to one, me to You, Daughter to Father conversation in the secret place. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit. (Psalm 34:18)

Perhaps you are wondering where to start because there are a lot of junks, toxic wastes stored up in your heart and you think it is too much for Almighty God to handle.  I have good news for you, His yoke is easy and His burdens are light (Matthew 11:28-30).  He has been waiting for so long to hear your voice.  If you sow in tears, you will reap in joy, if surrender in fear you will experience the abundance of His faithfulness.  Nothing is too difficult for God to handle, He is not the Author of confusion but the Author and Finisher of your faith.  Start today not tomorrow by entering into His presence, enter God’s rest and open up your heart to Him.  No more STOP SIGNS placed at the entrance to your heart.

This is a season of speedy acceleration and breaking out of the old into the new.  This season the old and the new cannot blend, the familiar and unfamiliar has to be separated.  The Lord God is taking you on a new path of revealing what He desires to accomplish in your life.

I will lead blind Israel down a new path, guiding them along an unfamiliar way.  Isaiah 42:16

He says ” I have chosen you as My beloved to fulfill my purpose here on earth, over the nations it is time to rise up from your slumber, awake oh Daughter of Zion, come and meet Me in the secret place.  Let Me reveal My heart to you, let Me reveal My will to you.  I have been waiting for this moment to sit with you and dine with you, come My beloved because I first loved you.”

God’s plans for you are beyond your expectations and imaginations, His desire is for you to see all that He has in store for you.  His promises over your life are yes and amen, it is sealed.  The Lord God is revealing new strategies, new ways to accomplish the best results by His divine enablement invested in you for Christ rules in you the hope of glory.

Get ready because it is happening now not tomorrow but now.

My question is what would it cost you to serve God? Do you know who you are in Christ (Identity) and what you are called to do here on earth (purposed assignments)?  To follow Christ leadership would cost you your time, service and most importantly your heart.  For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also (Matthew 6:21 ).  On many occasions I have searched my heart, executing critical check points to ensure my heart is right with God and I have a pure, clear conscience in everything I do.

I would encourage you to draw close to God so He can reveal your true identity.  Your true identity is hidden with Christ in God (Colossians 3:3).  To discover the true you is to discover Christ in you the hope of glory that results in an unveiling of the authentic you.  Life journey is a process that cannot be avoided, escaped but passed through to become who God has called you to be.  Just as components of raw material experiences different stages to become a useful product so do we.  At the starting point when you pick up the raw item and think of what to do with it to utilize it for the function you have dedicated your time and effort to.

I do not know what you are going through and you feel like this is too much to handle, the pains are unbearable, I would encourage you not to give up.  For after the pains, sacrifices and suffering comes the reward and outcome with joy of seeing it through to the end.  God would not put you through an unbearable process if He knows you cant handle it or it is beyond your limit. Be totally sold out to Christ and become a partaker in Christ suffering as joint heirs with Christ and Heir of God.

Do not focus on your problems or dilemma but lift up your eyes and look up to God who will always make a way where there seems to be no way.  For every challenge there is an opportunity for God to manifest Himself beyond your expectations. Sometimes God would allow you to utilize all your opportunities to a point of helplessness so you can learn to trust and depend completely on Him.  Once again whether it is the marriage crises or problems at work. Maybe you are just about to be evicted or your property repossessed. Could it be that you are at the point of hopelessness the last but stop to aborting your dreams and ambitions?  Whatever it is God is always on time, He turns up at the right time so do not give up on God because He has not given up on you.

At every point of being helpless in His presence, I have learnt to cry out for help and acknowledge that I truly and desperately need God’s help.  In intercessory prayer and confessing God as my Helper, Source and Provider, He hears my cry and intervenes on my behalf for His namesake

But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31 NKJV

Waiting on God for your needs and desires of your heart to be met requires trusting God and depending completely on Him to renew your strength as you take those steps of faith with overflowing expectations.  If God handed power and control over to you for one second, He knows what you would do. This time, pass the control switch to God the Author and Finisher of your faith for Him to take total control.

Being helpless in His presence means crucifying your flesh, passions and desires to enter into a new level of relationship where you enquire of Him for the next step.  Do not try to figure it all out, communicate in dialogue with God on what to do next, how to overcome that situation that is weighing you down.  God loves you so much that He wants to know how you are feeling today as you let go from an open transparent heart.

Let the dry bones live, enough is enough for how long will you keep toiling and mourning over the valley of dryness, the grave of death and hopeless helpless situations.  Take your authority of who you are, a royal priesthood,  chosen generation and peculiar people, command and speak, authorise the dry bones back to life.  Regardless of the problem, be it in the wilderness, open or closed valley, high places there is hope and life in the word that proceeds out of your mouth.

Prophetic Declaration from Ezekiel 37:1-14

I prophesy to you today that every dry bones in your life begin to hear the word of the Lord, for the word is light that transforms life.  I breath resurrecting life into every area of your  life that has been dead and hopeless.  I command your spirit, body and soul to be revived and cause a reawakening within you, step out and obey the call.  I say to the spirit within you hear the sounding alarm for the time is now to step up.  For the Lord says at the sound of the alarm, as you obey My call, walk in my predestined and preordained plans for your life.  Then you will know that I am the Lord your God.

Prophesy to every  endless situation, challenges, poverty, joblessness, marriage crisis, stagnancy, bankruptcy, eviction letter, command a 360 degrees turn around for the Lord God said so.  As you speak believe in your heart that it is established.  Lord God will open your ears  to hear the sudden rattling of the bones coming back to life, bone to bone.  And open your eyes see the great connections, wonderful formations that is taking place behind the scene.

Let the breath of the living God breathe over your life, cause the four winds, from the north, east, south and west breathe on your life.  I say stand up and be revived arise and stand for the glory of the Lord has risen. Today I decree and declare that today the Lord God will bring you out of your grave for yesterday you thought you were dead but today you are resurrected through Christ and now your eyes are opened to see that I am God who is able to do more than you could ever ask or imagine.  Amen

My post on being on a journey on the 23rd January 2013,  expresses my utmost desires  Just to share a bit of my plans this year, presently I am writing a book which will be revealed at a later date.  It has been quite challenging for me because I have postponed it for a very long time but now is the time to do it.  This means dedication, commitment and perseverance.  So as I journey along this long road, I shall keep you all updated on the progress.

This book and many others has been conceived in me for years.  I delayed  myself in the book writing  but when God said it is time, He connected me with destiny helpers that encouraged, challenged me to publish my first book.  When I saw the timely connections with the rights connectors (people who God connects you to for a purpose and season) then you know it is time to break out.

PRAY FOR GRACE

Oh Lord my God, I ask for Your grace to do all that You have called me to do here on earth for my days are numbered.  I know by faith that I can do all things according to Your will through Christ Jesus, I am not afraid to step out in boldness and confidence of who I am in You.

You have enabled me to keep persevering through the ups and downs of life.  Now I can visualise the great and mighty things You have in store for me from Your perspective.  Open the eyes of my understanding and give me wisdom, knowledge and counsel to make the right decisions at the right time in the right place.

I know that nothing is too difficult for You and with You all things are possible.  Thank You God for it is not by my might or power but Your Spirit that is at work in me.   For this reason I can move from strength to strength and enforce your will here in my life as it has already been established in heaven.   You have given me authority to bind and loose, destroy and build, open and close, whatever I activate here on earth is established in the throne room of God.  I decree and declare let your will be done in my life and marriage oh God.   Your ways are higher than my ways and Your thoughts higher than mine, help me to find strength in You and You alone.  Let no other man, idol, living or dead creature take Your place in my heart .   In Jesus Name Amen
